I have been a Verizon customer for at least 15yrs straight. Kevin Zimmerman, is an amazing Verizon Rep. I don’t usually do reviews. Kevin is an EXCEPTION to why I’m doing this review. He set me up with a new IPhone 12. Thanks to Kevin my bill is now a $90.00 less every month. I’m able to keep all my lines and all the perks, I didn’t have to change anything. He has also taken the time to make sure that I understand my new phone. Kevin texted me to make sure my new phone is meeting my expectations. I have NEVER had a Verizon Rep., who made me feel this confident after getting a upgrade. I’m very thankful for Kevin. I will definitely recommend Kevin Zimmerman to my friends.

This all male staff lacks clarity, compassion, empathy, and efficiency in their customer service. I purchased a edge Plus and had immediately issues with this phone that included not powering off as a major issue. I went into the store several times to get my issues fixed and was redirected for a new phone continuously. I had an unfortunate death that took me out of the 14-day guarantee yet was verbally guaranteed that I could get a new phone upon my return by one of the representatives. What a coincidence that that representative was moved to another location after I returned. This team provided no clarity no dynamic customer service. Im frustrated Im disappointed and I would not recommend this store

Okay, the Apple store forgot to replace my SIM card into my new iPhone 12 Pro! UGH! On the phone for two hours last night with Verizon attempting to do an e-sim. Did not work and I had to finish packing to leave early for Denver.Got an early flight and after landing went straight to Verizon on Tower. I want to tell y’all (I’m from Texas) that Chris Amaya was INCREDIBLE!!!!! I walked in and he immediately got me a new SIM card and I was out the door in a matter of minutes and on my way to Vail for business! Wow! Thanks Chris! And, his incredible countenance, relaxing and chill, put me at ease! Thanks again Chris and Verizon should be extremely grateful to have you on board!

I paid 1200 dollars for a motorola edge plus with promises from this location if I ver needed anything simply call and they would help me, Now I need a new battery, its not charging. These guys have NO CLUE were to get a battery. I called Batteries +, ubreakifix, numerous OTHER verizon stores, and the y wont help, and we all know when You call verizon Tech suppoert, you lucky to talk to anybody after an hours of codes, hold, prompts, etc...VERIZON NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

Veryzon connection very poor, veryzon service poor, high prices for everything, group of people and manager they dont know what they doing, me and my friend was asking for help long time but nobody was not able provide good assistence for us, they think only for their profit not about how to make customers happy, finnaly transfer my number to different provider gonna celebrate it today, good luck Veryzon

In and out twice for new phones. Felt very good about replacing old broken phones with better options. Very friendly and helpful location.Had to Update Today 4/24/21When these guys recommend a phone take them up on it. I broke another cheaper option. My fault. Came back and got the latest and greatest which I shouldve done in the first place. Every single time I come here any one of the fine gentlemen working will get you handled correctly. Chris is someone who is honest, hard working, extremely patient, thorough, and pleasant all around. I would highly recommend asking for his help if you plan to visit this location.Living in Green Valley, I’m sure we’ve all noticed other service providers tend to lack reception in our neighborhood. After switching to Verizon, our phones were able to receive signal in our home for the first time in years. It is worth the switch!

If I could give this store a zero I would. This has to be the WORST location and experience with Verizon. I went to this store almost a year ago (July) to buy new iPhones while they had their promotion buy one get one. Very long story, but the associate who helped us no longer works for Verizon, and did not put in the BOGO promotion in our plan. We have been paying for our free phone for almost a year now. We immediately (after our first bill) called customer service and they referred us back to the store. We then went to the store several times about the issue, and the addressed it with the manager of this location. Almost a year later, they are still working on this issue waiting for approval on a mistake their employee did. If you can avoid coming to these authorized retailer of Verizon I would. I dont know if the real Verizon store will be any better, but I would hate for anyone to go through what I am because of a mistake an employee did.

Eric Walters is an awesome associate with Verizon sales. First he is kind and courteous and his integrity is exceptional. He is knowledgeable of your devices as well as your billing and pricing. He is responsible and explains thoroughly any questions or issues I had. He is awesome and I at almost 70 years old and trust in him and hopefully will continue in the future doing business with Mr. Walters. Please commend him and thank him for me.

Ive been to several Verizon stores for the same issue with my phone this week but no one was helpful until I came into this Verizon store with only a half hour before the store closed, in a total rush after working late. Steven was awesome and actually sat down and helped me figure out what was going on with my plan. Excellent customer service, thank you!

Eric at Verizon-Green Valley was amazing! He was courteous, patient, understanding, and thorough. We had many concerns and he was able to address each need. Helped us with switching carriers, adding a new line, getting updated phones (trade-ins), and activating our other line. He assisted us in getting the right plan and helped us with how to use the phones, how to activate apps, other services, and links. He was personable and was pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him. He has great customer service, took care of our needs, provided helpful information, and answered all of our questions.

This location is an authorized retailer not an actual Verizon location. That shouldnt be a problem, but I felt like person helping me pressured me in to getting a protection plan on my phone that I usually wouldn’t get. That being said, I don’t buy something when being pressured so I declined the protection plan…. How ever it still ended up on my bill. I didn’t notice it for months and it ended costing me over $100 dollars.I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM AT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE

Eric was awesome! He greeted me at the door, sincerely listened to my grievance and resolved all my concerns. Additionally he reviewed my current wireless plan, made me aware of available discounts and assisted in updating my plan to one more tailored to my cellphone use. If you visit the Green Vally Ranch Verizon office, I highly recommend Eric!!

While the service here is decent, I would warn against going to an authorized retailer rather than a corporate-owned store. It has taken months to resolve issues through corporate caused by lack of follow-through in the store in regards to our plan. Customer support does not have as many problem solving abilities for issues caused by a retailer store. Keep that in mind and make sure everything is completed properly before leaving the store. :)

Got 2 phones from this location and employees seem very unprofessional and very unhappy about their jobs, they are impatient they dont like to explain things that well and dont communicate clearly . Definitely not the same energy you get at tmobile. Very disappointing experience.

This review is about the amazing representative Gilbert or what I like to call my mothers personal phone Santa. He was so helpful and approachable. Very knowledge and made the process of upgrading my mothers phone a breeze. Not only that but we didnt get a charger in the phone and when we called him to let him know he sacrificed his time and brought my mother a new charger to our front door personally after work hours. My mom said Thank you G. Since this store has opened I have purchased now 3 phones for my family and I will probably only go to this store whenever I have cell phone needs. Thanks guys.

My father in law has been experiencing issues with his phone for over 9 months came in to the store and met Antoine. Havent bought a new phone in about 7 years, so it was about THAT time and had to switch carriers as well. Símon greeted me at the door and helped me through all my foolery.To have to put up with me (picky) Símon remained beyond patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all devices. He didnt try to sell me up on something I didnt want, but did explain to me my options. Símon even checked in with me after my visit to make sure things were going good with the products I purchased. I set up a Verizon account several weeks ago. I ended up having a dispute over a $200 promotion that Verizon was running at the time. Thanks to Sam, and associate that work there and took a personal interest in my problem, I received my $200 credit towards my account. Honestly, Sam’s ability to get involved was really the only reason I feel I was able to get the situation resolved. I not only recommend Verizon highly as a carrier, I recommend this location highly given the personal service they provided me.
