The two employees who helped me were awesome and so helpful. They had a ton of patients and let me test the product before I left. Great experience and would highly recommend this location for your smoking needs.

I purchased two $10 torches and they stopped working shortly after. I spoke to the guy who sold them to me, wasnt apologetic nor did offer to replace them or exchange them. His exact words were: I guess u can bring in 1 of them and I can take a look at it. I should of listened to the employee at Denver Vapor and Headrush about this shop.

Ive been a regular at the Arizona location for a few years and thought it would be cool to visit this location on vaca. I definantly wasnt disappointed. These guys are super informed and helpful. I was surprised they had as much glass selection as they did. Will definitely visit again next time Im here.

Been to a couple headshops in Denver since moving here, and this by far has the best selection and prices. They carry vape supplies, bongs, pipes, and tons of more accessories. Was having a hard time finding coils for a vape pen and just a bowl for my bong, but they sell them for great prices. Check them out!Edit: second time I went into the store, there was a different man behind the counter. This man was immediately rude to us upon us asking if they sold tobacco. When we asked for our brand, he literally stood there and stared at us, said YOU smoke those? And then gave us dirty looks after looking at our ID. Not sure what was up with him. The other worker was definitely more in tune with customer service. Not gonna visit again.

Best place for quality glass and vape selection. Always on top of the newest trends in concentrate vapes and pod based nicotine systems. Employees are friendly and helpful, always willing to spend the time to get you what you need.

Honestly both guys in the shop were very nice but unless you have a vape mod pg based juice leaves in pod based system leaking. Thats what I was sold because I dont know much. Wasted $$

I came in here when I started vaping instead of smoking last spring. I come in at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. If you dont know what youre looking for like I was, they are happy to oblige. Their supply is somewhat limited, but they have pretty much whatever flavor you are looking for. They were out of the coils I needed because they had a problem with the supplier and he ended up just giving me one from a new set. That is good customer service.

Prices are double what they should be and the guy acted like we were getting a great deal. Very limited flavor brand selection and they carry the same couple of flavors across this brand selection. This place is a total rip-off and we will never be back.

Owner was very rude when I bought last of the pack of zig zag wraps. Next time in, was looking to spend a few hundred on a rig but was ignored while owner chatted away with a non customer. That was the last time I ever set foot in his door. Try being nice to the clientele, there are many other and friendlier options within walking distance.

Stumbled upon HQ by mere chance. For a small fish in this giant ocean, not to bad. Great selection. Great prices. Good people.

Friendly and great service

I spent over $300. in this shop. Good! Now that I have your attention I want you to know how great these good folks are. First off, they were the only vape shop in Denver (Capitol Hill specifically) that had a eNail by the brand name Mini-Nail which is exactly the specific brand I was looking for. After doing research on-line these guys came in with a $ amount that was quite competitive. Not an ez feat in the world of buy it on line and have it delivered Lets just say I balk at any purchase over $100. with that said Mr Benavides put up with my whining and vacillating and patiently answered my questions - not once (remember I was whining! a tendency I have when Im frightened to spend what I think is more money than I should) but at least three times. Over and over he listened to my complaints and in between the breaths I allowed him slowly started giving me the points I had already read about and he had already gone over more than once. But he never once gave me the attitude I was wasting his time, never gave me the look really, you want to go over this again but instead understood a bit why I was hesitating and WITHOUT pushing and giving me a hard sell and instead in an informative tone gave me the finer points of why he liked the model...the pros and the cons. I gotta say, this is a wonderful neighborhood shop I seriously and happily encourage you to visit and to spend your hard earned $$ in. When you do tell Joey Benavides hello from his customer (me) Celia Benavidez. We Benavides(z) have to stick together. Again...GO. Stop reading this review and give them some of your hard earned money...theyve earned it!!

I was just roaming around Denver as you do when youre a tourist and I stumbled into this place and was delighted by the selection and prices. The proprietor was a genuine character and very cool dude that helped me make some very informed decisions.

I boarded on a skybus to gtfo of my red state and visit friends in Denver. While doing some stoney window shopping through Pearl St., I noticed HQ and walked in. This place is freaking rad! I got to try out some interesting products and ogle at others. The staffs genuine, their playlist was superb, and the shop is pleasant and fun - I’d definitely check this place out.
