The best experience that I ever had with the shopping, I’ve been at the store at first and I could see and feel that anyone who works there actually care, I was just walking in the mall, didn’t really buy anything until later through their app. I got an amazing ring with 1,17 ct lab grown diamond in white gold.It was amazing experience from the beginning (the app is just wow, so many customization options, and prices are way lower than in any other jewelry shops).I always wanted a ring that would be different than what my girlfriends have (big stone and plain).Getting back to my experience, right after I ordered the ring I’ve been contacted by their diamonds expert and he helped me to get BIGGER, BRIGHTER, and cheaper diamond, it was a lab grown, I like the idea of having a man-made diamond, better for the environment.I’m happy, my husband is happy for me (haha I’m picky with any jewelry) will definitely shop here again.

Really unwelcoming experience. No one greeted me or even smiled when I made eye contact. The staff stood behind the counters with no emotion on their faces whatsoever. The atmosphere in that place felt cold and off putting. I decided to design my engagement ring at Sarah O Jewelry instead, which had an amazing inventory and incredibly kind staff!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We met with Siyona for an hour, picked out our diamond and setting, then never heard back. The lack of follow up and communication is inexcusable when we’re spending this much money. I will warn all of my friends, family, and business associates not to use this place.

We worked with Amanda Neel for our wedding bands and she was nothing short of incredible. She helped my fiance find the perfect masculine band with a pop of color. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. However, once the ring was received into the store I wasnt notified. The ring was in the store for over a month before I happen to send a follow up email. I was told that they attempted to call twice and email too but the vm box was full and email must of went to spam. Never found that email anywhere. I dont know maybe attempt a text in the future.

Chandler was so knowledgeable and helpful for newcomers to this field and industry. He was very approachable and answered all of our concerns thoroughly, showing us examples and clear demonstrations of the different levels and tiers of stones whether it was through diagram or in person magnification.

This staff is consistently friendly helpful and informative. Whether I come in shopping or window shopping, I always get great service.

You asked for clarification, so here you go: Your employees immediately judge people based on appearance. The goth girls walking in to look at rings might have thick black credit cards, and when they are ignored in favor of the older whiter person, they choose to shop for jewelry elsewhere. Run your business as you like, but be aware of ramifications.
