Sent in a photo of my momma who recently passed and they were most definitely NOT speedy. Photo came out with terrible quality. Failure to communicate left me in tears. Never using this printing place again and its a shame for what they neglected to do.

Elaine at Sir Speedy stayed in email and phone contact to ensure that she understood the order. We kept changing what we needed and she helped us throughout the changes.The printed materials were beautiful. There is no small desktop printer that can do the job that Sir Speedy can do. The colors are deep and crisp, their paper fit our needs.To top all of that, Paul called so I could pick up the order early to beat the snow that was on its way!

I wanted to print 4 copies of an 11 page document in color, which was $50!!! They told me there is a $5 minimum, which actually means a mandatory $5 fee on top of the printing cost.The staff were helpful and let me know that doing it in black and white would only be $10 to try and cheapen the price for me, but WOW this place has expensive color printing! Was definitely not expecting that, I would rather just color in my document with a crayon!

Ive used Denver Sir Speedy for several years for printing projects. They always deliver on time, if not before, and the end product is of the highest quality. They even checked my document for errors before printing. My pdf document was showing a small black dot on some pages. They contacted me to correct it before printing 600 copies. Now that is great customer service. They are all wonderful people to work with. I wont consider going anywhere else.

After FedEx quoted an INSANE $800 for a 24 hour turnaround on just 250 front+back color pages, we turned to Sir Speedy, who were much more reasonable and had no problems finishing the order by end of business the next day. Prints turned out well, people were friendly. Well be back. Rates are pretty competitive even with web printers.

The team at Sir Speedy went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I needed some booklets printed for a presentation. Two hours before the presentation I noticed that I had sent the wrong file. I hired Sir. Speedy because I lack creativity for design. The work I received was below my expectations and honestly looked like something I would have created. I emailed ideas of what I liked and was given something completely different. The designer used a simple background, copy and pasted a photo over that, and then pasted another layer over that. When I complained I was told my project actually took longer than I was billed and I was given a deal. If a 1/2 star was an option I would have given them that.

The worst service ever!!! It took them almost 20 mins to print 4 pictures! The woman doesnt even know how to use the printer and software. Then, they had to spend 5 mins to print my receipts out!If you enjoy to waste your time, get your service over there!!!
