I have ordered in the past and the experience was very good, the products were excellent & shipping was fast. I ordered again with emailing questions and calling and leaving messages without response over a 6 week period and ultimately had to get my money back. Whether you sell on Etsy or your website directly, your business suffers when you cannot reply to customer service inquiries. There is no point in selling products when customer service is zero. I gave a lot of referrals to my family about the amazing products but I can no longer support this business.

After several attempts and reminders on your site and by email concerning my order since May 14, I request the refund of my order. Since you are not responding on your site. Today, I send a message on youtube and on all of your social networks because you are not responding. I have ordered your products since May 7, 2020 and you are not responding, I do not understand. You dont give explanations. If you do not want to sell your products to foreigners, then do not offer international shipments. If you dont want to sell your products, pay me back! I ask for reimbursement. I dont know if you take advantage of this situation because I am from France but I will not recommend your products. I have been patient and polite enough. It is theft and fraud. You collect people and you dont send anything. In any case, companies like you will receive the change in your coin. You are an Ethiopian therefore African, I thought you were an honest woman seeing your face on your site but it is not true. You are a thief!

This is a wonderful all natural product. Great for African-American hair. I am growing out my natural hair using Ancient Secrets and Theradome lh80 pro laser treatments. Im getting lots of new regrowth!

So this is not an actual store location but I ordered online and the products are AMAZING!!! I called before ordering and I spoke to a lady and she is very polite... I actually learned a lot about hair and how the hair grows and why a lot of products that lay that claim to grow hair really dont. I ordered the full kit and the beard kit and when my fiañce noticed my hair and how its growing and how good everything smells she didnt hesitate to order her own in which now we are full time 7pe users and have the detox shampoo along with the super growth on a monthly recurring order because its that good!! Thanks Ancient Secrets you are a life saver! I was on my way to balding and baldness to now having thicker, fuller hair and its continuing to grow! Truly Amazing!

Absolutely the best natural hair product I have ever used. I heat and style my hair everyday so this product really saved my hair. My hair was starting to thin at age 25, but only after a few months my hair is back to how it used to be. I will never go back to chemical products.
