Stopped into this Verizon store while visiting friends in Denver. I had cracked my screen protector on my iPhone and the staff were incredibly helpful. Tyler was right on it when he saw I needed help! Filing for a replacement was really easy. Would definitely recommend this store for its friendly atmosphere and helpful staff!My only suggestion to Verizon would be to have more visible signage out front to help customers find and identify the store easier. I wouldn’t have noticed the store had I not walked right by the front door!Thanks again for everything!
This store was beyond helpful. They worked with me to make sure I got what I needed and I didnt leave until they were sure I was good to go. I appreciate everyone that works there especially Riad. Amazing customer service, extremely helpful, they are quick and flawless.
This is a pretty cool store for the basic stuff. I went in there to upgrade my phone. They have self serve kiosks so if the employees are busy you can get what you need done, just like on the app but with in-person help if you need it and pick the phone up right there. There was a problem with my account, not their fault. But the supervisor there Tyler went way above and beyond and got my account all sorted out, not what they deal with there. But once my account was fixed I was able to upgrade my phone in like 5 mins super awesome. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend these express stores if you are look to do something simple like an upgrade.
Nice, new concept, this “Express” store. Super knowledgeable employees that took great care of my exact needs. I needed humans to speak to regarding my multiple, specific questions. All resolved with friendly and professional customer service. I highly recommend these Express stores.
Super nice guys, knowledgeable, and super fast - I was dreading spending an hour waiting for help at the main store. Instead, they solved my problem right away, went the extra mile to help me set up my phone with the glass cover I brought in, and even guided me to a nearby bike shop for a bike repair!
Super quick easy and simple. Tyler knight was amazing helping replace my phone asap with my protection plan. Love the Verizon Express concept.

Tyler and all of the other employees were incredible, had a very weird issue that of of the control of the store and ended taking a bit of time to take care but was a great experience anyway. A very stress free experience without the upsell pressure you can get at other non corporate stores.
I lost my phone in Boulder while on vacation in downtown Denver. I had no car and three young children. The closer location on 16th Street did not have the phones to which I could apply my credit. I was connected to the Union Station express store and met Elle and Maria. They saw beyond my frustration and unintended rudeness and were helpful and patient. My phone was suspended because it was reported lost, which complicated getting an upgrade and new phone. They figured out how to do it. They went above and beyond in numerous ways. I left with a new phone with much of my data intact. This store needs to stay and Elle and Maria deserve all the recognition. They were lifesavers. Thank you!!!

I live across the street in The Platform and I’m very happy this thing is in my neighborhood. Getting a phone here was way faster than the old Verizon stores! I’m used to waiting an hour to get out the door with my new phones. This place took 10 minutes! Everyone was super welcoming and inviting, Stephanie and Tyler seemed like naturals with people. Upgrading on my own was easy enough to understand and not ask for help. Not sure what this 1 star review is on about... get over yourself Woodward! Thank you Verizon for the great service!

Alexis and Mohammad were super helpful and friendly. All in all it only took about 20 minutes to get a new phone from start to finish. Would absolutely go back again.
In and out procedure, just the was I like it. Havent fired up the phone yet (Galaxy s21 Ultra!) but the employee was helpful and informative.
Verizon has easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter if it’s the online support chat, support line via phone, or in the person support from stores. The level of incompetence is staggering. All they try and do is sell you something instead of answering questions.
Went to pick up our order this morning. They said it was Pending .After explaining what we had to go through which took about two weeks They told us to go to another store. Although I know it is always challenging doing business with Cell Phone Service or Internet and yes Cable and TV Companies. It was horrible how these employees do not care about customer service. Basically we got the run around and like I mentioned they sent us to another store. That store was just as bad I do not recommend this store. We were left with no new phones that we ordered.Very poor communications and rude service. Find another store or even better find a new Cell Phone Carrier!!! Verizon get over yourself!
Came in the other day with my friend for some questions about switching over, Riad was there and he did a great job in answering questions about plans, pricing and available promotions.My friend has switched over and I’m about to very soon. He was very knowledgeable and confident.
I visited 3 stores and they were the only ones with a good assortment of fully functioning phones. A lot of carriers and manufacturers dont seem to realize that people like me want to see a phone before buying it, but Verizon does and they delivered.
Came down to pick up a phone, door wasn’t locked a table 2 on a Saturday. Waited around, figured they were at lunch, came back at 4 still no one there. Awful, awful customer service

I never doubted that I would get top notch customer service with Verizon, but they were so freaking amazing at this store. Tyler and Ramy, thank you guys!I had to basically run there from the other store before they closed, because the original store on 16th didnt have what I needed. I ran in, out of breath, still traumatized about my previous phone being run over, and Ramy was quick to jump on the kiosk to guide me, while Tyler kept me feeling secure and happy and smiling. These 2 were made for customer service & satisfaction roles. I will definitely be back and recommend the store to others.
