We bought a hot tub here and the service has always been fantastic. From sales to repairs (which were actually not even needed) to supplies, they have been great. Tracy Cady helped us select our gas insert for our new 1959 home. She gave us helpful technical information which made it easy to choose the right unit for our needs.She also suggested an installer who not only installed a new gas line from our meter to the fireplace, but he also rand a gas line so that we could use our existing natural gas grill (which we moved from our previous home). He came out, gave us an estimate, we scheduled the job with him. He showed up on the day agreed upon and did not leave our home until everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a hot day and he ran the line across the attic as this was the most economical way to do the work, but it wasnt an easy day for him. He maintained a positive manner and carefully explained how the gas insert in the fireplace worked before cleaning up after himself and leaving our property. We would recommend him without reservation.

I was reluctant to complete a form on the IHT site just to get a recommendation of my ideal spa, but I did it anyway. I got a phone call, but they were not pushy in any way. They provided great information based in what I asked about, not trying to upsell me at all. When I went to the store (twice), Tracy answered all my questions, showed me models that were in my price range, and provided literature. She also talked frankly about her experience with other brands and explained why she recommended the model I later purchased. Installation was a breeze! Everyone communicated well, they were on time, and our spa was ready to use the next day. Salzano Electric was excellent as well in both upgrading our electric panel and connecting the spa to power. Thank you to all, and especially to Tracy for her patience and for steering me in the right direction!

This was such a seamless situation, from purchase to installation and set up. For the second time during this pandemic, I made a purchase via text while at work. So easy. Tracy is very efficient and proficient at her job. I knew what I wanted (the Mini) and she was quick to get me on the list; more were coming in soon and were selling out quickly (what isnt right now?) From purchase to delivery was about 5 weeks. Super happy about that. Kim got everything set up in preparation for delivery. Bobby and his crew were so friendly, efficient (they were early!), and knowledgeable. Willis came out (about 15 min after tub was delivered!) to do a quick fix and he was awesome; so friendly, so helpful; and hes been with this company for decades - that says a lot to me about IHT. I was in my tub the next evening! I thought about buying a cheaper tub from Amazon, but Im SO glad I went with a local company, because they were fantastic to work with and I know they will support me!

My hot tub was just delivered and installed this week. Im happy with the hot tub, but the service from IHT was lacking. Originally, I was given an estimate of 6 weeks and it took 12. I understand delays happen, but there was no communication from them until 8 weeks.Additionally, they gave a ball park figure for the electrical work needed and it ended up being close to double.The delivery team and electricians were great... but the rest of the team needs to be more proactive in communicating with their customers.

Joseph provided great customer service on the purchase of a Chaska gas insert for my fireplace. He took the time to explain the options and showed me what they would look like. I appreciated his opinion as well.

To start off, I did a find the right spa quiz online. After that I was entered into their system and was receiving emails about sales, buying a spa from home, and even to schedule a soak to test out a spa. We ended up just going to the show room and we were pleasantly surprised to meet with Joseph, who was sending out those emails. He was very friendly and made learning about which hot tub best fit our needs extremely easy. Joseph asked questions and he listened to what we wanted and worked out what we was a best fit for our family. Joseph made the whole experience for us and we didnt hesitate to purchase our spa from him.

I left a previous 4-star review discussing my experience with Joseph and Salazar electric -- excellent work. I assumed IHT would follow through on what was outlined in our contract, but have yet to receive the lifter for our hot tub. When I received the hot tub in July, I was told it would be delivered the next week. When I called to inquire today, IHT couldnt even find my information as a previous client. Overall, I would recommend Joseph and Salazar electric, but not IHT as a company if youre hoping for follow-through.

Best all-around company we have worked with in a long time. We were on a hot tub hunt for our Evergreen, Colorado vacation home. We could not find anything in stock in the area. Friends in Edwards, Colorado had great luck with International Hot Tub Company. So I checked out the Denver store website and on a whim, started an online chat. I was surprised a real person - Tracy - answered my text immediately. She described all the hot tub models and colors that were in stock and the hot tubs that would be available in September. I was debating on color and even sent a photo of our back yard to Tracy, for her opinion. She helped me decide on the style and color choice. Tracy never pressured me. I mainly pressured her - LOL- by calling her cell on a late Saturday night - to make sure she would save this perfect hot tub for us. We placed our order over the phone. Our Pulse model HotSpring hot tub arrived exactly when promised and delivery was set-up at our convenience. The delivery went as clock-work. Three strong, friendly and knowledgeable guys went out of their way to place the hot tub exactly in our preferred spot - lifting it back and forth a few times until we were satisfied. Next up - the electricians that IHTC recommended. They were pretty much hot tub specialists - the electricians hooked up the electrical, filled the tub, added chemicals, and gave us a lesson on how to work all the controls. The next morning we noticed a little bit of water dripping under the tub. I texted Tracy, who notified service. Debbie from service called me immediately and assured me they would take care of things, even though we would be out of town when service was scheduled. Matt from service called me on his way to our vacation home. He then called me after his service call and explained to me the problem that he was able to fix. (just a loose O-ring.) Matt and Tracy made me feel confident that IHTC will be with us for the long haul. Not just for the sale. I later found out that Debbie from service was the owner. Impressed she made the time to answer our many, many questions. The whole team treated us like we were their only customers. Like we were rock stars. Thank you.

My delivery was complex and required several site visits and a forklift. He interviewed companies to get me a competitive price and made sure everything ran smoothly by being present at the time of delivery. Despite my complex rooftop situation, they all had a can do attitude. Honestly, Ive never seen a crew smile so much. So I ordered a Caldera Martinique in November of 2020. With the pandemic it was gonna be a 3 month wait but then there were more delays because of Covid. Tracy Cady was my salesperson and she kept me informed the entire time while I waited for the tub. She recommended both the Martinique for the salt water system and it being the number one rated tub. I have previously owned two Hot Springs tubs. Finally my tub arrived yesterday June 11th and today after it warmed up and we got the chemical balance right it was everything she promised it would be. We recently bought our first hot tub from IHT and we totally recommend them! Michael Thorpe was our sales person and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I wanted to shop for a hot tub on line... I was disappointed at the barrage of questions and menus regarding my preferences only to end up having to eventually provide name, email and phone number to go further. I guess whether I buy or not they have my information to sell... predatory, no thanks.

I bought my fireplaces through Michael and installed by Leroy (Land R Services). For my double sided fireplace we needed to go with two units, one for each side. They look really nice and I look forward to cold weather to sit and look at the flames! Leroy was a very professional and competent installer.

Disappointing service. Instead of supporting Amazon.com I thought Id try to buy from a local vendor. Called for a hot tub filter. The representative was unpleasant, unhelpful, and ultimately didnt have the filter. I guess I will have to source this myself. In the age of enormous ecommerce companies I wish local, small businesses recognized that they are now more expensive, slower, etc, and that in order to compete it would be nice if they were at the very least kind, helpful, knowledgeable and so on. NOT THIS PLACE.

This is the second time going to IHT to purchase a hot tub. The previous tubs weve had, we sold when we sold our homes. Tracy was the sales associate that helped us. We had our 2.5 y.o. and 7 mon old with us at the time when we went to look at tubs. Tracy breezed through all the information we needed and did so because it was nap time and we had 2 unhappy children. Tracy was informative and on top of every piece of completing our transaction, including following up after delivery! Go see Tracy at IHT, and shell make sure youre getting exactly what youd want in your next hot tub! Lastly, the delivery guys were fantastic! I arranged for our neighbors to start by letting the guys in and there was a mishap in my communication with the neighbors. The guys graciously waiting until I got home so I can receive my new tub.

They had what we needed and our credit is good enough for finance. They are going to deliver ASAP and hook up new water lines. Overall theyre a good bunch of folks.

When we decided to purchase a Hot Tub we went to several places to look at them. We went into the International Hot Tub Company and was greeted right away by Tracy Cady. Tracy was awesome. She showed us around and explained the different Hot Tubs. We had our sights right away on the one we purchased. Hot Tubs are a hot commodity right now and there was only one more remining at the warehouse so we knew we had to make a decision and soon, otherwise, we were looking at months for delivery. As we drove home we made the decision to purchase. I called Tracy on the phone, gave her some more information and it was ours. It was that easy. Our Hot Tub was delivered within a couple of weeks. The team at IHT (Denver store) was great from the sales person to the installer! They worked with me to get it installed in a timely fashion and I love my new spa! I would highly recommend buying your spa from them. UPDATE: As I said in my initial review, the staff at IHT were helpful, and they really stepped up to help solve the problem. Tracy and Tim each reached out personally and worked to find a better solution and our new motor was installed after only a week. The entire “team” at IHT (delivery crew and repair technicians included) really are exceptional. Thanks to all!We just purchased a new hot tub. Motor failed before the end of the first week. Now, we are being told it will take about 3 more weeks before the motor is replaced. So far the employees have been nice, but be warned if theres a problem with your new tub, the company isnt going to be in a hurry to fix it for you.

Ive had my Nordic hot tub from IHT for two months now and it has been a great purchase. My sales person, Tracy Cady, was awesome to work with and helped me get into the right hot tub for my family. She was also extremely good at after the sale support. I highly recommend Tracy and IHT. By the way, the Nordic hot tubs have some of the highest CEC energy efficiency ratings, which is important to cold climates like in Colorado.

I went to the Colorado home & garden show to get some ideas on creating my own backyard retreat. Tracy was absolutely amazing! She was able to answer all of my questions and had me thinking about other things I would have never thought of. After having several heath issues including two back surgeries, she was able to point me in the right direction for the right tub for me. She wasnt pushy like most sales people are. She was very informative and very nice to talk with. Her knowledge and sales style is very approachable. Knowing the difference between chlorine and salt water tubs and the wear and tear with our Colorado weather, along with regular maintenance was outstanding! I will be setting up a wet test and coming into your store very soon. If anyone else is hesitant about IHT or buying your first hot tub definitely ask for Tracy she is so knowledgeable and approachable you wont be disappointed.

The manager at your Zuni location Mike Thorpe always goes above and beyond for me. He knows the hot tub world in and out and has answered all my questions without hesitation. We’ve now had our Hot Springs Vanguard spa that we bought from International Hot Tubs (1035 Zuni Street, Denver) just over a year and we could not be happier. The spa itself is wonderful and we love the ACE chlorination system, but it is the post-sale service that is truly exceptional.Michael Thorpe @ IHTS sold me the spa and the transaction itself was very pleasant and easy, but more importantly he has been available over a year later by phone and text 7 days a week whenever I have a question. In fact, he’s even come out to my house on 2 occasions after work to help me with the tub, including the redesign of our backyard incorporating the spa (pictures to follow upon finishing construction).I’ve only used the service department a couple of times to drain/clean/refill and move it prior to construction, but they too were very professional and reasonably priced IMO.Overall, we are super happy with the spa and highly recommend you go done to Zuni St and visit Michael!

Bought my first tub from IHT 13 years ago and had a great experience. Needed a new tub and returned to IHT, they found me the perfect tub at a great price. Mike Thorpe is fantastic, since buying our hot tub he has been involved in our setup, maintenance, and general questions. Being new to owning a hot tub was a bit overwhelming, but was made easy as ever with the help of Mike. He has made himself available even for the littlest problems regarding our tub, and has always gone above and beyond getting us our product when we show up. Mike always greets us with a joyous welcome and makes sure we have the right things we came for and need, but nothing more.
