This office is great with appointments, reminders and always being on time. Just purchased updated hearing aid, mine was very old, and I am totally satisfied.

Excellent experienceI was using a different Miracle Ear location for a number of years, but that spot closed.Sean and his people have been very helpful solving a problem I had with a lost aid.I now have a new hearing aid that they were able to synch with my remaining one.Sean was also recently able to adjust the fitting of the new aid to be more comfortable,Well appreciated

Great customer service but the product didn’t work for my father. We were encouraged to keep trying and it’s been 6 months. The profits still not working for my dad and we are stuck with $5000 product that we can’t use. Very expensive mistake.

Excellent service!! My grandfather was visiting from out of town and his hearing aids stopped working and he can’t hear a thing without them. We called the office, the office manager was so so kind and was able to squeeze in my grandpa same day. And TG en Sean! Wow that guy is amazing, not only did Fix them but he patiently and kindly showed my grandpa that it was a simple fix, showed him how to do it himself also. Now my grandpa says he hears better than ever!!

It was great Sean was very helpful explained everything to me how to put the hearing aids in how to clean them very attentive and very knowledgeable and checked on me frequently to make sure I had that hearing aids in right and it was a fun place to go even had coffee

The receptionist was cheerful and helpful, especially kind when helping me to find this site where I get to express myself. I appreciate being able to hear better. They help me keep my hearing aids clean and working properly. That can be a real comfort!

I’m new to finding out I had high frequency hearing loss. I found that out because I’ve had a low level of tinnitus for years now, but over the last year the intensity increased and became very distracting, even uncomfortable at times. I’m not a give-up type of guy, and I’m a huge advocate of adapting to whatever situation I’ve been given. I’m ex-military, and I have a huge inventory of hearing loss events in that service, with little or no hearing protection. The VA has been no help whatsoever so far, although I’m trying, and I never give up. Dr Sean and Betsy were easy to make an Appointment with, and spent the time to identify exactly where I am with my hearing loss. Happily, at least some of it can be helped. They explained a lot of different options, and I chose one I thought was best for me. They are coordinating billing the insurance I have, as well as weekly appointments to help me get the hearing aids adjusted do they work the best for me. It’s a process. Dr Sean is very thoughtful in doing the adjustments, it’s important to take good notes while you are getting used to hearing aids, to let him know what you need adjusted. He found me a masking noise that negates my tinnitus as well. Thankfully, after all these years, I can quit saying, “huh?” when someone is talking to me, and I hear things I didn’t realize I was missing, like all the sounds of music instead of just part of it. This reminded me of when I got glasses at seven years old, I walked outside and exclaimed to my mother how I could see the leaves now! You don’t know what you’re missing in life if your senses aren’t working properly. Betsy has been very helpful with making appointments and clearing up billing questions with the insurance company. I’m excited about being able to hear my seven granddaughters better now. Great people to work with here, a great product too. I only wish I’d done this sooner. You may not know how much you’re missing. All the best.

I called for an appointment to get some hearing aids cleaned for my girlfriends Mom. It turned out that they were not Miracle Ear hearing aids but the receptionist? was beyond nice and helpful. I should have asked her name. She offered to clean them anyway and she also tested the batteries. She would not take any payment which I would have gladly given. We will be needing new ones and we will definitely be going here to get them. Thank you for your kindness and service!

Miracle Ear has been so helpful to me. The employees are wonderful and have taught me quite a bit about hearing loss. I didnt even realize I needed a hearing aid until I had a routine hearing test and was told my left ear doesnt hear very well. They set me up with a hearing aid and walked me through everything and were with me every step of the way. I am so grateful to them for all they have done for me! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Changed my life. Sean is a real friendly Person. He makes Me feel comfortable every time Im there. I like that They see Me every 3 months to clean & check My Aids. I just met Betsy for the first time. She is very nice & seems to know about Her job. If there is a problem between appointments I just call & they have Me come in to fix the problem. I might entitle this review of Miracle-Ear “It’s never too late.”My husband who is 91 has worn hearing aids for several years but was never pleased with their efficacy…UNTIL…becoming aware of the up to date Miracle-Ear Technology. A brochure in the mail alerted us to Sean Guard at 1402 South Parker Road, Denver CO 80231 A-106…who took us by the hand, tested my husband’s hearing limitations and detailed to us the magic of new hearing aids. Indeed, it WAS magic to us. The world of sound returned in all its glory.My husband now engages in conversation with others, when before he retreated. He attends concerts and streams TV via Bluetooth technology. He has reentered life again. His former puzzled facial expression is now one of engagement.If only he could throw away his cane and dance the tango!’’ But that is too much to consider.

I was very pleased that my daughter talked me into having my hearing evaluated, and wanted to saywhat a pleasant experience.
