I came in looking for a new foundation and Christopher helped me out so much! He was very informative about every product and how it would react once on my face. He tried on several different products to make sure I got the right shade. He also made me feel comfortable and heard by recommending products for my needs. Highly recommend this store!

MAC has discontinued a few products I absolutely ADORE on their website so I called the store in Cherry Creek to see if they had any extras hiding away. I spoke to Amber who was so helpful and kind, she was able to find the products I was looking for and have them shipped to me!

My sister and I have gone to this location a few times and have always had Michael assist us. He has been so helpful that this last time we needed makeup help we drove all the way across Denver specifically to talk with him. In less than a minute he helped us find a close fit to an eye shadow that they no longer carried and gave additional recommendations that were spot on for what we were looking for. Michael is a joy to visit with and is so knowledgeable about the products. I even asked about ingredients and animal testing and he had thoughtful answers. I was impressed with his level of service being that the store was packed full with other customers and he was helping multiple people simultaneously. Thank you Michael for elevating our experience and making us feel gorgeous!

Ridiculous customer service! Went in today on a Saturday was told I would be helped next and got cut off in line! Hire more people for a Saturday!!

I have shopped this location for years and had my makeup done here as well and have Never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always gives me great suggestions and new techniques. I love that each staff member has their own unique style so I get a different suggestion every time. Keep up the good work, MAC!

Love the stylists. Didn’t love that when I came in for my elopement makeup that I got passed up for some angry giant woman throwing a fit about her fake eyelashes and took 20 minutes from my appt. I understand they had to deal with her but I didn’t love that it took away from an important makeup sitting and me, the polite one and my business was ignored because of a crazy customer without manners.

I was at first sad that my favorite MAC person was not there, but then i met the incredible Mallory, whom was incredibly kind and generous with her time, I love the MAC, simply they are the best. Some might complain about the price, but guess what, after finding some old make up that was not MAC...long story short, you absolutely get what you pay for, and you get the best at the MAC from the product to the people, they are simply awesome.With allot of love, Annae.

MAC is overpriced and constantly discontinuing products. However, I love their foundations and powder and its nice they can keep your profile to look up what youve previously purchased. Plus who doesnt like getting some fashion inspiration from the nicely dressed staff in all black?!

Have always loved MAC products and their customer service! I had a young man named Michael. He made me feel like a princess on my birthday! Definitely go see him and try the lashes!

My daughter and I were in town for a special event. She forgot to bring her makeup! We walked into MAC and Michelle immediately sat my daughter down and did her full make up for the event. Alicia then asked if I wanted her to do mine too! Both makeup artists were friendly and talented. My daughter and I left with age appropriate looks and felt pampered. I used MAC exclusively in my 20s but moved to an area without a MAC store and discontinued. I am now in my 40s and have struggled to find a foundation that I like. I absolutely love the waterweight foundation that Alicia introduced me to. I have been using it all week it is hydrating and doesnt settle in fine lines. Thank you for helping me to find a foundation I love and for making my daughter feel beautiful for her special event!!!

Everytime I come everyone is so pleasent and nice. What I love the most is they always acknowledge my kids and are always nice and sweet to them.

I love this store this is where i get all my makeup but i wish the women there were a little more friendly. No one really helped me until they realized I was purchasing makeup. When i was checking out the girl didnt even give me a big for my lipsticks. After this experience i will start purchasing my makeup online

Such a great staff. Reading the reviews is surprising because there arent many good ones and I had such an amazing experience here. The staff was so kind, made conversation, overall great people ! Ill be sure to return to this Mac from now on.

Made an appt here five months in advance for my wedding makeup. They said it was worth it to pay extra and then the artist wouldnt have to leave, they would just be one on one with me.Arrived fifteen minutes early, the artist told.me they would have to leave ring people through. I was understanding. I sat there for my entire hour appt, the artist and I spent a grand total of ten minutes together. I left with only eyeshadow, liner, and mascara one. I had to go because its my wedding and theres other things to do. The ball was dropped and Im doing my makeup in the car on the way to the venue. Im livid and cant imagine recommending a MAC store to anyone now.

I called them and asked about makeovers. They told me that walk ins were free and appointments were 60 bucks. I went in and the same girl I talked to told me it was 60 dollars flat rate even for walk ins. I totally understand that but to tell anyone its free to walk in then go back on that is very disappointing for anyone who wants something done on a budget and isnt excepting to spend more than maybe 20 for lashes. Ive been to many different Macs and all of them did walk ins for free. If this location doesnt thats fine but that shouldve been communicated over the phone .

I went into this store and girl who greeted me was very rude and something that bothers me more than anything in customer service an intrusive sells person that wont leave me alone and let me shop. I kept getting asked if I needed anything, kept being stared at. This is something these type of stores need to work on is not being so intrusive upon the clientele. I could tell when I left the girl who helped was annoyed because I didnt purchase anything. I didnt like that I felt so utterly pressured to buy something from this store. I can see now why everytime I walk past this store there is never anyone shopping in there. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable.

I dont normally write reviews cuz Ive never had a Google account but I had to create this account so I can write this review. This was my first time going into MAC AND my last time. I just went in and started browsing, not thinking about buying anything. I was looking at all the different brushes and mainly looking for the foundation brush. An employee came up to me and rudely asked do you need help looking for anything? And I asked yes, which one is the foundation brush? I was just curious what it looked like and I just wanted to see it but nope, the lady quickly grabbed it off the counter without me seeing it or holding it first and right away said after she grabbed it Ill ring you up right behind you and after what she said I was beyond surprised, I had no idea how much this brush costed because there was no price listed by any of the brushes. I was not thinking about buying this brush at all, and I didnt know how much it was! She quickly ran over behind the register and started the transaction. I asked twice, how much is the brush? And she said oh just $35. JUST $35 for a damn brush?!?! Are you kidding me?! Then I said no i dont want it and she gave me such a rude look and attitude. My boyfriend was with me the entire time through this experience and he was amazed of how poorly this customer service was, and I agree. I will never go back to that MAC location again. Or just beware of this lady, shell push you into buying anything without you even knowing the price. Im very disappointed.

I am a volunteer with Big Brothers, Big Sisters...and I had a special request for MAC. I was hoping that my mentee, as an avid makeup lover and Jeffree Star fan, could come in and play around with the makeup for her birthday, learning from MACs artists. However, because our time together is supposed to be doing free activities, I wasnt sure how MAC would feel about this. I called ahead of time and they told me it was no problem. Let me tell you, they made my mentees day! Not only did Forrest (shout out to him for being so awesome), teach her how to create a look on herself, but he then let her borrow his makeup brushes and get creative on me. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me create such a special experience for my mentee.

Had a horrible experience, first and last time coming. No one even greeted me when I walked in. They just walked away. Helped next customer that walked in. TRULY DISAPOINTED!

Nice store, lots of makeup to choose from. The staff is friendly and kind but may require you seek them out if you need assistance immediately as they can get very busy at times.
