I bought expensive earbuds from this place and they did not work. They also will not allow you to exchange them. The cashier Sheila is RUDE and absolutely no help at all.

Extremely rude staff. Walked up to a locked gate before the store opened to a disgruntled woman and asked her if she knew what time they opened. She said “no, the cranky employee inside told me she opens when she’s done mopping. Could be 5 minutes, could be 20.” 5 minutes later the woman asked the employee again if she would be open soon because her flight was about to board and was ignored so she walked away angry. I finally walked in when she opened and asked if she was ready for shoppers and she ignored me and continued stocking the water bottles. So I shopped quickly, she rang me out and I left. Nobody likes being at the airport before 5am, but nobody needs to be rude about it like that.

Whatever you do dont by ear buds or any thing electronic here. Bought a set of 40 dollar ear buds. Didnt work out of the box. Manager was very rude and didnt care about anything besides stocking here cheetos. Long story short no refund or replacement. Then she told me its only 40 dollars lol. Also she is very hard to understand.

Wish each location had the same thing. Had to go to two different locations to location medicine I wanted. This one had the Imodium needed.

Staff was rude, condescending, and argumentative. They could not take the time to wait on you and did not attempt to help.
