Hands down the best Optical office I have ever been to. From the first phone call, to my visit, to pick up, everything was stellar. After having an unpleasant experience at another location Michelle and Michael the managers at the Monaco location treated me and my family like we’ve been customers of theirs for five years (it has been about five years). They payed attention with great detail and incomparable hospitality to the comport and sense of welcome to me and my family. We all have our own style of glasses and I’ll admit we are each extremely picky but when it comes to things like glasses that you’ll be wearing for the next few years Michael and Michelle seemed to have a great understanding to this and did not care when we each tried on about 30 pairs of glasses to find the right ones. I went here a while ago and had to wait over 30 minutes to get seen and when someone came over and asked me if they could help it was as if no one ever realized I checked in.Also I paid extra for anti reflectivity coating and the such. When I got them I just thought the coating didn’t work for me. I went got new glasses from another place and it turns out the coating wasn’t working because it didn’t even exist. I had this confirmed by multiple services. Everyone was nice but I didn’t get the service I paid for.

I was so happy that I found this place! The largest Optical I have ever seen with a sea of glasses to look at. I came in with a strict budget in mind. Michelle was so amazing! Unfortunately when I got my glasses back they had the wrong lens in them. I was able to return and get a proper pair within 2-3 days. Got a personal phone call from the manager Michelle. She apologized and said that she wanted to work with me to make sure I was happy. They went beyond to make sure that everything was set right. Im very happy that everything worked out and that I was able to support a company that puts the time and effort to make their customers happy. Five stars!

Excellent service!!! My husband and I were in need of a new pair of glasses. We called ahead and they accommodated us promptly. Robin took us in, greeted us with amazing enthusiasm; you could see that she was truly smiling through her mask. Its been 20 days and I still dont have my prescription sunglasses I ordered. On top of that they told me oakley prizm lenses cost over 400 dollars so I picked out a different pair of glasses. When I got home and looked online I found the lenses for less then 100 dollars. Also they never gave me my prescription information and I had to go back to specifically request it. This was my first experience with getting prescription glasses and I would have to highly recommend anyone else in same boat to stay away from this store.Edit: they called me at 6:59 to tell me my glasses are ready and they close at 7 this place is a joke how unprofessional can you be while trying to mark up prices over 400%. Sad to think I spent over $600 in my first month shopping here and not at a place that would offer remotely fair prices or appreciate my business.

I brought my family to have eye exams. The staff made sure to take us in 2 at a time because of Covid. I have a large family and really appreciated that. Dr Allen was great! Took the time to make sure our glasses would be done right. The lady who helped us pick out glasses was so happy to work with us. It truly shows she loves what she does! Amazing customer service!!! I was greeted with a smile and you can see it through the masks in this place. You can truly see they care about what they do. Robin was such a real person, treated me like her famiy. I had so many questions about my prescription. She had so much knowledge and helped me understand what would help me in my work place. There is actually a WORK PLACE progessive. I never knew that existed. I picked them up today and OMG my glasses are TOP NOTCH!!! I will never go anywhere else!

Bought a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses, the price was fair. However they said my glasses would be ready the next day, they accidentally snapped my glasses ( whatever everyone makes mistakes). Took 2 weeks for them to order me another pair, they did not communicate the amount of time it would take. During this time the manager tried to give me my sunglasses that were not ready and barely tinted. So 3 weeks out from purchase, I had to call and ask them is they were ready. The manager did not offer any compensation and after twice of me explaining that I felt wronged, she finally offered to let me keep my donor pair. I would recommend you look else where for glasses, i will not be a returning costumer. i did not feel they prioritized me or communicated effectively.

I had a wonderful experience at Optical Masters! Everything from the Doctor who did my exam to purchasing my glasses was a smooth and easy process! They had TONS of frames to pick from, I think I was there for almost 2 hours because there were so many choices! The prices were also very reasonable.They had my glasses ready 2 days later and when I went in to pick them up, they adjusted them to my face and hooked me up with a case and cleaning spray! Very great experience, I will definitely be back again!

Im editing this review because the manager of this location contacted me and was very generous in fixing the problems I had posted about here before. Apparently I had dealt with the wrong person the last time I was at this store, but I have no complaints and could not be more pleased with how issues were handled in the end.

I went back for my annual visit, and it was my first time with Dr. Alan, she was wonderful. I had some new concerns and she came up with some great solutions which I will be trying this new year. I am used to the same team that I see every year and they took their time explaining my options to me. Their frame selection gets better and better every year! I got a new pair of Dior glasses and some new ultra thin lenses and surprisingly did not have to pay as much as I thought after my insurance. Anyone looking to be treated with excellent professional care should go to this place.

I HIGHLY recommend going here!!! I was having some pretty major problems with some glasses I purchased and went to Johnny and Neil at the University location to address the situation. It was something that was a bit unusual and rather than treating me like there was something wrong with my eyes, or the way I was wearing the glasses on my face, they started ground up and worked with me...even though it dug into their profits. Not only were they completely professional, but open arms to get everything figured out and corrected with NO ADDED COSTS. They truly just wanted me to have a proper pair of glasses and they definitely delivered. If it werent for these guys, I would have had a much different opinion of my experience. If you want to be treated properly and professionally, this is your place. I found them to have a great selection of frames and know they will do the best when it comes to lenses. Thank you guys!

I went to 2 of the big chain stores the last 2 times getting glasses and I wasnt impressed. One couldnt get my progressives lines right and the other lenses scratched the first week, due to cheap material used.From the doctor visit, to picking out frames and add ons to paying and finally to actually wearing and getting used to them, Optical Masters became my new goto place for eye care!

I have been going Optical Masters for the past 8 years, and a year ago I made the mistake of going to another place because I moved further away and it was closer to my house. What a mistake that was! I soon realized the quality, service and the selection at optical masters is next to none. I like to have lots of choices and I personally think they have the best selection in Colorado, not to mention I have never had any issues with my prescription. After going to another competitor, I realized the 40 minute drive was well worth it and working with the same people for the past 8 years puts me at ease. I know Robin and her sister Michelle have been there for as long as I remember not to mention I always get the best exam. Dr. Allen is not only great and takes her time with me but makes me feel great about the result of the exam. I love to support local businesses and I assure you that you will not be disappointed by giving these guys a try.

Friendly, helpful staff. My last pair of lenses have two sets of tiny numbers, like a fraction, on both sides of each lens. I was told this is how they ID the lens and there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t afford to get new ones and I still haven’t adjusted to the obstruction to my vision. Won’t be going back.

Filled out patient paperwork, waited 25 minutes only to find out that the doctor wasnt there yet and was going to be late due to a flat tire.Jay couldnt find the time to call in at 9:30 when he was officially late and rather waited until 9:55 to call and give an ambiguous timeframe. Doctors are paid well enough to have higher standards than this.Call in about the appointment before youve wasted your clients time and theyll be more likely to stick around.

Do NOT GO HERE!! All about the upsale, overpriced to begin with. Purchased $1500 worth of glasses & lenses. They said they would put new (updated Rx) lenses in one of my frames at no charge. Came to pick them up and the very second I tried them on, I knew it was not the right prescription, I couldnt see a thing. The salesperson kept insisting it was me, the way they sat on my nose, the way I was looking through them, etc and acted annoyed when I kept telling her they were not right. She disappeared with then in the back, returning a few minutes later to announce the wrong lenses were indeed put in my frames! This place has gone WAY downhill! I have used them years ago and was very happy, as did my husband & son. Never again. I question the competence of the alleged technicians. I took my frames and the old lenses and left. So much for my free lenses.

I was really happy with the service last year, when I got new lenses and frame. The frame broke ( due to heavy use on my part, not a frame defect) and when I went back for repair, the new, younger sales person told me that the frame was discontinued and she would donate my glasses. I have a very strong correction and progressive lenses, and did not want to lose $700 plus worth of lenses. A second young man did a cursory search for a replacement frame, then said that they no longer carry the frame and it is no longer being made, and he wanted me to start over as well. I retrieved my broken glasses, found the exact frame still available online, and ordered it so that my valuable lenses can be used again.

So unprofesonal and unorganized place with unknowledgeable people, dont waste your time.after schedule appointment they recognize:oh is 3 of july and insurance company not opened to verify ID number,what is mean??if l get to ER at weekend they cant treat me because weekend, thats so ridiculous and she come front all patients talking about my privet insurance loudly with out any knowledge. And asking for money to charge me.is shocking moment.

I came to Optical Masters to get updated glasses after having an old pair for nearly 5 years. The staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I usually won’t review unless it’s excellent or worst. Here it’s exceptional. I shopped in 5 stores and this one by far has wide gamut of collection and is best. Prices are competitive and they got a pair for everyone. They also gave free single focus lens with purchase of frame. The manager Michelle was great and explained things very clearly. There was a tiny scratch on the frame but since it’s the last pair, I bought it anyway. After 2 days they called me it’s ready and when I looked voila!, scratch is gone. They painted the scratch evenly and it’s now in pristine condition. This is surprise and delight. 100% recommended.Edit: after few months the frame broke. It was too fragile. I should’ve taken another frame

I brought two pair of glasses in to have the prescriptions updated. The progressives turned out great, the computer glasses did not. I returned the next day. They determined that the lab had made an error and the lenses were replaced that same day by mid afternoon. Completely satisfied and appreciate that they got them fixed right away since I do need them all day, everyday.

This is my favorite shop! The staff are so welcoming and helpful! They are are knowledgable when helping with perfect frame and fit for my style and face shape! It is definitely a family like store with an incredible selection of frames! Also I love they have been a colorado staple for years !

Went in with a mindset that Id be able to replace my 4 year old Ray Bans with the same exact ones. To my dismay, the style had been discontinued and the woman who helped me went above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service, despite my anxiety in selecting a new frames and the change in my prescription. She answered my questions and helped me understand the whole process while being kind and compassionate. I wish I couldve said thank you, but she took a break as I left so I was unable to. I brought my husband in for glasses last week. It was busy, so the manager helped us. This was my husbands first time getting a bifocal. She spent the time to explain all of the different types of noline lenses and what would work best for my husbands job. He also has light sensitivity and she went over the right coatings for him. We are so pleased with the service and will be telling all of our friends and family!

Easily the most positive eye doctor experience Ive had in years! I came here for a contact lens exam, and left with crystal clear vision and peace of mind. It was pretty busy, but the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly the doctor was extremely attentive to my individual wants and needs. Will come back here. Thank you!!

But $100.00 for polycarbonate lenses so with tax about $30.00 more.$289.00 for lenses no anti scratch no non-glare... Just transition lenses.I went down the street and got an eye exam PLUS a new pair of Ray Ban frames with RX sunglass lenses AND a great looking pair of glasses and clear RX lenses and that pair of Ray Ban frames with polycarbonate transition lenses (total of $84.00 NOT $289.00). I also got a complete eye examination for FREE!Look up 2 complete pairs of glasses and exam for $69.95 on Google and send your hard earned dollars there. Always buy American!The complete package for 3 complete pairs with tax $257.95.So dear owners of Optical Masters... I hope your greed brings you down.

I brought my husband in to see the frames available. I was taken care of straight away. Robin gave us the tour of what must have been thousands of glasses. She asked us questions and got to know us. She was real and helped us choose the right fit for my husband. He has a large face and its always difficult to for him to pick glasses. He finally settled on a pair of Face a Face frames. I have never seen anything like them before, a touch of color and he looks amazing!!! I am recommending Robin the greatest frame stylist. You must stop in and see this store. I was absolutely amazed!

Wonderful experience. Quick but thorough. I even overheard they were down a staff member that day and i still got called back quickly. I had Dr. Michelle and she was excellent. Took the time to answer all my questions and check a specific area of my eye due to a rare eye disease in my family. This is my second time going here and i will be back again next year for my next exam.

These guys are awesome. Unfortunately I had to take my 18 month old son with me to get my eye exam done. Normally he is really good in New places but he quickly had a melt down as the eye exam began. The staff could have asked me to reschedule but instead they came into the exam room, and entertained him while I finished my exam. When I finished up he was hanging out with a staff member and playing with glasses. Happy as could be. Aside from that everyone there took the time to ensure all of my eye care needs were quickly and professionally taken care of. I really cant say enough good things.

The selection is great, the store is well kept, and the staff is nice. I recommend asking questions and requesting full explanations about how things work because I did run into some information gaps, but they cared enough to follow up and go out of their way to earn my business. Not a lot of places would do that, but they did and it meant a lot.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff and great doctor. Once I got my glasses I felt like my one eye was a bit off. They were happy to recheck my prescription and update the one lens at no cost to me. Id definitely recommend them to my friends.Selection of glasses is also great as well. They have everything from discount frames to the latest designer glasses. I love my Ovvos that I got.
