We had a small project and many other local spots were not willing to take on or were going to charge us $200. I emailed ABC customs on Sunday and Brad promptly responded the next morning. When I walked in with my project, Ted stopped what he was doing and quickly took care of me. He was friendly, helpful, and insisted on making the two steel cuts I needed at no charge since it was so small. His work was exact. By the iron pieces sitting in their showroom, you can tell they care about their craftsmanship and the community. Thank you, Brad and Ted for taking care of me, making me feel important, and for doing such a good job. We need more local spots like you.

I highly recommend ABC Custom Iron - their pricing was reasonable, and the quality of product and workmanship was excellent. Brad is a perfectionist, which made me very happy, and the attention to detail and to what we were looking for was much appreciated. We now have a beautiful, classic fence and gate that not only keeps our dog in, but is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

If you are looking for someone to install an electric gate opener, ABC custom is the one you should get. I needed a electric gate opener for my ranch. We wanted an electric gate that fit our property,simple and functional. A fancy gate costing 3 or 4 times as much would not fit my property. Brad made great recommendations for our property. the gate was installed last fall and has worked continuesly since. for the couple of times I needed adjustments, Brad response quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with ABC. Yes it took a while for our railing to be completed but Brad is an artist and perfectionist and came out to our home multiple times to perfect a difficult area/corner of the railing. I was always greeted nicely on the phone although it is hard to understand her name as her speech is quick and low pitched. I used ABC 15 years ago for an metal fence also and will continue to use them whenever I have another metal project.

They were quick and professional. I came away with a custom railing that looks awesome. Getting ahold of them on the phone can be tricky at times.

I tried calling this company and I couldnt hear the person that answered the phone. I asked if I could call her right back and she said No and quickly hung up. I will not be using this company or referring any of my neighbors to this company. Poor Customer Service

We contracted with this company in October, 2013. Guaranteed installation date was 12-1-2013. After many calls, they installed 5 weeks later. Company blamed the powder coating sub-contractor for delay. Measurements made by the owner were wrong on one patio door which prevented the screen door from closing. To correct the problem the owner installed cheap looking brass knobs. No apology whatsoever. His installers were professional, however, and did the best they could. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

ABC made and installed an iron fence and gate for my front yard over 10 years ago. It still looks great and has held up wonderfully all these years.

Extremely rude on the phone. Short and sounded irritated. Very poor customer service in my opinion. It made me not want to do business with them.
