Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us to quickly find just what we wanted. A light for our kitchen and a ceiling fan for the bedroom. When it turned out there was a manufacturer defect in the light we bought and they had no more in stock, he quickly offered the floor model and had it down and in our hands in no time. Everyone at the lamps plus on colorado blvd was friendly and helpful. Even the guy setting up the displays!!

This store made shopping for lights such a good a experience. Unique was absolutely amazing and so helpful! They have tons of styles. They sell furniture, fans, chandeliers, outdoor fixtures, lamps, bulbs, etc. The store was cleanly kept and all the entire staff was friendly.

I had ordered a chandelier from a different company. Long story short, it arrived, our electrician was about to install only to realize it shipped without a chain or canopy. The real problem was we are listing our house in 2 days & I didn’t have time to order a replacement. I called Lamps Plus & explained the situation to Max & he gave me some helpful information. I ended up going in there & he went above & beyond. Max ended up going in the back & found a replacement chain & canopy for me. I thanked him & asked what I owed. He said- just a smile. What?!? Amazing. Needless to say, I will go back there for all of my lighting needs. Incredible service!!

Awesome service! We were having problems with a lamp ordered online that wasnt shipping and kept getting stalled. We went to this store, picked out a fixture and it was shipped that day. Great selection on site.

Associates seem stressed even though the store was not overly busy. It took 20 minutes to get someone to ask a question of and then they just threw a spiel to look on the website and then come back.

Past this store for years, finally stopped in. I had a great experience, bought 3 lamps. One of the lamps did not work in my space they took it back without any questions. One stop shopping for all you lighting needs.

This is a long overdue review. That said ...Lamps+ has a great selection, and the staff was very helpful with my selections. I am very happy with the two ceiling fans I purchased in October 2020.However, I was double charged for my purchase. I bought the fans in the early afternoon. The next morning I saw a second charge was credited to my ATM card at 9PM that same evening. VISA refuses to refund me the money.So, do not use an ATM or credit card at this establishment. Pay cash for everything.

I bought a desk from lamps plus. 40 days later, I found it at another retailer for less. I had just read of their lowest price guarantee, that if you find it for less within 60 days of ordering, they refund you 120% of the difference.I filled in the form with the required information - and within 2 days I heard back from them stating they were glad to refund me that amount and Id be seeing it on my card within 3-5 business days.Additionally, ordering from them was easy and the item was delivered in a timely fashion, well packed. I am very pleased with my experience with Lamps Plus and will be using them again in the furture.Definitely a thumbs up experience all around.

Great selection of lighting and accessories

I have previously bought several items at the store and did not have any issues. Not on my last visit.I went to buy a bulb for a lamp that I had previously bought at the store. They did not have a replacement. That did not bother me, but their service, did. The person, male, I spoke to clearly did not care to help me. He did not say: let me get your phone, when they come in I will give you a call; give me your information, we will order it for you, or something like that. It was, come back another time. I will not.

Honestly found some good lamps here that i use in my house however my cat ate the cord so it’s no longer useful and i had to throw it out :/

The sales clerk, Patrick, was contrary, bordering on rude. The stores stock on lamps is extremely low, which Patrick disingenuous blamed on Covid. I ordered my lamp with a 3-5-day delivery estimate and its still not been delivered 10 days later, although its been in Denver for more than a week. Ive called customer service 4 times with no help, although they keep trying to manage me by complementing my choice of such a beautiful lamp. It this kind of manipulation is in their script, this is way too frequent a situation.Continued: Today is the 2nd of December. Two days ago, I made my 5th call to Lamps Plus customer support. The supervisor that I spoke with put in a recall notice with the shipper, OnTrac, and issued a replacement order that she said would ship with FedEx Ground the next day - so at least another 5 days before I received my purchase. Two days later and I still havent received a shipment notice. So, its still at their warehouse in California. This is like the Keystone Cops - Ha - The Keystone Lampmongers.

Very busy store, my gf and I were helped by a very polite salesman (i forget his name but he had glasses) he helped me find the exact bulb I needed for my lamp. The Manager on duty that day was amazing as well going above and beyond for an older gentlemen to ensure his needs were met with care and concern.

Was a little worried about this place at first. Guys had a hard time finding what I needed on their computers. Ended up leaving. Knew if I talked to someone else during another visit I would talk to the right person. I did, order placed. Order came in, thought everything I ordered was ready. Ended up they couldnt find one tiny box of mine. Was told when they found it they would ship it to my place. They never found it. I went back to store to talk to manager. Shari the manager was very helpful. She searched for my purchase could not find it either. Left me a voice mail, re-ordered part in meantime. Called me a couple days later and they found my box! She was very helpful and is a nice person to deal with. She went above and beyond in my opinion.

Gorgeous inventory at reasonable prices

Not the best store or service by a long shot. Took forever to get someone to assist us and I had to wait at the desk to get someones attention. Items look cheaper in quality in store than online. Service was pretty bad as the associate didnt understand what I was looking for even after an explanation and couldnt show me any other options. We have only one light in our bathroom on the ceiling. We do not have a light piece above our vanity. And thats all the associate kept talking about. Mentioning what when we get a vanity mirror we can ask him for one. Even after saying we arent getting one. Wont go back. We went down the street to URBAN LIGHTS. A huge showroom with a great variety of pieces and helpful service and decent prices!

I needed a picture lamp for a gift, and my original choice fell through at the last minute. I walked into lamps plus and they had 8 or 10 for me to pick from, most of which were in stock and at fairly good prices. I will definitely be going back there again :)

Martha was the friendly employee that helped me on the phone to order an arc floor lamp (Cora Single Shade arc lamp, brushed steel) which arrived pretty quickly. The ordering process went very quickly and Im very happy with the lamps easy assembly. I would like to add, however, that the shade is described on the stores site as off-white and I would describe it definitely as white. I was hoping for more of a cream or ivory, but otherwise am very pleased with the floor lamp. Good quality and stylish contemporary floor lamp at a very good price ($89) - just what I needed over my dining room table and much cheaper than buying a ceiling light + hiring an electrician to install it.

Great store on Colorado Blvd. They always have a huge selection, most times many items on sale. It is usually a busy store especially during the weekends but the service is always pretty good too. I was always satisfied w/my purchases over the years.

Always good to me and my family

This was my third time in there trying to get waited on for the sale!. How do these satisfied customers do it. I walked the store on two previous occasions for 20 minutes each time, and only saw people on the phone behind the counter, who would make no eye contact. Third time I found a lady racing through and I asked if she could find someone to help me, and her reply was I dont know, I will try.Well that is no way to get my business. Maybe they thought it wasnt worth their time, but 6 years ago, I furnished the entire bar of my exs new venture, with lighting from there. But its not worth the hassle. Then people wonder why stick and mortar stores are going by the wayside. If you cant get help, you cant buy.

What a fabulous place. We had toured a couple of other light companies, as were prone to do. The selection was very different here, versus the other places. And Lamps Plus also had the best prices, by far. We felt like wed received tremendous value. They had styles of lighting that the others didnt. Were more into looking at specific styles and the other places were nothing but contempo, and very much more expensive by a couple thousand dollars. The reps were circulating on the floor and approached us without descending on us. We were happy to spend the money there. Theyre very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The other places didnt even know we came or left.

We needed new kitchen lights and had a truly awesome salesperson help us.

I originally posted this review with a one star. However, after my rating Lamps Plus resolved the issue above and beyond what I expected.Despite the resolution, I did want to express my discontent that the same issues I raised in my review were the same issues I brought up at the time of purchase. It would have been better customer service to have addressed the problem at the time of sale rather than after a customer posted a negative review. In any event, I am ultimately satisfied with how the issue was resolved and that the resolution exceeding my expectations. Thank you, Lamps Plus.

This location does have a good selection. But I ordered a lamp that ended up having missing parts had to drive all the way back to get the parts. And I agree with the other reviews that customer service is not so great here.

Nice lamp selection, poor poor customer service. After 20 minutes (being one of 3 customers in the store today) I literally chased down a cranky woman helping someone and she said I couldnt ask her a question unless it was extremely quick. Obviously i was taken aback and said no, so I proceeded to the register area where I was ignored by 3 more employees. A quick Hi, well be right with you would have been sufficient. I was prepared to spend a lot of money on some new lighting, but this store will no longer get my business. Go to Home Depot down the street.

The bulb in our ceiling fan burnt out. Couldnt find any information about it online. Andre was able to help us identify the bulb and they had it in store too.

I fell in-love with chandelier at Lamps Plus. Before buying the chandelier, I checked other websites to see if I could find a lower price. Sure enough, I found a lower price. I immediately contacted Lamps Plus via email to request their 120% price match guarantee. After 3 days of waiting, however, no one replied to my inquiryBecause so much time had passed, I was worried the promotional price for this item at the other store would expire. So, I finally called into the Lamps Plus customer service number. I spoke with a representative and explained what had happened. The representative double-checks the website where I found the lower price. She agreed it was the same item and even said, “We price match from this website all the time.” Before she could honor the promotional price, she said she needed her manager to approve the price match, but her manager wouldnt be available until “tomorrow”. I told her I was worried about the promotional price not being available “tomorrow”. She replied, ‘As long as the item was the exact same, then Lamps Plus should be able to price match the chandelier.’The next day, I checked the website where I found the chandelier for a lower price. Sure enough, the promotional price had expired and the item was now significantly more. Shortly after, the Lamps Plus representative called me back. She said her manager would not approve the price match. She explained the item could not be price matched because ‘the price would be too low and Lamps Plus just couldnt do it’, and ‘Lamps Plus has an agreement with this website to not match their prices’.If an agreement was in place, then why wasn’t I told yesterday when I called? Why was I told, “we price match this website all the time”? And, why did no one ever respond to my email inquiry?THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Because I was waiting on Lamps Plus to respond to BOTH of my price match inquiries, I cant even buy the light on the website where I found it! So much for that “Price Match GBUARANTEE”.
