I visited Bronzed Denver to do Brazilian sugaring service. Staff was very friendly, but the service itself…First, it was very very very painful, I did Brazilian before and it never hurt so bad, other salons use different methods to perform the service I guess. And the master that did the service, was constantly offering me stop and not go further, when I paid for a full service and wanted to have smooth skin without ANY hair. So I tolerated the extreme pain (I didn’t like the way she performed the service, she could have done that in a less painful way just like in other places). Second, when I came back home I realized that I have a lot of baby hair on bikini zone and that is definitely not the effect I paid for. I feel really disappointed because I was getting ready for my upcoming vacation and my bikini zone doesn’t look the way I wanted it to look. They also charge extra for private room, like what? This TV that they offer for extra $5 in a private room did literally nothing, I wasn’t even looking at it because of the extreme pain.I definitely won’t be coming back and won’t recommend this place to anyone. Three stars only for being friendly. But I would prefer high quality service instead. “Thank you” for such a disappointing experience.UPDATE: their manager contacted me after the review and offered a free sugaring session, she also clarified some moments. I really appreciate it, they do care for their customers. Even though I can’t take the offer, it was a nice move to make.

I have been a die hard Versa Spa tanner for years and wanted to try something new for my upcoming wedding. I have been to McKenzie now twice, once before my Bridal Shower and once before my bachelorette weekend! She has exceeded all expectations that I had! I will never go back to a booth spray tan again. I receive so many compliments on my tan and it lasts for well over a week each time! I have full faith that my tan will look flawless for my wedding!

I was excited to get a membership of 2 tans a month so I could be nice and tan for the summer. Wasnt happy with the tans or service I received so I asked to cancel. Manager gave me a hard time and said I must physically come in to cancel. I have been out of town, working a conference downtown, theyre closed Sunday and Monday and I literally have NOT had a spare second to physically go in to cancel. Ridiculous. Not only that but she informed me I will be charged again regardless since it resets every 30 days. Youre a manager, you can override that if you cared even a little bit. Guess Ill be charged again for a month of tans that I dont even want as Im not happy with the ones I received. Had you cancelled my membership and not charged me again, I would have considered coming here again in the future for a special occasion and would have been sure to inform others that you handled this in an appropriate way. That alone would help your business, its all in the way you handle difficult situations. Since that didnt happen, I will never consider coming here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that is looking for a spray tan NOT to come here. Hope that was worth $55.

I love this place. I got an airbrush tan yesterday and it looks so good! It was easy to book my appointment online, the staff was friendly and helpful (gave me all of the good reminders and tips to make my tan last longer and look good), and I have gotten so many compliments on my tan. I haven’t had time to sit by the pool or workout much so I wanted to do something that would boost my confidence and make me feel good and the airbrush tan really did!! Cannot wait to wear my swimsuit this weekend!

I got my first airbrush tan in Denver at Bronzed! Hayley was excellent and made me feel super comfortable about everything. My tan is a natural beautiful golden brown that looks so real! I am so pleased with how it came out. I will definitely be returning whenever I need a boost of color!

This was my first time getting spray tanned by an actual person. The specialist was courteous and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She did not rush and took her time explaining the process. The facility was beautiful and very clean. I have a vacation coming up in May and will definitely be back! I also loved the color of my tan because it was more brown and not orange. Today was my first time into Bronzed on 6th. Excellent service from the time I walked into the door. Haley greeted me and was very friendly and went over instructions for the spray tan. She instantly made me feel comfortable around her, since you are pretty much naked as they spray your tan. The tan turned out beautiful and Im so excited to return with Haley. I had the best experience here with Katie! My tan looks absolutely perfect and exactly what I was going for. I get nervous with spray tans because I’m so pasty pale to begin with, having melanoma I can’t tan naturally and have to rely on airbrush. I asked for a super light tan, essentially just a healthy glow and that’s exactly what I got. Looks flawless, thanks again Katie!

I recently visited Bronzed on 6th Ave (Denver) and was a little bit nervous as I had a bad experience several years ago at another spray tanning boutique. Upon arriving the front desk staff was very warm + welcoming and immediately took me back for my appointment. This part I really appreciate as most places seem to always run late.I had a ton of questions and she answered them all for me and made me feel very comfortable. She suggested we go with the medium based on my skin tone and the results were perfect! Exactly the bronzed (but not orange) color I was hoping for.Already have another appointment scheduled and cannot wait to go back!

I love this place! Its so cute in there and all of the girls are super sweet and professional. So far I have just been in for spray tanning and have been very impressed. Previously I was going to Soleil De Sun and this place is SO much better and has a much more professional environment, Im so happy that I switched. I came to Bronzed Denver after having a great experience at their other location off Delaware. Since I live right by the 6th location, I decided to try it as well. It’s connected to a Pilates studio which is super cute and parking was easy to find. The service and outcome of the tan was just as good as their main location. The staff is so polite and nice every single time. I have not once ever had a bad experience here, the tans are amazing!!

I had an appointment set for my bridal shower with a lady who offers spray tans out of her house and she cancelled on me at the last minute- I ended up booking last minute with Bronzed and they got me in no problem!The service is incredible and the employees are kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable throughout the whole process. For the spray tans, a technician sprays you by hand and is very thorough. They make sure you leave without any streaking and that you are happy with the final result. The storefront (6th Ave) is adorable and gives out a fun, cheerful vibe (and really makes me want to start doing Pilates again!).Not only is their product great but their customer service is incredible as well. I noticed that I was accidentally charged for a service I had already paid for. I spoke with Makena regarding this and not only did she make it right, she also offered me an additional tan for the trouble! I definitely consider that above and beyond and trust that they take care of their customers. Bronzed Denver is the only place Ill go for a tan in Colorado!

Omg the best! Makena did my spray tan, and she so was professional. She explained everything before she did it. Made sure that I was in the correct position to allow the tan to settle and not run! She made me feel comfortable the entire time. The next day, my tan was beautiful! I normally turn Orange, but this stuff gave me the perfect glow. I had people asking me where I went for vacation! It didn’t have a gross smell (like most do) and it lasted for over a week! I will defiantly be going back again and requesting Makena!

The owner, Jaclyn, did my spray tan. She made me feel very comfortable during my spray tan. I told her that I wanted a very light tan and it turned out just how I wanted! No orange or streaks!

The whole experience was great. I wish I had gotten a darker tan. I am frustrated that I followed all pre and post tan instructions to a T and my tan is already deeply faded at the end of day two. Guess I wont actually be tan at my wedding.
