I have used Joel for multiple counter jobs and every time the service, quality and time it took was impressive. Not to mention he beats price every time. I highly recommend! Im getting ready to redo the kitchen in my new house and have already started the job with him!

Avoid working with this company! Joel Diaz was recommended to us and we were excited to have our new counters fabricated and installed. Joel measured himself but did not measure the area for our stove correctly. He knew on installation day it was not correct and ignored it. They had to come back twice to grind down the quartz to make sure there was enough room for the stove and that there was not an overhang on one side. They did not protect our brand new hand scraped wood floors and actually used a dust mop and Clorox wipes to shove the white powder into the grains. We cannot get the quartz out - we reached out to Joel to work with us on getting them fixed. After he said he would look into it and get back with us he is not returning our emails, texts or calls. Do not trust him, or his team, with your house as he doesnt care about it.

I am so impressed with how our countertops turned out. The entire process was easy and efficient. Everyone we worked with was friendly and eager to answer any questions to make us feel like we were informed about our decisions. Highly recommend!

DMG did our kitchen counter tops. The install went OK but Joel Diaz (the owner) did not meet our expectations. My wife and I remember the conversation with him the same but Joel Diaz claimed that we agreed to something else so part of the install was not what we asked for. We went back to DMG (a mistake) for an additional piece of granite for a new cabinet because we thought they would be the best at matching the original granite. Joel Diaz came out to look at our counter tops and the job and took a picture of the counter tops for reference. He called to say the piece was ready for pickup (I didnt want him to install it based on our original experience) but when I took the new piece home and looked at it side by side with the existing counter tops it was a poor match. He knew what the granite looked like that he had in his shop, he saw our existing countertops and he had the picture so he should have been upfront and honest about the difference before cutting and finishing the piece. I called him and said I wanted to return it and once again he claimed that we had a different conversation than what happened and that he had made no claims about matching the original countertop (even though that was the point of his visit and the picture he took!). Based on his version of the conversation he refused to refund my money. When I told him if he refused to refund my money it was his reputation on the line he hung up on me. THIS IS FROM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY! Stay away from Diaz Marble and Granite!!!!
