Came to this location all the way from Wichita and wasnt disappointed in any way! Just going into the store itself is a fun experience. Of course the lovely, wonderful woman helping us contributed the absolute most to making my first time in a Lush store, a good one. Laura had such a bright personality and answered every single question my family and I had. No judgement or hesitation. You can truly tell this woman knows what shes talking about too. She was extremely welcoming and literally created the friendliest and most comfortable environment Ive ever shopped in. She was on top of of everything. From keeping the interest of basically every guest that walked in the store, to answering any silly questions. Basically, you need to give this girl a promotion. Thank you so much, Laura!

I had the greatest first shopping experience there today! A super inviting environment & staff. Apple was incredibly friendly and helpful! I tried a bath bomb tonight and i think I’m obsessed. I’ll be back soon for sure

Glad this store exists, so many flavors to choose from. Went told the associate what I needed, very knowledgeable pointed me to some amazing soap. Very cool place, you can test products to make sure this is what u want. Online shopping pretty great too

Forcing customers to sanitize upon entry, and only providing them with a bottle of sanitizer so overused that grime has crusted around it, feels like it defeats the intention of the safety measure and the purpose of the store itself. I had a skin reaction to the sanitizer that I am still trying to calm, days later, and it took a substantial amount of time to track down an associate with soap to use at the sinks to rinse off the offending liquid (100% alcohol, if I had to guess.) Again, weird fumble by a literal soap store. I usually love Lush, but this was by far the most unpleasant experience in one of their stores. Feeling accosted and then actually being harmed left me scrambling for 3x the amount of time it would have taken for me to pop in, grab the exact thing I knew I needed, and leave. Lush guidelines are doing more harm than good — reconsider them, please!

Went in the other day and the sales associates were all super friendly! One of them recommended a massage bar that is just lovely. Great products, nice people.

The staff was so sweet and so helpful. Izzy was patient and quick to help. The range of scents are amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great place to find pampering items for the women in your life

I love Lush and they maje dampkes so you can try at home. I like being able to try a product to see if I like it. I know what I like and helps me so much decide what I want for next visit.

I drove all the way to this mall to get something from Lush... State has lifted mask mandates but this store is still enforcing masks which is fine. I was asked to put my mask on when I came in so I did. I was in there for 2 minutes... I took my mask down so I could smell a bath bomb and as soon as I took my mask down a short chubby blonde girl told me that, this is your last warning if you dont wear your mask Im going to kick you out. I was in there for 2 minutes and wanted to buy something but felt really unwelcomed by this girl. Sad to me because Lush workers are usually the most friendly and fun people. She was the complete opposite and made the store miss out on a sale and a long term customer. I will never return to this Lush store.

This store has some the most amazing scents, bodys soaps, shampoos, bath bombs and more.

We went in the other day to buy some things to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful! I wish I had gotten her name, but there was a staff member there who had really long black hair with blue on the ends-was working December 16th, and she was the friendliest person I think Ive ever met. She was so sweet and helpful- an absolute ball of sunshine. She made us feel so welcome, and helped figure out what we wanted when we couldnt make up our minds. We usually go to the Lush in the Park Meadows mall because its a little bit closer to where we live, but we will be making the extra trip to go to this one instead just because of the staff!

And, the facility was super supportive of the covid safe environment. I had to wash my hands / wear a mask the whole time (even when smelling products). I greatly appreciate the team here!

Its my first time visiting this store and I really liked it, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, they all want to make sure you know what you are buying and what is right for you. The main reason I came here is because Im trying to break free from plastic botteled hair products, LUSH has a large selection of shampoo and conditioner bars as well as hand and body soaps. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they still have plastic bottled products, the black plastic you can return to the store and when you return 5 bottles they give you a free item (dont remember exactly what), that is a good incentive, I was still a little disappointed to see plastic. Other than that I recommend this store a lot. Im excited to try my new shampoo bars and soaps!

I love Lushs products, and awesome customer service makes purchasing them more worth while.The store was clean, the staff attentive and friendly. Most of all, I was allowed to shop and wasnt bombarded by questions or forced to look at items I had no interest in! I was given the option to wash my hands or use hand sanitizer because of Covid-19 before shopping around.Highly recommend their bath bombs!

The associates there are always so helpful and sweet, they are keeping the store very safe and it is always very clean and organized.

First off: this store is keeping up very well with social distancing by keeping the number of humans inside to a set limit as well as cleaning cleaning cleaning all over the place like wow! Great job guys.Also, how have I not been to Lush before?? It smells like pure natural animal-and-earth-loving goodness inside. I have decided that I am a bath person now because I came home with a bath oil as well as a thingy that turns the whole deal into a bubble bath and smells like delicious Halloween. I believe the fragrance was called Hocus Pocus. THANK YOU JACKIE for being so warm and inviting while keeping us all safely distanced. You rock!!

Consistently the best customer service in town. Everybody who works here is incredibly helpful, and is glad to show you around and help narrow down what you need. Also, I recommend a visit after any given major holiday has passed, because they will have a bunch of stuff from that holiday at half price.

I honestly had no idea what I was doing and I was going in there. I was buying a Christmas present and the staff was so incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is the kind of customer service that retail stores should strive for. I wish I had this kind of service at every store I went to! Keep it up ladies!

Absolutely love Lush! Their products always make my skin feel amazing and so fresh, and I love knowing that their products are made with all organic ingredients!

I love LUSH bath products for a little indulgence. The employees are always very friendly and helpful if youre looking for something new. I appreciate they offer samples of most of their products. I really like the body scrubs and bubble bars, I will occasionally get a bath bomb. The bath bombs are a little pricey but big enough for my large soaking tub.

Visited this shop in Cherry Creek, the employees were friendly and helpful and help us pick out a bath bomb.

Ive gone to this LUSH a few times since Ive moved to Denver and the service here has always been amazing. The workers are always so kind and willing to help with any questions you may have about the products they carry; plus theres an amazing variety here! I didnt even know I was able to get the things I didnt even think I was looking for. Definitely going to visit and purchase stuff at LUSH more often.

Sucks not to be able to open the stuff to smell it but the staff was very accommodating to try to make it happen.

Feeling luscious after visiting Lush!! Fun environment with plenty of smells and trials/samples. The staff was great- so helpful and explained everything to me since it was my first time in. Great company ethics of reducing plastic use and all vegetarian products not tested on animals. I tried a few different products and my skin feels silky smooth all over! Cant wait to try more. Im definitely obsessed with Lush now! The store is cute as hell, its like being in one big bubbly bath!

TERRIBLE SERVICE ! BIGGEST MISTAKE COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!!! WASTE OF TIME ! DONT WORK OR COME TO THIS STORE! They were super unprofessional (the store manager I believe her name waseither Giovanna & Meredith wearing a tube top where I was able to see this womans breast hanging out ), they seemed to be too playful and not taking their jobs seriously as well which made it hard for me to want to work with them or even simply want to purchase something .Hope this helps with anyone interested in going into this store or even applying!

Really Warm In Store

Love love love lush. The shampoo bars are a absolute favorite along with R&B, sleepy anything, and American cream conditioner. Love the waste free options and recycling system for black tubs. Staff could be a bit less persistent and in your face while shopping and give guests space to peruse.

Awesome place to go spoil yourself. Great products and great scents. Pricey, but the quality is superior. I recommend rosy cheeks for a great face mask.

I wish this wasnt the closest one to Fort Collins, but Im happy to drive an hour for cosmetics that are vegan and cruelty free. Ive been using LUSH products for seven years now, shopping at stores around the United States. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, living up to the standards the company has set.

Super kind and helpful staff. They were really excited and genuinely care about the causes that each product funds. We were really down on our luck money wise and a nice staff gave me and my girlfriend some tiny free samples to try. Will definitely come back and buy in the future.

Went tonight and got the best service! All 3 ladies working on the floor were great. I overheard one lady asking for suggestions because she was feeling sick and wanted to detox with a bath bomb or something similar. Instantly all 3 ladies jumped in and all shared there suggestions with back up and reasoning and you could tell they were knowledge on their products, as consumer seeing someone be so passionate about their products/company makes me always a returned customer.

I love lush! The products are all high quality and typically last a long time. The staff always goes above and beyond, not only are they always super friendly but everyone seems very knowledgeable and genuinely excited to find the right product for you. Last time I was in Corrin (may have butchered the spelling) really made me feel welcome and took her time to help me find exactly what I wanted. The fact that so many of their products are sustainably sourced and that they are conscious of recycling and reducing packaging waste is another huge plus. Did I mention I love lush?!

Lush is one of those stores that no matter where I go, I will always receive excellent service, and this one was no exception. I am totally blind and Danni was patient and courteous and super fun as she took her time to explain the products, read labels, gave honest recommendations, and sent me home with a bunch of samples. The store is not the biggest location, but they are not lacking in selection, and I was able to find everything I was looking for with ease.

This is the BEST lush to go to in Colorado. The staff is absolutely amazing here! They’re very attentive and friendly without being overwhelming. always so happy when I leave this location.

Ah, I could spend hours here doing absolutely nothing but sniffing around! They always have a great variety of fragrant bath fizzers, sudsy, scented soaps, marvelous makeup, etc. (I could continue for so long). They always have nice staff willing to help you. The staff are always doing bath bomb demos, so be sure to stop by. They sometimes let you pick what bath bomb to demo, too! And, the icing on the cake is the fact that all of their products are cruelty free, and most are vegan!

There’s not enough stars. This staff is seriously the best. We’ve been in three times now and every single time has been such a great experience. Super knowledgeable & friendly staff! I wish I knew all their names but honestly, all of their staff rocks!

Usually, I do my shopping online and that’s good, but this was a pleasant surprise! The staff is incredibly friendly, super helpful and I was given multiple samples and even a free face mask sample! Wife and I went her to get her something for her birthday. A young man named Christopher helped us out and did a fantastic job. He led us to what what we were looking for and answered the many questions and concerns my wife had. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the company as a whole. Both of us left very satisfied and had a pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending Lush to all our friends and peers. The products are fantastic and eco friendly but the people... they too are incredibly helpful and fantastic but I cant testify to their ecofriendlyness. ;-)Is there any possible reason to not recommend this place? I think not! I always walk away deeply satisfied and their products last forever and do everything they promise. I whole heartily recommend everyone stop by and if nothing else try a sample or two.

I absolutely love this beaty shop for its great products for bathroom. I bought some beauty items for Christmas as they had great sales.

Oh my goodness, how I love Lush! The products are so amazing... they sell themselves; but there is one employee who truly shines and makes the Lush experiences even more luxurious! His name is Trent and he is amazing! My daughter and I frequent the shop, but sometimes postpone our stop in if we do not see him working.The reason is because he spoiled us. He is so very knowledgeable about all the products (he offered wonderful solutions to my aging womanly skin- how does a man know this?) and he explains everything! he is so very patient, so very kind and has an extreme wealth of knowledge on every single product!Lush should hold seminars by Trent; not only would Lush make billions of this guy... but there would be so many more [extremely] satisfied brand-for-life customers like me!

Not exactly a store I personally go to often, but my girlfriend did enjoy it, and I was surprised to see some of the hand crafted soaps myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they suggested a new bathbomb they had just got (I believe it was a jelly one? I cant really tell). The products are fairly expensive, which is to be expected due to all the products being either organic, handcrafted, or both. They do have a large selection of products ranging from simple bath bombs and soaps, to lip scrubs, shampoos, facial cleansers, and interesting mints that foam up in the mouth to become toothpaste. Its a fairly interesting store and I would recommend anyone to just go inside and smell all the different aromas.

This location is nice & open & the girls are sweet, but what I really don’t appreciate is when I buy a bunch of stuff & then ask for a couple samples of new stuff only to be made to feel really awkward for asking & like I just asked them to move a mountain. I understand if I wasn’t spending any money & only asking for samples, but come on.

I wish there was one in Fort Collins! Their products smell great and make you feel good. If you buy stuff because of how it smells youll spend a fortune here. Animal cruelty free products and chaorty options too. The only thing I can complain about is how much lighter my wallet is when I leave.

Great help. Went in with a list of items and one of their expert team members, they really are too, helped me get everything on my list and described what it was and how to use it. Im not going to use them, but that is awesome! You dont even get that when you buy a $85k car lol. She also showed me that there are several different styles(probably not the correct word) of some of the products I had on the list.Lush truly raised the standard on customer service. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed just walking in, but the only overwhelming part was trying to find lush fast enough so I didnt have to pay for parking. Thank you lush and youre awesome employees!Oh almost forgot. I got a washcard and when it got to the counter it had broken. The awesome lady behind the counter swapped them out before I even knew what happened. Again cant say how awesome my experience was.

I love this store and their plastic free products my only complaint is that when I shop with my girlfriend I am never addressed when looking at products.

This is the closest LUSH to where I live and it is probably the best one Ive ever been in. The sales people are AMAZING! Theyre so helpful and they arent pushy at all. They suggest different products to you but they dont make you feel obligated to buy anything. My only gripe with LUSH is the price of some of their products, but that has nothing to do with the store.
