Good spot for cheap low quality glass theyve got almost anything youd need. Nothings made to last but thats not what youre paying for. Super friendly staff as well every time Ive been.

I go to this place at less twice a day the staff Are very quick, Friendly and Polite. They make you feel Welcomed and always Brighten up my day with great conversation, This place most defenty deserve five starts.

I have spent probably like $500. In the last couple years and I bought a torch from them that was defective and they will not make it right and replace it with one that works. I will never set foot in this place again because the little girl that acts like its her parents place or something like that is one of the rudest person I have meet in a while. So I would recommend that these girls that work at this place should get in a new line of work. Like maybe open a massage parlor or something along those lines.

One of the few headshops I enjoy going to and purchasing from, great staff with great selection! I come in here at least once a week for something new to enjoy.

I Sent my husband to buy large rolling papers the girl with the nose ring, sold him some parchment paper. I have no idea what she was thinking. He asked her 3 times if she was sure. Yes yes! No no you can’t smoke wax genius. I had him take it back and she refused to give him store credit and allow him to buy papers that would work. We never ever go to this store. We love the place on Florida and Sheridan. I’ve bought the wrong thing before and took it back without being used and no problem. I’m taking it they don’t want repeat customers?? The most rude nasty little girl.

Excellent service, good variety in selection, but it would be cool if they were open on sundays. No one likes having to actually schedule when they get papers. Especially when Sunday is really the only day that you are off.

My husband Went to get a 510 threaded battery for our 510 threaded cartridges and was misunderstood by the person who helped him. Was sold a pen that was completely different than what was needed. He came out to the car to open it up and add our cartridge. It didn’t work so he took it back inside and because the box accidentally got ripped he was unable to return it. He literally walked back in 5 minutes after getting the pen. It wasn’t even used. But they were willing to make him pay $10 for the piece he needed and not return $30 for the one we didn’t. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 15 years this was not handled very well. We will never shop here again. And will tell everyone not to support this business.

The staff are amazing here. Ive gotten a couple glass straws from here, and bangers, wouldnt suggest buying that stuff there, I wont anymore due to the quality Ive received. However, the glass pipes and bubblers and bongs are really cute with great variety and a lot of it is local and they have a lot of pendants I love too. I love this store. They have tons of wraps and papers and if they dont have what you want theyll order it.

My boyfriend needed up going in there and he said he found almost everything he was wanting to look at. He did leave his bluetooth headphone there and the workers found it and put in behind the count until we came back and got it. Soo, great customer service and clean and organized merchandise.

Not a good experience. Called for a replacement part for my vape. Said they had it. Mid heard me on the phone. Decided to purchase a pen battery while there. As I was rung up I told the cashier you got five on it. She looked at me like I was speaking In tounges. According to their website when you make a purchase and mention the above saying. They will give you a discount of five bucks on your purchase. Needles to say. I had to give one star.

I called back to ask if I could bring my twins, in their stroller, to buy it, since my mom was just released from the hospital. She has a horrible migraine, which kratom helps, but she cant watch the kids. I was told no, even though Id done it before.Obviously, I cant shop there because I have kids. I suggest if you have kids you find another store. Its too bad, they have great products, but amazon exists as do other stores. I dont like being discriminated against just because I have kids, and lack child care at the moment.

Divine service. I bought a vaporizer from this place, and after a month, the mouthpiece broke. I brought it back, and the gentleman working the store exchanged the broken part for me. The man was also very friendly to talk to. I dont usually do much shopping in retail stores, but since Im traveling around the western US in my magic bus, its just much easier. I would definitely come back to this spot if I needed something. They also have a pretty decent selection of ejuice. Thanks again.
