I never write reviews but I’m getting nowhere.I preordered the new iPhone 13 on Friday, September 17, 2021.First of all, I walked in and there were about five people on staff, three of them free and I was put on a wait list for about ten minutes while everyone stood around talking.Second, the associate who did helped me seemed so uninterested during the interaction and wasn’t very informative of the changes I was making to my account, leaving me confused once I left.Now today, I get the tracking number for the order and it’s shipped to the account holders address, which lives in NY and I live in Colorado. The sales associate didn’t even bother to ask me or confirm where I want a $1200 device shipped. I’ve now spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service trying to get this order redirected to my home and all I’ve gotten was a ticket number which is a 24 to 48 hours wait of course. Not satisfied, I’ve now been directed to have to go BACK TO THE STORE to have them cancel and replace the order to the correct address. Are you kidding? This is absolutely inconvenient for the customer and made me preordering it in the first place pointless.I still have no update on the order or how it will be solved so that’s great👍🏽

Karl was the rudest person I’ve encountered in years- I can’t believe he’s the manager. Didn’t show any interest in helping me and my girlfriend from the second we walked in- said “all my guys are busy right now; you’re going to have to wait 15 min.” After Karl said what we came in for was impossible to do, a nice woman ended up helping us out a few minutes later and we were able to do exactly what we came for.PLEASE STOP apologizing for him- he’s driving customers away and needs to be fired. I would rather drive to Oklahoma’s farthest Verizon store than return here.Interestingly enough, Karl is the same name as my rude, annoying cat.

I’m not sure I have ever written a negative review about anything, but I feel compelled to write this one:Absolutely awful customer service. My sister had her purse and phone stolen from her car and came in to try to get a new phone - the employee that helped her (a man working in the evening of 6/30/2021) was adamant she needed a photo ID in order to purchase a phone, even though her ID had just been stolen. She had a photo of her ID, she brought in her birth certificate….nothing. He gave her no solutions, no options, just “no”. She was in tears by the end of the encounter. He then refused to validate her parking. Will NEVER come back to this location and will be looking into T Mobile’s sign on bonus. So not ok.

It was a waste of time. Took my dad because he had an appointment. They said they have his phone there. We went and spent about 45 minutes just so they could tell him they have to order it for him. Why make us waste our time to go there just to say it has to be ordered. Just found out that they did have my dads phone at the store. Three to be exact. My dad told me the guy helping him was in a hurry to leave because he was going on vacation after he was off work. I dont think he wanted to help my dad with his phone because it would take longer than he wanted to stay.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Verizon at the Cherry Creek location. I called Verizon Corporate and they schedule an appointment with A Verizon Customer Service in the store to further assist me. I visited the store today, November 30th, 2020 and I was greeted by Dominic at the entrance. When I told him that I had an appointment to change my phone and get it activated, he told me to wait in the entrance when there was nobody in the store but 6 men who all worked for Verizon. Then I told him what I needed and he told me I can totally exchange the color of your new phone (I just bought an iphone 12 (which is a lot of money) he said it will cost you $50.00 dollars. I also can only activate the phone and wont be able to transfer your old phone information to the new one. I was flabbergasted and ask why? he stated because Covid-19 regulations, we are unable to have people in the store. I said but I made an appointment and no other customer is here but me, he stated yeah we cannot. Here are the instructions for you to do it on your own is super easy and does not take that long to do it. I was so upset for the bad customer Service that I have received there and it is not the first time. They were turning customers left and right.Maybe Verizon needs to keep 2 people instead of three to save money on that payroll instead of having 6 men just seating down or standing with nothing to do but talk among themselves.I am most annoyed that I wasted my drive to this store to receive a horrible, unkind, behavior when I have an appointment. I have been with you since 2014 and I have never received such treatment before. I trust this is not the way that Verizon wishes to conduct business with valued customers.Please do not go or endorse this store today, tomorrow or after the pandemic.

Its very rare that you get great service these days . seems like people are always in a hurry or just flat out dont care but this was not the case today! Getting someone to actually care about your problem is impossible, or so I thought . Had a great experience at Verizon in the cherry creek mall. Im not the best with new tech and am never really confident in buying phones and wireless devices because of that. Adam Soliz was so helpful. He took the time to help me fully understand the jetpack device and how it was exactly what I was looking for. I pass a number of Verizon stores daily on my commute to and from boulder and have shopped at all of them. From now on I will be going to the cherry creek location. With things being so different these days (masks, long lines, social distancing) I find most employees frustrated and overwhelmed. I really appreciated the patience and quality service I experienced today! Thanks Adam and keep up the great work!

Store was extremely busy and Raul still managed to get all of my questions answered and back out the door in absolute record time. Never felt rushed and still was back to my car before my free half hour of parking was up. Do your homework on the phones you think you might want and what you need to do with your plan and it is always a much easier experience. Ask for Raul and you cant go wrong!

One great experience here and two terrible ones. I recently went in to port a number from another provider to Verizon. After spending a bunch of time, the in store rep said,Sorry, but the porting center is closed. Theyre only open 9-5 Denver time. This isnt true. Im on the phone now with Verizon Business to port the line over and its much later than that.

***WARNING*** Verizon turned all of my familys phones off!! I have proof of paying on time every month!! I call up and they tell me that Im not even on the account!! Talked to several reps!! My father is elderly and needs his phone! My business was ruined, all of my signs and flyers I have made ruined now!! I went into a Verizon store and they couldnt even help me! I had a billing issue with my account and the Store Manager, Ryan, was absolutely amazing! I was expecting to have to fight and argue to get the issue resolved but he was so understanding and made my experience delightful. I really appreciated it. He was very kind. The rest of the staff was helpful as well. I had to wait a little while before someone could help me (it was a Saturday afternoon) but it was worth the wait. Thank you Ryan! :D

I just wanted to submit a review of the customer service I received at this particular Verizon store. I just would like to remind everyone since this store is located inside the cherry creek mall its going to be busy.Upon arrival to the story I was immediately greeted and was informed of a 10-15 minute wait in which I had no problem with.When I was called up, I was met by Cassey (sorry if I misspelled your name) but was very pleased with her knowledge of the product, insightful recommendation on other items to protect my investment and overall customer service.She made me feel valued as a customer and was very pleased with my overall experience at this store.

Great in store experience. We purchased two new phones and two iPads. However, When we asked for assistance to set up in store they encouraged us to do at home. Do not take this advice. We have spent hours on hold with Verizon to set up the phone call feature on our phones. Nightmare, just have the techs help you set up in store before you leave.

This was my 1st time going to get a new phone at a Verizon store. I just switched over due to my mom recommending me and got the new Samsung S9 plus. It’s Verizon. Should be a universal experience, but this specific location was absolutely under-staffed and it reflected very much so in the wait times, and severely showed in the negative customer satisfaction and overall customer vibe. The staff was apologetic, but not overly so. I did notice that one staff member had seen a customer that she personally knew and she then went out of her way to go talk to that person and then went to the next person in line. That customer also noticed this interaction, and voiced their discontent about it

Called manager (Shaw Ellison) to ask for assistance getting reimbursed for the $990 overcharged and he said he will not be able to help and hung up the phone.Horrible service from Matt Satina. He mumbled the entire conversation and not sure he was listening to a single word I said. Everything I said seemed to go in one ear and out the other. It seemed like I was annoying him by buying a new phone. Finally got out of the store after at least 1 hour to realize that Matt charged my credit card 3 times for a very large amount. Would not recommend and would never go back but Matt added three years to my contract without saying anything. Very unprofessional.

Very satisfied with the customer service I received at this location. Michelle B and Matt B went above and beyond to help me get my phone up and running through a confusing transfer process. Even after not getting the support they needed from the Verizon technical team they called on the phone, they continued to look for ways to get the situation sorted out until they succeeded. I walked out a very happy customer and am relieved to see good customer service isnt dead. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Michelle B or Matt B for great service.

Frustrating experience. When buying phone for daughter, the salesman (Matt) said we could get enhanced buy-back credit for my wifes old phone if we upgrade within 10 days. Tried to call to do that, and the store (a phone store) simply doesnt answer their phone. Tried to do it through national and they have no idea of the deal Matt is talking about. Finally got ahold of someone (Carl) who said Matt will call by end of day, which did not happen. National says were simply out of luck..... Why have salespeople if you cannot reach them?

If you’re looking for a good deal go upstairs! I went in to upgrade my cell phone and the store was crazy busy. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait before anyone could help me. I wandered upstairs to Best Buy Mobile to see what cases they had. One of the girls there asked me if I had just got a new phone and I told her I was waiting for Verizon. She offered to look at my account and turns out by getting the phone there I would also get a free Best Buy gift card! They’re super friendly and way quicker than Verizon.

Just bought a new phone and plan last week. Phone wasnt working correctly so I asked them to help me fix it and just got nothing but resistance. They thought I messed with the phone or dropped it. Definitely didnt do either. I just want the phone to work properly. They made me go to another store and didnt help at all. While I was not happy to learn that Verizon has started charging $30 per new phone (on top of a 2 year contract), I was very pleased walking out the store. Drove 2.5 hours to get a new Iphone 11 and change service from my useless carrier in the mountains. They told me they had the phone I requested. After about an hour the sales rep finally tells me they dont have the phone I wanted, but they had one with a larger storage capacity that cost $10 more per month. The guy knew they did not have the phone I wanted, but he wasted my time. I called another store and they were able to tell me what stores had my phone in stock. This guy never even checked other stores.

The staff and managers are courteous very knowledgeable about the technology of the latest phones. The store is big enough to have displays for all the phones and accessories they carry.My major complaint is that buying a phone takes a while, but that is not unique to this location. Backing up all my contacts and other data takes a while. Because the store takes the time to make sure I have the best plan for my new phone, that adds to the time required.

I actually used to like this company when they could afford to hire honest decent people. As they have grown as a company, they have let their hiring standards fall well below acceptable based on the terrible treatment by the store employees, especially the manager and the other employee that automatically insisted all iPhones are bad and replaces them under warranty even if it has nothing to do with the actual problem

Sharing what I witnessed at the Verizon store in cherry creek, Karl the manager treated a customer with a baby terribly, then not help them and run to the back and call security when she asked calmly why are you laughing at us, Adam, Adam said because he is texting his friend, (why would you be on your personal phone when there are customers to help?).I was waiting to be helped.This store is not interested in helping Verizon customers especially if it hurts their matrix as Karl said (that will hurt our numbers), they will make you call customer care via phone to the call center then rather help you in person. I hope the general manager has some sense of business etiquette and does something about such terrible employees diminish the quality and care of this store.

I went to this Verizon store with the intention of starting a new plan and buying a new phone. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was helped by Aaron, who tried to upsell me at every turn while avoiding my questions. I went to a Verizon store to work with a human in person. However, at Aaron’s earliest convenience, he made me call the Verizon call center where I was helped by an equally unpleasant Verizon employee who did not listen to the information I provided. Before wrapping up, Aaron interrupted the call to ask if I was almost done. “I don’t know, Aaron, I don’t work at Verizon. That’s why I came to a Verizon store.” When I wrapped up the conversation, Aaron was already working with another customer and I needed to wait for him yet again. He then rang me up for my $600 phone and gave me instructions regarding how I should set it up myself once I arrived home. Given all the work I did on Aaron’s behalf today, I look forward to my commission check.

This is the 3rd time I have gone into this store and left with nothing only to go online and make my purchase. When the time for contract renewal and phone upgrade came I looked at phones available on the verizon website and went into the store with a plan about what I wanted. Markus told me they no longer offer 2-year contracts and I could pay for the phone monthly or pay full retail. This doesnt make sense--monthly = contract! So I left and got a better plan and phone price than they could offer in the store on the website. Free 2-day shipping is much better than dealing with this store and the prices are much better. The lack of dishonesty makes for a better shopping experience too...

He stared at his device for a bit and determined that i had bad software, theres nothing they can do and i just need to wait for a fix. Or I could call a voice automated hotline. Very disappointed!!! Came to the store to have a new phone setup and get things for the phone. There are 5 employees just standing around in a empty store watching the football game on their person cell phones and company tablets. Were the only customers in the store and one of the agent just handed us a piece of paper to setup the phone instead of assisting us. This is the third time I came into this store and couldnt get decent customers. Im not sure if Verizon knows about the lack of customer service thats being offered here but I pay way too much money to have this kind of customer service at Verizon. I would expect this at an T-mobile or sprint but not Verizon!!!

I had a terrible experience at the Cherry Creek mall Verizon store this weekend. I have so been so excited to switch to Verizon now that my T-Mobile contract is up. I was greeted and told that there was a wait, and that I would be checked in. While waiting I noticed the gentleman that checked me in walking around not helping any customers. He seemed to have a bad attitude towards the saff which made me feel very uncomfortable. After waiting another 5 min I was going to approach the gentleman who checked me in to ask how much longer it would be....but he was talking loudly to an employee which seemed to be very degrading. I am not sure what this employee did wrong, but I have been in management for over 10yrs. I would never talk down to an employee infont of customers. This made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave the store. I honestly feel bad for the employees that work at that store. After this experience I am no longer considering Verizon.

I had gone to a different Verizon store 3 times in 2.5 weeks with no solution. After my visit here I finally left with a solution and a working phone. Another guy I believe Dave helped as well. Do not go to this store. EVER. Adam, who was horrible all around the first time I came in (used manipulative speech to have me spend way more money than he made it sound).I was supposed to receive a rebate for spending over 100$, and he said I had everything I needed to get said refund, but never gave me an itemized receipt).I then went to get a refund after being in complete shock by the total added to my bill bc he never told me how much the accessories cost, probably why he didnt give me the itemized.Verizon said that they could not give rebates without an itemized.I came back, and he straight lied about the stores not giving out itemized receipts.I spent an hour an a half here the first time and then another hour to get the receipt. He He then continued to laugh at me while someone else had to try and manage and get me a receipt. Wiley said the store does not give receipts that are itemized.

Krystal sat down the whole time we were trying to resolve a spam issue with phone. Didnt seem friendly and like she didnt want us there. Not very informative. Will not go back to this location.

Im glad I am not an actual Verizon customer. I went into the store because I wanted to buy a JBL mini sound system (no cellphone account required). First, the store was not that busy and I was able to find a salesperson to help me pretty fast. When I told him what I wanted, he said Ill be right back -- I thought he was going to get a new in box unit from the back. But no, he reappeared a few minutes later, walked right past me like I didnt even exist and went to help some people who were Verizon customers (I could tell because I heard them say to him Were Verizon customers...). At this point, I realized that I was not going to get much help but the JBL unit was on sale and I wanted it. Using my own cellphone (thank you TMobile), I called the Verizon store and asked to speak to someone in customer service -- I lied and told them I was a customer and wanted to upgrade my device. Two seconds later, a salesperson picked up the phone and I told him that I wanted the JBL unit and that I could be found standing at the display model in the store. He burst out from the back of the store and I got my JBL device. Pretty sad that I had to call the store while I WAS IN THE STORE just to get service. Thats my experience, no lie.

I lost my phone from vacation. So I came this store for help. Malik was came to me and help nicely. Fill out all the documents and help so many questions they ask again and again. He helped me with smile. That evening I thought my claim was go through but I have to go this store two more times and Malik helps me again!!! I was so sorry it took so many hours. I told him I’ll just pay off and just give me new. I was almost give up. The insurance company “Asurion “ make me tire to claim to get new phone. But Malik keep contect with insurance company tell my situation so I can get new phone tomorrow!! I will never loose phone again. And thank you so much “Malik” I’m so glad you working at Verizon !! I can still be a Verizon customer!!Thanks again.

I am reviewing the company, and not its employees here. . . I cancelled my service with Verizon almost a month ago, and was told that I would receive one more partial bill. However, I have since been charged a full months service, and was just told over the phone that I would still receive another partial bill for the partial month that I used before I cancelled.This is just another reason that Im glad I ditched them. They are charging me an extra month just because they can (I had autopay on). They refuse to acknowledge that I was paid current before I cancelled my service, and are simply stealing over $200.

I chose this store because the reviews were uniformly good (compared to uniformly bad through 50/50). But I kinda wondered if was really as one-sided as it appeared.When I got to the store, the raves about the customer service turned out to 100% true. Keegan helped me with all my problems, whether they had to do with him making a sale or not. When he didnt know an answer, he did not pretend to know or offer an alternative that would cost me money. He went and got the right answer.He offered me plans that would cost me more than I am currently paying Verizon and he looked at my usage stats and suggested plans that would cost me less. When I left the store, there were convenient chairs and tables to try the product on my laptop. When I had trouble configuring the new hardware, I took it back inside and he helped me with the problem. (Even though the sale had already been made and I could have probably figured it out at home.)

I’ve been calling for the past hour with ZERO response and no way to wait on hold. I’ve wasted hours going to multiple locations that supposedly have my phone in stock and finally was told this store has what I need - attempting to call and do a stock check before wasting ANOTHER hour of my time, but nobody here is capable of answering phones apparently. 🗑

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! My phone blitzed out on me and I got a new one through my insurance, but all of my pictures and videos werent able to transfer over. I originally went to the Verizon store in cherry creek mall since they issued me the new phone to try to get help and when I got in there the employees looked at me like I was a bother and were SO RUDE. They told me there was nothing they could do since the photos werent backed up to the cloud. I told them I was going to go somewhere else to get help and they said the next place is just going to to say the same thing.Well they were WRONG. I went to Device Pitstop on Colorado Blvd and not only were they a pleasure to work with, but they were able to get my photos transferred! Bada boom. Done.Go to Device Pitstop if you ever need help with your phone or even need a new one!! Save yourself the trip and the awkwardness of dealing with these people at the Verizon store. They are jerks. End of story.

Don’t go. Go to the GoWireless authorized Verizon retailer on Colorado instead and save yourself the hassle and parking fee. Waited for 40 minutes after checking in and watched multiple employees seemingly do nothing at all.

I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone who told me since I have been a customer for over 10 years I have a promotion to get discounted line access. The catch is I have to go to a physical store to do that. When I arrived I signed in and waited until an employee Jeff was set to be my helper. I explained my situation and right away Jeff was unenthused and started saying that the previous person I spoke to didnt know what they were talking about and didnt seem to want to help. Jeff then calls the call center and is on the phone for 10 minutes and then hands the phone over to me, the person on the phone puts me on hold for 20 minutes and says there is nothing he can do and his supervisor should be calling me in 20 minutes. I have been waiting for an hour still no call. Point is that Verizon does not care about their customers and their training is awful. Will be switching to a new provider after 10 years.
