Oh my!!! I have been to the mall more than a gazillion times lol if thats a word! And never stopped by bath & body works. Last weekend I decided to stop by just for the sake of...Oh well, let me tell you the customer service, no fake smiles and genuine kindness threw me off the cliff. I felt so welcomed and loved that I wanted to buy everything...wish I could 😪. Honestly, you wont be disappointed shopping at this location. Its not just the product yall its the experience too!

I usually love going into these stores because the employees are very helpful. I felt discriminated against, I was not feeling well and didnt have the best clothing on. I was ignored and reluctantly assisted at the cashier. They are snobby and would never want to visit this location again.

Their fall and holiday candles are in and they are a must have. Even the husband enjoys the scents. Aroma fills a room but doesn’t overwhelm. Absolutely love the pumpkin vanilla, white pumpkin and spice apple toddy. Also, sales rep Precious holds up to her name. She was a delight and helpful to work with. Thank you Precious for all the great suggestions and the “lid” trick.

Best customer service of the stores I visited. Employees had trouble answering questions about when sales take place, maybe lack of training? Plan to visit again, hopefully they have learned their sales by then.

Its a nice store at Cherry Creek Mall. I like to buy there my handsoap.

When fall comes I like taking a warm bath with salt. It helps me to relax and keep warm. I was looking for salt with essential oils and found it at Bath & Body Works. I also bought a great soap and body lotion here. I would definitely recommend visiting this beauty supply store!

Was not open even at 11 am

I was greeted at the door by a sales person offering to help. I was able to find what I wanted quickly.... primarily because the store is open and well organized. Its important to know what you want because the Cherry Creek Mall where the store is located has paid parking. The first hour is free, but then you pay.

Love, LOVE this place!! Go in for one thing walk out with MANY😀🤣😂😅😆🤗😍! If you go when they have a Sale you can get a DEAL!! So try to catch one if you can. Even if you dont their products are absolutely worth the price! I think I still want to go again before Christmas to get more items. I had noticed last time they have car fragrances now!! WOOT WOOT!!

A crowded and chaotic store with lots of the same products repeated throughout. The store could be organized in a more sensible way, allowing for a better display and a greater selection increasing both the customer and business experience.

NIce Bath & Body Works location. It always smells wonderful here. If you need lotions, soaps, bubble baths and more this is definitely the place to check out.
