Love their dresses. Still deciding in a white wedding dress but for our elopement we bought a lovely green bridesmaid dress that was stunning against the snow!

Had a great appointment here with Ava!! She made everything so easy. I was able to try on the dress I made the appointment for, and ended up leaving with something totally different that I love even more! My friends also felt comfortable and had a great time. Ava also worked so quickly to make sure I got the last dress available in my size. A dream! 10/10 recommend this store and Ava.

I was in a time crunch trying to get the veil from BHLDN I wanted in time for a dress appointment at a different boutique. I called this store to see if it was in stock because I wasnt expecting it to ship in time if I ordered online. While they didnt have the veil I was looking for available, Celeste was so kind to cover overnight shipping for me so I would receive the veil in time for my fitting! Great customer service here, they really went above and beyond for me.

I ordered a dress online and clarified the return policy in advance in case the dress didn’t fit. I wore the dress in my house for 5 minutes. I had to return the dress. I was charged an extra $75 fee for the return. This charge was for three stray hairs that had ended up on the lining of the dress. These hairs could literally be picked off the dress. They refused to reduce or refund the fee. There was nothing on the dress that required any cleaning.

Our stylist, Anniston, was lovely and super kind! I had three bridal appointments and this one by far was my favorite experience. I already knew I liked the dresses since I did a virtual appointment as well and it was nice to try them on in-person. We also called before to see if they had specific dresses and the team was very helpful. I also appreciate that they had size 14 sample size (though agree with a review that some of the dresses were in less than desirable condition). I’m still deciding between two dresses (both from BHLDN), but will definitely pick one from BHLDN.

I enjoyed the overall experience at BHLDN. Their staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found my dream dress and was impressed with the selection of styles (at such reasonable prices in the bridal world!). Some of the sample dresses, however, were very dirty/ zippers falling apart etc. With sample sizes only available in 4’s and 14’s and social distancing policies due to COVID, it was challenging to get an accurate idea of the overall fit of many of the dresses. These factors definitely detracted from the quality feel of the space and might be worth remedying. That said, I would absolutely recommend a stop at BHLDN for any Denver bride.

I have had two separate bridal shopping experiences and this one was the best, by far. Almost a year ago, I had the traditional bridal experience where the salespeople work for commission, and I felt immense pressure to buy a dress that day. They repeatedly reminded me that any discounts would only be applied if I purchased the dress that day, and I ended up walking out with something that I was not in love with. After months of dress regret, I stumbled upon BHLDN when I was searching for last-minute bridal options. My consultant was Jessie, and she walked me through all of their dress options and helped me narrow down what would work best for my body, budget, and timeline. It was such a wonderful experience, and I left with a dress that I absolutely cannot wait to wear for my wedding!

My sister-in-law and I went in for a wedding dress appointment on Monday morning. She was so nervous that she was going to have a hard time finding a dress or that the sales associate would be rude.. we had the complete opposite experience! My sister-in-law tried on seven dresses finding something she lived about each one & ultimately finding the one! Claire was our dress consultant & let me tell you, she was the absolute best! She was personable, honest, understanding, knowledgeable & listened to what my sister wanted! This was such a pleasant experience!

I was really nervous to go into any bridal store to try on dresses because I didnt want to feel pressured into buying something that wasnt me and too expensive. Im pretty causal and a no-fuss kind of girl. I worked with Beth and she was so sweet! She eased my nerves. She assured me she wouldnt put me in anything I wasnt comfortable in and that they dont work on commission. I left with two dresses in mind. I came back the next day still torn between the two. I was lucky that an appointment had ended early and Jessica helped me try on the dresses again. She asked me a bunch of questions to help me narrow down my choice to the one. Im so thankful for my experience. Im so excited to wear my dress!

I feel so frustrated. I have called the store more than a dozen times at all different times of the day and different days of the week always during business hours, and no one as EVER answered the phone. And, even when I leave a message, no one calls me back. I have a simple question that would take seconds to answer, and yet... Oh well. I guess they must not need my business.

Im high maintenance and I think Im low maintenance -the worst kind of particular. I went in to an appointment today, thinking the fabrics and quality would probably look cheap but my friend insisted I take a look at this little wedding shop inside Anthropology. My appointment was with Beth. She was pure light: her eyes, her smile, her chosen words, her attitude...she brought JOY to trying on multiple dresses. I brought my teenaged daughter to the appointment and she was having fun too! Im writing this review because Beth blew me away. I own a business and I would hire her immediately if I had the chance. I LOVE my dress. It is perfect for my body, for my age, for the size of our wedding. Im so excited! Thank you, Beth. Thank you, designer(s) of my dress.

Let me tell you about BHLDN and how they treat their brides. I found an amazing dress in my size online and went to their store to try it on. It was in my budget, and soooo pretty! The ladies in the store were so nice and helpful! I tried it on, fell in love, and then purchased it. My dress showed up 3 weeks earlier than it was supposed to, but I didnt think much of it. I tried it on it was 5 inches too long, and with the beading it was going to be too expensive to get it altered. So I went through a week of trying to get someone to guarantee me the length if I was going to wait until November to get another dress since it was on back order. When they couldnt find my dress size length, they emailed me and told me they dont offer that dress anymore and theyd give me a discount to keep it. That is when I realized they sent me a dress that had been sent back because it wasnt made correctly. So at that time I chose to return it. I returned it to USPS on August 23rd and it has yet to arrive to their warehouse. I am now being told, even though I DID MY PART to return it on time, I will not received a refund. They told me to file a police report and dispute the charges, but they wont be able to assist. SO I am out a lot of money, I have no dress, and they cant do anything to help. DO NOT order from these online companies. Dont think this horrible experience is an anomaly, and wont happen to you. And as far as BHLDN, Urban Outfitters and Anthropology is concerned, you dont matter. This will not change the fact that I am marrying the love of my life. But it does show how messed up the Wedding Industry is and dont play into the fuss of a wedding.

If I could do it all over again I would chose Beth a million times over and over. She made my bridal experience so fun and not the slightest bit stressful. She is the BEST. Ask for her and you will have the greatest time during your best day. AMAZING!!!! Beth is a real life angel!

Emma and the entire staff was so great to work with! They made it so easy and were willing to help with anything I wanted to look at or try on. Their dress selection was beautiful and customer service was amazing. They even let me come in after my appointment and try on the dress again! Cant wait for it to get here and have the most special dress, thanks to BHLDN, Emma, and their staff.

I had an appointment here with Claire to find my wedding dress. I had a fantastic and fun experience with her and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to visit! I got to try on a good number of dresses and had fun doing it!

My daughter booked an appointment weeks in advance. She received a confirmation email a few days beforehand outlining the appt time and details. We arrived a few minutes early but were told that her appointment was an hour earlier. We tried to show them the email, but the manager literally yelled at us. She told us that on her sheet was the appointment time and that there were no mistakes on her end. Then she continued scolding us like children for bringing more people than allowed to the appointment. News flash, Ms. Manager. We were well aware and respectful of the social distancing requirements. Our two extra people were walking my daughter and I in, then planned to wait outside. We felt so disrespected. More than that, we were shocked at this customer service.Because my daughter loved some of the Hayley Paige dresses at Bhldn, we rebooked the appointment for the next day. When she found a dress at another bridal store a few hours before the new appointment, we tried calling Bhldn to cancel, but their phone number (nor Anthropolgies) did not work.Brides, stay away. No one needs this kind of treatment.

Today was the most incredible experience for my daughter to try on wedding dresses!! She had her little sister, stepmom, grandma and future mother in law and myself there.❤️❤️What a beautiful store!! Mara was so gracious, sweet and helpful.😊We found the perfect dress and were all thrilled!!Thank you,One super happy mom

I am high-key obsessed with Beth and the experience my best friend had shopping at this store. She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and did not bat an eye when we told her we were very price-motivated and interested in lower budget options. She started our appointment early and made my friend feel comfortable and beautiful and taken care of. We had her undivided attention for over an hour. If there was one negative thing, it’s that we overheard management upset with her for spending more than an hour with us- it was just so weird to do that within our earshot, especially when she had just gone above and beyond for us and was already setting up for the next appointment (no break!). I also overheard her working with a queer couple and it made me feel so good that she is there to make couples of all kinds feel welcome, which can feel rare in the wedding industry. Thanks Beth and thanks BHLDN denver!One other thing- we did call to confirm the appointment and spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed it, but there must have been a miscommunication, because sent an email asking to confirm or our appointment would be given away. It worked out, but it was really stressful. Five stars nonetheless because our experience was so good!

I had a terrible experience at BHLDN and would not recommend it to any bride. While the dresses seemed nice on the website, the in-person BHLDN store was something left to be desired. The stylist rushed me through the appointment saying “you picked a lot of dresses to try to on and we only have 60 minutes”. 45 minutes later I was rushed through the appointment and left with horrible self-esteem. My stylist was not knowledgeable about the dresses, design, body type or alterations. This store did not make me feel like a bride preparing for my special day. I do not recommend this place to any bride.

If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would.Terrible, terrible experience. So dishonest and untrustworthy.When you buy a dress, make sure you triple check that you can return it. Even then, good luck! I confirmed with customer service before purchasing that I would be able to return a gown if I didnt like it. They assured me that I would be able to, no problem. Later, I was told that my return (despite giving me a return label, I might add) was denied because the item was final sale. No where on the products page was it noted that the item was final sale. No where in the return policy does it mention that you cant return certain types of on-sale gowns. After a long, unpleasant exchange over email and phone with customer service and supervisors, I was basically told to go screw myself, good luck getting reimbursed, and they wouldnt accept the return. This is absolutely appalling and a very poor business practice. Do NOT use this company or their not-so-great gowns.
