After calling this place about fixing my Xbox and after setting a appointment to come in to diagnose the issue I get there and they let me know they are not going to even look at it and that they are not currently fixing computers or game consoles at all. Thanks for wasting my time. Would not recommend this place at all. Thanks for nothing but wasted time guys.

When is this place open? Dropped my phone off Tuesday and was told itd be ready the next day. Came back the next day, during the posted business hours, but it was closed. Went back again today, during the posted business hours, and its closed. Tried calling the customer service number in the reviews and was left on hold for 50 minutes. I just want my phone back.

The quality of care and service here is incredible. I worked with Marcus who was knowledgeable friendly and informative. In fact I am giving this transaction 5 stars even though they were not able to fix my external hard drive. Even though it was not something they were set up to do, he gave me the information I needed to continue my search for a fix.

Jay was extremely helpful regardless of how short staffed he was. I explained that I’m a nurse and don’t have regular hours to get my phone repaired. He stayed after shop hours to personally repair my phone. If you’re looking for a repair shop that truly cares, I’d recommend this specific location.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would.I had an appointment for my computer, for a Sunday at 12:45. I live 30 minutes from this location and had to drive through traffic, in Denver to get here. When I arrived at 12:00pm, they were closed. I don’t know if this man went on a “lunch break” or what. But I called the customer service number and they were not supposed to be closed. So I drove all the way out here for nothing, my computer is still not fixed and this place will NEVER get my money. This guy “Jay” needs to be replaced.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come within the hours listed and the store has been closed. Why have a sign posted on your front door with hours if you’re not going to be open within those hours???

We walked into the store, after scheduling & prepaying for an appointment, and heard him on the phone previously with another customer, telling them conveniently they wouldn’t be able to get their phone fixed as well, with a poor excuse, and as soon as we got up their, we talked to Jay and he said that because my boyfriends phone without a case doesn’t balance, let me tell you, ANY iPhone doesn’t balance, when it’s off the case, because the camera pops out, and when you lay his phone flat on the table ( front of the phone laid flat ) does balance because it doesn’t have the camera popping out, he just didn’t wanna do our claim just like the guy before on the phone he didn’t wanna do his. 10/10 wouldnt recommend, this place for the sake of your own valuable time. Just find another location. It’s honestly so unprofessional, and just so frustrating. If you see this Jay, if you do not like your job and don’t like working, instead of excuses find another job, because some people don’t have time to waste on lazy company workers like him, and i would like to say, that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and this won’t be the last place I’m leaving a review.

I scheduled an appointment, received a confirmation, and went in to have my phone repaired. Imagine my susprise to find the business closed during business hours, and completely unresponsive to my calls. I left a voice mail to call me back and reschedule but no one has returned my call despite being open, per their own store hour signage. Dont use this shop, i have used other ubreakifix shops and there are better but this one is hands down the worst in the region.

Customer service has significant room for improvement.To ensure an efficient process we set up an appointment online in advance for two phone repairs, and arrived a few minutes early. We were told that they were at capacity and had to wait outside for 15 minutes. If you arent going to honor a reservation system, you shouldnt advertise on your website. We were able to get one phone fixed, however they didnt have the other phones parts in stock. This should have been flagged when we were making the appointment, not after arriving and waiting at the shop.For the phone that was being repaired, we asked that they call/text another number once it was ready for pickup. They estimated 3-4 hours, but we heard nothing. At 4 hours we called and received a voicemail stating the store was closed. We decided to drive down to pick it up. Repairs looked good, however they texted the phone getting repaired staying its ready nearly and hour later, meaning that it was sitting in their shop for hours without notifying us by email or phone as asked nor did they didnt think to put in on the charger until we picked up so we received a nearly dead phone back.Basic tenants of customer service were lacking. Will likely be taking the second phone elsewhere for repairs.

My first ever review for anything ... but Im happy to say this place has saved me *multiple* times. They have consistently been better listeners than the Genius Bar and have successfully implemented solutions Apple was unwilling to even attempt. Very fair and transparent upfront about prices.

UbreakIfix was very helpful with aiding me in seeing if they could fix my water damaged switch. They were unable to fix it, but I understand why and they didn’t even charge me for trying. If you need something fixed, come see these guys!!! I believe Jay helped me out at the front desk and he was awesome!!! Highly recommend:)

They are straight forward about what they can do and what they cant do. You get honest information about repair times and cost. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus advise making appointment and calling ahead to confirm hours if operation.

I came to this location after another location broke my phone the day prior. The workers at this location were exceptionally courteous, professional, and compassionate about my frustration with my previous experience. They were completely up front about what could be done and the time it would take. They actually called me when my device was done early, as well (which the other location couldnt be bothered to do). These employees had to redo work on a warranty and likely did not get paid for it. They didnt complain (at least not to me) and went out of their way to make sure my problem was solved. Thank you!!

I learned years ago that this is the best place in town for phone repairs, and Ive never gone anywhere else. Today, my phone wasnt charging - they cleaned out the charging port right away and didnt charge me for it. Note that its Cherry Creek North, so parking nearby is an adventure

Went to have my phone after putting a claim through Asurion and they had to schedule me for the next day so i went back the next day and they did not respected my appoiment because 1 of their employes did not show up, I ask the guy if I could pick another location or if i could just reschelude there again for a different day and he told me to call asurion and they could change my location to have it repair :/ so dissapointing

My screen cracked on a Friday evening and I was pretty sure my weekend was ruined and that Id need to purchase a new phone. Even though I was pretty sure my phone was a lost cause, I took it into uBreakiFix in Cherry Creek. The guy at the counter (whose name I wish Id written down!) was really great to work with and very honest about the fact that my phone (which now had a black screen even with the phone on) might not be salvageable. Within about an hour and a half, they called and said my phone was ready. I prepared myself for the worst, but they were actually able to fix it. Needless to say, I was ecstatic! Having to spend a little over $100 compared to $400-$500 for a new phone certainly made a difference. My weekend and following work week was saved by the guys at this shop and I couldnt be more grateful. Thanks for everything!

They took my insurance claim and were very thorough, they were honest that my screen type would take longer to sit than some others so I had a few hours to wait. But my phone looks brand new and a week out I have no complaints.

These guys are awesome with a quick turnaround time. My Note 10+ was destroyed and when my wife dropped it off they were worried they werent gonna be able to fix it. They replaced the front glass and back glass for a reasonable cost. Kevin and Elliot are great to deal with.

Small shop but can do what you need on phones, monitors, gaming controllers. They give good advice before they accept your work. They also give details on estimates since they explain the unknowns and what might be discovered as they perform repairs.Reputable shop.

Not sure why Samsung consideres this place a partner for repairs. Immediately upon walking in the door I was yelled at We cant take that! before I could explain I had an appointment to drop the device off (as agreed upon on the phone). After the employee took his foot out of his mouth he proceeded to tell me it would be at least 3-4 weeks for them to even look at the issue without him knowing what it was. This was some of the worst customer service Ive had the displeasure of experiencing. Even after being hesitantly told they would take the device I would not want people with this attitude to attempt to fix anything of mine, much less my electronics. Clearly they didnt want the business so ill take it elsewhere.

A location closer to home didnt have the part in stock I found out after booking the appointment.I booked online with this location and called to make sure they had the part ahead of time. K dawg answered and confirmed they do.I show up today when they opened at 12 and a worker hastily came to the door and said they werent taking on any more items without apology and just taped a notice on the door saying the same...turning four customers away who also called or had appointments. Waste of a solid hour of time.

I tried booking 3 repair appointments with these guys. The first time I came in with an appointment and they told me they werent ready for me. The second time they told me they didnt get parts on time. The third time their doors were locked while other customers were also outside in disbelief. Im in disbelief frankly. Just call the customer and update them with your situation! How hard is that?

Called first about my 2009 MacBook Pro logic board issue. Person over the phone said to bring it in. Walked into the store and again stated computer had a logic board issue. I left the computer with them for 3 days only to be told that the hard drive was tested and fine.. and that the logic board has failed but they do not work on logic boards. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Why wasn’t this said to me when I called or when the computer was brought into the store?? What a waste of time! Now they recommend for me to take it to another store which is going to charge me $50 to diagnose the issue. I honestly feel the $50 should come from the store for wasting my time. Horrible customer service.

I thought I had cracked my phone screen, and my Verizon insurance covers repairs at uBreakiFix. The guy at the desk took about 15 seconds to assure me that it was just the protective layer that was cracked, not the screen. He didnt have that type of protective screen in stock, so I ordered on Amazon. My phone now looks good as new. I had several excellent experiences with the branch in Centennial, so I am a fan.

Went I. To reach my charger port, turns out it was only a simple cleaning to fix. Maintenance crew is excellent. As for customer service, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life

Made a phone call directly to this location.They tried to make an excuse said it was routed to a call center in India.Only looking to get my phone unlocked, for my Google pixel and they told me that it was possible with their software.Drove 30 minutes to the location to find out was a complete lie and they cant do anything.Stay away!

I came in with a cracked screen on my pixel 5, in an hour and a half my phone was back in my hands, looking brand new, the staff were professional, thorough, informative, and quick! Definitely recommend.

Bad experience. Had my screen fixed less than 3 months ago. Last week it started turning purple. Brought it back and was charged another $130. Took two steps out the door and the screen completely fell off. They fixed that but the screen is barely working now. Can barely text. Cant zoom on the screen at all. Random buttons keep getting hit. Nearly $300 total and my phone is in horrible condition.

Took my phone to get it fixed and they were good representative of the company and provided me with the information I needed unfortunately track phones don’t allow you to fix and they just want you to buy a new one on Samsung devices.

These guys are great. I thought I had killed the power port (by attempting to clean it) on my iPhone and was prepared to pay to have it replaced. Instead, the gentleman at the front desk took it in the back, cleaned it out properly and voila! Works perfectly. He refused to take any payment. The camera on my iPhone needed replacing as it was shaking constantly. The representative at the time Chad suggested that the stabilizer was broken and the whole camera needed replacement. The camera was replaced and the problem was fixed within the hour, I have had zero problems with the camera since then, and Chad was extremely helpful and professional, as well as timely in his repair. I called ahead of time because I live in the Mountains, and I asked Do you guys fix Old Consoles like the PS2 & PS3? They answered We can but well need to see it first, but we usually do fix them. Didnt even fix my laptop, took longer than I was told, found them watching youtube on my account, closed my window instead of opening a new one and lost all of my tabs. My laptop has a fan issue. Why is my fan now making a high pitched screaming noise instead of the original rumbling? Why was it running for several hours playing youtube videos. I was not even given the part details to try and locate it myself. Wasnt even called when the diagnostic was done and had to repeatedly call myself to find out the status. I just want my laptop fixed or at least information on whats wrong/what I would need to get to fix it. The repair wasnt done because it would take too long to get the part? It wasnt clear why especially since the part seems to be easily found online? I was told I would get my laptop back on Wednesday-Thursday at the latest. Finally getting it back on Friday. With no meaningful communication as to what is going on.

I was referred here by my cell provider for a new battery. I was told to get the battery replaced I would have to leave my phone for 2 hours. And since I had come in less than 2 hours before they closed (I went in at 5:10. They closed at 7:00), I either needed to leave my phone overnight & could pick it up after they opened the next morning, or come back at 10:00 the next morning to drop it off & pick up at noon. For reals? Screw that. I found somewhere else where they changed the battery in front of me (nice to know my personal data was not stolen!) & on the spot. I wont be back - for anything.

I cracked my iPhone 11 screen. They replaced it pretty fast. My only complaint is that my screen doesn’t work with a glass screen protector. Im going get my original screen back so Apple can fix it. I appreciate the fast and quick way they fixed.

This place is THE BEST! Great customer service. I took my phone in to them because AFTER having had the screen replaced at a different repair place, it stopped working. The new screen started to pop loose about a week after having it replaced and then stopped working completely. Turns out the guy who first replaced my screen did a terrible job. So I took it in to uBreakiFix and they fixed the problem! Sealed the screen back on correctly free of charge!!

This place was great. I went to the one in fort Collins and they totally screwed me, charging $150 to fix my phone and when it broke literally the day after their warranty ran out with the same exact problem they fixed, they wouldnt fix it again.This place honored what the other place had done and fixed it for free - and it stayed fixed. This was even more impressive after they told me that the companies were franchises with different owners.They were friendly and helpful and I appreciated them a lot.
