Hailey was so easy to work with!! Rather than a cake, my husband and I decided to serve ice cream for dessert at our wedding. Little Man was a perfect choice!! The ice cream tasting was so fun and Hailey was so welcoming. We chose 5 flavors for the sundae bar and they provided a bike display (which went perfect with our 1920s theme!!There were so many delicious and unique flavors, it was a hit with our guests!!
Such a cute and well put together ice cream shop. Can see all the action when theyre making the goods. Theyve got movie nights. And theres even a slide. Oh, the ice cream is pretty swell as well.
This location was awesome! All of the employees were working hard and very friendly. The ice cream was AMAZING! Everything was clean ❤️
Great flavors for a great price. The Mexican chocolate is like horchata on crack. Absolutely amazing. If you need more Cinnamon then the cinnamon toast crunch is the bomb as well. No better ice cream in Denver. Only issue you might have is parking, its a bit hard to find. But its worth the walk(helps burn a bit of those delicious calories). You can tell the cones are homemade, theyre strong enough to withstand the generous scoops they provide.
Great to share a delicious cone with my daughter. This is one of her favorites and so glad she shared with me, delicious.
There are two Little Man locations in Denver; this one, and one over in the Highlands closer to where I live. That one regularly has a line 50-75 customers long (or longer), and for good reason; this location has the same delicious ice cream flavors but often a way shorter line due to its location. Would definitely recommend this establishment next time you have a hankering for some ice cream; the Mexican Chocolate flavor is my favorite, personally.
Pretty cool little spot. I actually prefer this location as opposed to the one in the highlands. Its indoors and cool inside (always a seat or two as well if you want to sit down) as opposed to baking in the sun for up to 30 minutes while waiting for ice cream on a hot and sunny day then not finding somewhere to sit. Not only that fact but the location is SUPER clean and has all of the same flavors basically with GREAT service.
Yummy yummy and more yummy! Simple with a good flavor!
Little man ice cream factory is amazing. Just like the big milk carton, but newer, and inside! They make the ice cream and all the toppings here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ice cream is the reason to go. Fun and flavorful flavors and combinations. They even have pints and cakes for purchase in a freezer. The factory part is either open or behind glass so you can see the process. Fun. Even have a wooden ladder that will hopefully be open again soon. Worth a visit!
What a great place. With a dark fruit base, the Space Junkie and Purple Cow boasted brownie bits and marshmallows, while the vegan (yes, vegan) hot cocoa may have been the most creamy of them all. The space consists of a visible factory and I bet it is really fun when its up and running. The one employee was working his tail off, yet answered my questions with patience and a smile.IG: foodingdrinkingrunning
Wonderful addition to the neighborhood. There was live music last time I attended. The staff is all great, and the ice cream is top notch classic American style ice cream. Its unfortunate that theres nowhere to lock up even a single bicycle. Freaked out pretty much the entire time I was in the store watching my bike leaned against the building while waiting in line.
Must visit... they know what they are doing here. All sorts of normal and fancy ice cream flavors
The great taste of Littleman Icecream without the hassle on a BIG long line of humans waiting to be served! Only downside is parking, difficult to find a place on the side-streets and the alley is cramped. I recommend dropping a person off at the curb and having them pick up a ready-to-go pint while the driver makes a block!
Ice cream was great! Menu was confusing and you could not see much of the actual factory. It was all closed off. Also, there was no good parking available. We parked next to a dumpster in an alley.
Not only is the ice cream here amazing, the ambiance and service is top notch as well. Right now it is still somewhat shut down, but it usually has an amazing Willy Wonka Factory vibe. The ice cream selection is a mix of super creative with some classics and is always rotating. Highly recommend coming in for shakes, malts, or cones. Even the ice cream sandwiches are amazing.
Parking is awful. Barely any parking there and no good handicap parking. Ice cream is okay, but not my favorite ice cream in Denver. The place is cute also, but doesnt seem worth the poor parking m.
If you want to try an ice cream experience that makes your day better, this is your place, everything that Ive tried here is really awesome, and the staff is always in very good mood and they treat you very nice, positive vibes always are here, good service and no long wait, the only bad thing about this place is the parking, maybe ive been there duringthe busy time but was hard to find a parking spot
Sometimes long lines are long.... But it is because the ice cream is that GOOD yall!!!! Stay and wait! You will not regret it! Promise🤞😊
Love the atmosphere and the live band. The ice cream is creamy and delicious! The employees are super nice and helpful. 10/10 Would come again!
Great ice cream and I would imagine its a great experience for kids during normal times. Parking isnt excellent, have to park in the neighborhood nearby.
Really good ice cream & much better than most of the places I’ve been to in Denver. This place & MC2 are my favorite ice cream places in town so far.
Ice cream was very good but not exceptional. Marketing is exceptional!
Rotating menu is not friendly to everyone that doesn’t read or decide quickly. No samples even though Covid is over & staff can’t explain flavors. $11 for two scoops of ok ice cream. Feel like we just paid for the absurd decor than the food. Gay friendly rainbows though so that was nice. Go to sweet cow instead.
If youre still going to the Little Man in lohi, youre doing it wrong. Factory has a line 1/10th the size and they have premade pints to go. Favorite ice cream in Denver.
Went to this location yesterday and parking was scetchy on the side in an alley with no parking signs saying parking...went inside and it was nice but there were 3 what looked to be teens working who said hello and all but when I was standing there obviously confused on where the menu was and choice of ice creams were and they did not really direct me right away saying oh the prices are behind you and the flavors are on a spinning thing on top in front of you..so I had to ask while I stood there looking for everything then they directed me🤷 anyway the children working were not that helpful as far as explaining things and showed very slight interest in smiling. When I asked if the dipped cone was like the one at dairy queen where they dip it into chocolate that creates a shell they looked at me dumb and pointed to a literal cone that is dipped and clearly had no idea what a dairy queen dipped cone is lol. I was confused on the smaller sizes because they have what looks like a sample size then the small is maybe a spoon full🙄 so they force u to buy at least a medium + or u will get just enough to taste. The employees werent engaging or seemed to care that it was my first time there though I have been to another location standing in line for 45 mins after finding no parking but found it 2 blocks away lol idk why either. So anyway the ice cream is ok but I think next time if I want ice cream I will go to Baskin Robbins or dairy queen because you know what your getting and the employees can talk and put on a fake smile at least. Not saying they were mean but not very engaging or helpful.
Cool atmosphere and delicious ice cream, really cool decorations.
Ice cream was pretty good. I wish there was a few more flavors.
Woooo. how else can one explain the experience. Great staff and incredible ice cream. Thanks for making our visit so perfect🥰
One of my daughters carts experienced issues other than that great staff and super fun.
L strongly recommend people to visit this place. It is kind of a mini Willie Wonka factory. l am not crazy about some of their flavors, like l oicked the Smores, and it tasted nothing like Smores. l will try other flavores next time. But definately worth the visit, specially on weekends with live music.
Delicious!!! Very yummy ice cream and a super cool space.
The chocolate salted cookies and cream flavor is amazing, and the layout of the place is also really cool with its space theme. Glad I stopped here while in town!
So amazing, possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever had and the vibe there was great
Not impressed by the over priced ice cream I am how ever confused by their logic. My two children and I were told cloth masks are not allowed you need a blue and white medical mask to order or be in their business but because of science you can take off while eating. Ok not cool when I see children running around maskless and other customers in a cloth mask. However there is Sugar High off of Stuart and Colfax, (2blocks down)where they roll the ice cream! Not sure why my family was treated differently. We ate our icecream outside. We took the 16 bus down that way for an adventure and that was the childrens most favorite! A nice gentleman even paid our fair (God bless him) lol I only brought a 10$ bill for fair... its been over 7 years since Ive took the bus. The bus driver was awesome and so sweet to us looking forward to waving past your business on our next adventure .
Absolutely delicious ice cream (our favorite is salted Oreo), and a beautiful place to stop in. I can only imagine what it was like before all the covid regulations. The staff are also extremely helpful and super nice.
Great location, loved the live music last time I was in.
Good but not great. A disappointment for the price.
Make their own ice cream right there.
Did you know they now half 1.5 gallon buckets you can purchase? Need I say more? But really though I love this space. Its set up really well and the whole layout/decor is perfect! Also the ice cream is great of course.
I love this place and the food is awesome
Some of best ice cream ive ever had. The chocolate was so rich and creamy!! Comparable to mallard ice cream bellingham if anyones been!
It was ok, but nothing to special. They were however very friendly to my 5 year old daughter, and it looks like they may still be working on the place so i might have to give it another chance.
Its the best ice cream ever!
Really good pints of ice cream. One of my favorite ice cream spots in Denver.
The ice cream was amazing! The environment is really fun, the staff were great, and the company seems to be caring and inclusive
Good quality ice cream.
Great ice cream!! Fun atmosphere and really helpful staff!!
Just the best. This is my happy place
Tasty ice cream!! Beautiful tasting gelato with a big range of flavors. There was a line up but it was worth the 10 minute wait. Excellent service!
Favorite ice cream joint EVER
Sooo good and soo cheap. A chocolate dipped waffle cone with one big scoop is $5 bucks or less
Great tasting ice cream
Great variety of flavors and I really like the staff they are so good in assisting their customers
Good place to have delicious ice cream the staff are friendly and vibe there were so good
Such a fun place! Delicious ice cream!
I give this place double thumbs up. It has a great interior. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.
Unbelievably rude! I walked in with my three children after a hot day at sloans lake and received no greeting or communication. There was no body in line and I figured they were closed. I didn’t even know where or how to order.. The girl working must have been having a horrible day. She just stared at me. I really can not believe how rude she especially being treated so kindly at the North Denver location. My kids were upset. As a business owner, I understand that greeting your customers is a huge part of being successful. I think it’s time to rethink who you are hiring. I have never left a bad review on a business but I am truthfully that upset.Honestly we love the ice cream and I can not complain about that but we definitely won’t return to this location.
One of the best spots of its kind in the area. the service was very helpful and welcoming. this place has a good design.
Best ice cream in denver.🤪
If you want to close at 8:30, close at 8:30….but don’t advertise that you’re open later, and close earlier. “Closing time” is not synonymous w “staff-departure-time”. Poor training, poorly run business. Adios.
I had heard that this place was really good for ice cream, supposedly the best in Colorado. I waited in line with my date for about 20 minutes, they make you wear a mask while you’re in line outside, and they refuse service if you don’t wear one. It’s relatively irritating given that there is fresh air. Anyway, the menu is a little bit limited, not too many flavors. I ordered “chocolate chunk peanut butter“ and expected it to have chocolate with chocolate chunks, and maybe some peanut butter swirl? It was basically peanut butter flavored ice cream with nuts. I guess I don’t understand the type? I’ve had way better ice cream at like, baskin Robbins. I wouldn’t recommend it
My husband and I shared the most amazing banana split!! Banana pudding, strawberry, and chocolate cheesecake brownie ice creams were the perfect combination with Bordeaux cherries and hot fudge. We will definitely be back for more.
Best icecream purr
Nice choices. small but its ok.
This is THE place to go. You locals have to take your out of town guests here! My first visit was in January, 30 degree temps, and a line half way down the street. That ought to be testament enough, but Im telling ya, this place is the bomb.
Best ice cream in Denver, whether you make it to the Factory or downtown/LoHi Can location! The factory is a cool space, were looking forward to seeing the activity there post-covid. As for flavors, you cant go wrong but the salted oreo is a must try and nearly impossible not to order. We stop by nearly once a week - so dangerous but so delicious!
Little man is the best and most unique in the ice cream game
Great job on the location love the parking!!!
Came in on a thurs. looking forward to a return trip. the bill was decent.
I loved it. ive only been once, but the service is great, and the ice cream was some of the best ive ever had, and even though its not open, the last time i was there they were working on a slide. But it has good service, great ice cream, and the factory is really cool. A bit pricey but worth it. Check it out if youre in the area, but be warned parking is tough to find.
Delicious ice cream and cool place. Looks like still getting setup and underway but still great to stop in.
Nice big interior and friendly staff. Kids had a sports banquet here and it was perfect. Ice cream was awesome and reasonably priced. The only downside Id the parking - You will need to park in the residential area and walk in.
Great experience here! Went on a Tuesday evening was was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait! A little disappointed that they don’t have any type of outdoor area but when they came out with two ice cream cones for my pups that made the entire trip worth it! Great ice cream and dare I say even better customer service!
The service was friendly and sociable. This place has a nice feel to it.
Fun new addition to West Colfax. Parking is tough. Be courteous of neighbors in side streets. Salted Oreo is unexpected. Tasty, but the salt is right there. We also had chocolate malts, and they were very good.
First the good things - excellent ice cream and friendly staff. Then mixed - the design of the place is stylish, but is chaotic. The ice cream counter is in the round, surrounded by milling customers. The room is noisy and crowded. Then the bad - a terrible take a number system. When your number comes up, you don’t get served; you get in line, so you wait twice, with no sense of how long anything is going to take. Also, no one is checking numbers in line or at the counter, so some people just get in line ahead of you without a number. We complained, but they said they don’t have the staff to make the system work. I’m not sure the ice cream is good enough to be worth the hassle, when there are so many good places like Sweet Cow and Mile High Creamery in Denver.Edit: A staff member later came over and went through the line, checking numbers. A few people, either through misunderstanding, or just taking advantage, who were not in their right place, were sent to the back of the line, which is fair, but I bet they didnt enjoy that any more than I enjoyed people getting ahead of me.The only way this system is going to work is if two staff members spend all their time making it work. I hope Little Man abandons this aggravating system, and goes with the norm of when your number is up, you get served. I will be watching Google reviews and their website. Until then, it will take a lot to get me back in. Getting ice cream should be fun, not stressful.
The flavors never disappoint! I do recommend a small though, because Everytime I get anything larger Im always too full! Haha.
Always a fantastic selection of unique ice cream!
Wow. Just wow. The ice cream is some of the best Ive ever had. The 16th Street Chocolate was amazing. Even when the place gets busy (and it does) lines move reasonably quickly. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Have their ice cream and you will find religion.
I love all the ice cream ive had from here especially anything salted
