I stopped in at Mercer Place to offer some items for consignment.I was told that an appointment needed to be scheduled with Lana, the buyer that wasnt in, in order to consign. When I asked to schedule an appointment with Lana, I was told all they could do was refer me to another consignment store -they werent interested in my items - not interested in the items of mine that they hadnt seen and that definitely hadnt been looked at by the buyer that wasnt in the store. The sales person would not schedule me an appointment with Lana. I was made-up and masked-up, well dressed, super polite, I can only guess it was something else about my appearance that made me so unwelcome in the store...cant imagine...rude doesnt cover it. Gross.

The clothes here are so unique! And the service goes above and beyond! Definitely would recommend!

Amazing store! The employee (she was new) was so welcoming and had great suggestions for things to try on. The prices are very fair for the quality of the clothing and the pieces are one of a kind.

One of the best gems on Broadway, they have a very large selection of times and you can tell they know how to maximize small spaces. Street parking is ok but worth the hassle. Great fashion finds at low prices!

Went here to sell some clothes but the lady who seemed to be the owner was so rude that I left. Also the clothes were very unattractive and clearly made for women in their 70s (no offense to them).

Great vibes in here with beautiful pieces. KHARA was such a doll in here full of love and helped us soooo much! She was really the best part of everything she was even so sweet to our puppy ! Can’t wait to come back

FINALLY a consignment shop that has a decent assortment of mens clothing. Great prices too...A genuine Armani dress shirt for around $40 bucks! But any guys out there - stay away - its all mine mine mine! LOL.

I love this place! Lana is very welcoming and personable. I came here with my boyfriend who was the one that found the place. There’s a great selection for men’s clothes and women’s clothes. There’s also a lot of chairs with in the space which is rally great since I was feeling tired I could sit and still talk to my boyfriend while he shopped.

We had a wonderful experience here. Clothes are beautiful, definitely nothing boring or run-of-the-mill, and very reasonable. Woman who runs the store was very friendly and helpful, we cant wait to return! They have great kids clothes too, especially if you have a young daughter whos into colorful bright dresses, like I do :)

Great service and super friendly. They even have a small section of mens clothes, although not sized for gentlemen of stature. Womens clothing is the concentration here, and the selection is every changing and quite varied.

Love shopping here! There are always unique pieces to be found. Went in to see if they had good winter pieces (for when it actually gets cold) and was not disappointed. Fur trimmed cardigans, cashmere sweaters... all at reasonable prices. For some reason, on google maps, it said they are closed permanently but they are definitely open. Must be an error (just an fyi in case your GPS says the same thing).

I called in to get some simple information on how it worked with selling clothes and the lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and stuck up. So unhelpful - do NOT recommend. And the clothes that they sell are so out of style and over priced.
