The owner is so professional and very straight forward. He is not trying to get you for your money at all, he is very reasonable. I come here for screen repair, upgrades, accessories etc. I recommend his shop over your cell phone carrier .

Grimmey owner he sells bad phones don’t not come here. He sold me a bad iPhone and it locked me out he was not wiling to work with me even though me and my husband spend $1,000 on iPhones and services. I ended up spending $500 for an iPhone 6 it’s a joke here.

Stay away (Federal and Mississippi) location!!! I am a business owner and I really on my phone to communicate with my clients. I brought my phone in for a charging port issue and they did a good job swapping that out. He then asked if I had issues with the microphone which I did from time to time. He swapped it out and within the next day my FaceTime audio and Speaker mode where completely gone. Every time I would go on FaceTime or speaker mode My audio would cut out so I went back in to have that fix and he was charging and extra $60 on top of the $150 already paid to fix that! Even tho the phone started malfunctioning right after they replaced the microphone! I even called APPLE and they confirmed that was not the issue!! Owner did not want to warranty his work and wanted to charge an extra $60 for the same work that was already paid for!!! Worst part was that I was recommended by one of His past clients!!

These guys went above and beyond to help repair my phone. Van, in particular, spent extra time and energy figuring out how to restore my new phone with all of my old phone’s content. I highly recommend this store in particular as the go-to place for repairs. Excellent customer service and experience!

So thankful they were able to fix my sons SIM card reader. I first took it to some phone/computer repair near my house, but they couldnt help me. They said Id probably need to buy a new tablet. T-mobile said the same. Glad Millennium Trenz was willing to look it up and try to fix the problem. These guys are great and Id highly recommend them.

Metro PCS recommended that I go here to seek a repair on what I had thought was a screen/digitizer problem. It ended up being a cheaper repair altogether. Both owner and employee were very professional and I will keep them in mind for any future phone issue or repair, and Ill refer others to this local business.

The ask for $115 to fixe may note 8 phone the toke $35 in advance and said if we fixe it then you will pay $80 more so a usde note 8 phone 📱 is around $220 in the market to buy. In order to fixe my phone the was asking for $265 so that is a rip off and the didnt give my $35 advance back.

SOLD ME STOLEN MERCHANDISE!Heres the story from start to finish without missing a beat. I go to purchase a device sometime in mid February. I needed an unlocked phone to use with a company known as mint mobile! The first device i purchased from this store was a note 8 but it was automatically defective. I found this out and returned it the following day to get it fixed Asap. They were taking some time to fix it so i decied to opt for a different device the galaxy note 10. Key note this phone had a small crack at the bottom right corner. Even with that i paid $800 for this device after having it unlocked by the same store that sold it to me. I was using the phone with a total 3 diffrent wirelsss carriers Tmobile,Mint mobile & Hello mobile in that order. Each company was great but my goal was to pay the absolutely lowest amount in phone plans.In September the phone suddenly stopped having a signal i contacted hello mobile and they said the phone was been reported as STOLEN! I went to the store to try to get this resolved but the owner ultimately placed the blame on me. He that it was not his fault that the phone was reported as stolen. He did not want to help me resolve this any form other than charging me additional charges to unlock it again! I advise anyone to look else where i am currently in the process of reporting them to the BBB for selling me STOLEN MERCHANDISE!Response to Owner!What reason would my wirless carries have for reporting my phone as stolen?! Better yet what need would i have for reporting it stolen when i still have the phone in my possession?! How am i scaming you?! I did not ask for a refund i asked for it to work ! Your the company who is scaming! My pripor job experience has nothing to do with the fact that my phone was reported stolen saying its coming up as a different device than what it is! Dont try to put the blame on your clients for your poor work!

Sold me an ultra mobile sim which I needed for my new phone. Could not activate sim because it was a prepaid sim not a replacement sim. Van refused to change the sim and would only charge me 10 to activate it for me. Still waiting to see if thats going to be possible. Will update when resolved but I wont be coming back here again. Ultra support even told me it was the wrong sim. I do phone repair. He acted like I was clueless.Ultra support told him the same thing but was able to change the Sim in the database and they didnt charge me for the activation. Admitted it wasnt my fault and didnt charge me I might be back.

I came in needing to replace my LCD/entire screen replaced and although they could do it (at a way cheaper price than I initially thought) I couldnt wait for the part to come in since Im from out of town. The owner Van, wanting to help, was kind enough to sell me a phone which was compatible with my SIM card! He truly saved the day as now I have a phone to get back home! I would highly recommend this place for friendly and helpful services/staff who really do care about the people who come into the store.

Millennium Trenz is by far set apart from other shops I have been to. The staff there is professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They took the extra time to repair a broken phone I had to restore all my business contacts, important memories from photos I couldnt recover due to the phone being broken. Truly the best customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked for a quote on yelp and they responded right away. It took me almost a week to get my phone in for repair, and in less than 30 minutes my samsung s9 plus looked brand new. They even helped me with the back brace of my phone for free!!!!!!!! Busy, and under staffed. Price for repair is better than other stores, but new phones are more expensive than others. English is hard, some of staff doesnt speak any English so communicate was a giant issue, but once we got on same page it was ok

Dont go here. Sold me a phone that doesnt work. Then never told me ALL sales are final. Went in several times, and they said the issue was fixed. Phone kept acting up, went to the Apple store, told me the phone couldnt be fixed. I spent $380 on a paper weight. STOP ripping people off!
