I got my screen fixed last week and it was more expensive than I expected or from other places nearby but its my phone and I thought you pay for what you get. My screen is fine, but idk what they did while fixing it but they messed up my selfie camera.

IMobileDenver is amazing, the staff is friendly and honest and they were able to get me in and out in about 15 minutes. Before I found iMobile Denver, I struggled to find a company that would fix the back glass of my iPhone 11 pro. I had a warranty through my carrier but the deductible was way too high, and turns out they dont fix the back glass they just replace the phone. I called around for weeks to BestBuy, UBreakIFix and other companies and got no help. I then tried to do it myself and bought the parts. Thats when I found iMobile Denver. After chatting with their rep who was super responsive even later on in the day I went into the store the next day because the prices were so great. When I got in they offered me a discount since I had the parts. They then offered to help me do it myself since I had bought the correct parts. They walked me how to do it properly without damaging the wireless charger coil. They even ran the laser to remove the adhesive twice to make it easier for me. Thanks to them I only spent about $80 all things considered instead of the $250 deductible for a new phone I didnt need. Im probably going to be a customer for life.

I called, they told me the price was $320. I get there an the price goes up to $380 plus tax. I say ok fine fix it. Then I find out they dont have the screen in stock after he told me he had it and it would take an hour an 30 minutes to do it. Now the time frame goes up to 4 hours an the price plus tax went up to $450. Definitely not going back.

Back of phone was out on lop sided. I mention this to Tyler. Said he’d have to re do the whole process for another hour wait. I just took the phone because I couldn’t wait. Now back is cracked less than a month of use. Not cool, can you please fix this? I felt pressured to give the 5 star review before, but being coaxed into taking a repaired phone that was done bad isn’t cool.

My iPhone XS didn’t not overheat when charged or just being used at all, not it overheats and turns off and on out of nowhere . I can still smell the glue and see the glue they left on the side of the phone . I paid 233.00 for front and back front was not broken only had on line going across from it, they also left parts of glue still on it and scratches on the side that my phone clearly didn’t not have. They literally left it worse than it was. Also my battery never ran out so quick!!!!!!! Really upset.

Screen replacement was done really well. however they use poor quality “hard oled” screens that break very easily. dropped my phone from hip level to the floor a few days after and the entire screen went black. no damage to the actual glass. just a black screen. was told they would diagnose for free but would have to pay for a new screen.

Really fast service and very friendly guy but my phone started to turn on and off every now and then. I told the guy named Ali to check it and all he said was that the screen was “OEM” screen and that shouldn’t happen. I think he messed up my battery or something which sucks. Go there at your own risk.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is worth the time to read...They were nice enough at first. I was having my, now with a slight curved shape, iPhone back glass replaced. I did some paperwork and waited for it to be done. He basically super glued it on. As long as it works and stays glued then awesome I thought. I’m going to trade it in anyways.Later that night, I noticed the glue was slightly coming up in one of the corners. I did what anyone else would do and tried to press it down. Then it cracked.I contacted them the next day to have them tell me they will not fix the back because cracks are not part of their warrantee. They will only fix the glue... Even I can do that. I asked repeatedly for 2 days, either please fix it as the crack happened because of their poor work and glue coming up- or refund my money. They refused. I kept with the same point (a valid point) and they started laughing at me and mocking me over email. Then they really stepped out of bounds by pulling up my Facebook picture and said “do you not feel shame when you look in mirror”HOW DARE THEM. And no, I do not feel shame for trying to right a wrong. They acted unprofessional, immaturely and not good business owners. I would NEVER go here again, nor would I recommend anyone else to go here. It’s not worth it! Save the headache and money and go somewhere reputable.
