Hearing aid side of house is great. Drs are a bit to busy to make you feel comfortable. No time for questions.

I like this place. They have several excellent audiologists, but Dr. Tautz is my choice as her depth and breadth of knowledge is phenomenal. The facility has top-notch equipment. Having said that, I have to knock one star off of their overall review because of their billing practices. I was overcharged by about $500 for my coinsurance portion of the hearing aid bill. Getting their billing office to return the overpayment was a royal pain.Bottom line: If your insurance covers part of your hearing aids, be careful what you pay up front. Know that the insurance-negotiated price is much lower than the list price.
