I’m an Independent Contractor for Prime Inc(Driver code DEDWWE). We had a delivery here that was scheduled on the day we arrived but no specific time. I explained that our company had not updated any set appointment time. The receiving Manager Ricky Bates assured us they would be able to work us in eventually. He was very professional and seemed adamant about getting us unloaded. We were in and out in just a couple hours. I didn’t expect anything extra, but for their team to be as nice and respectful as they were, getting unloaded was just the icing on the cake! Thank You Samuel and Son and thank you Ricky! I look forward to delivering here again!

Lazy people, delivery only by appointment.

Feels like delivering to Walmart or Aldo, if you know what I mean. This place is strictly by appointments, so you better find out when is yours so you will get unloaded. People are frustrated, rolling eyes on you.

Christina, Jim, & the rest of the team at Samuel are knowledgeable, helpful, and quotes are punctual. The product is delivered on time, and in excellent condition. an enthusiastic 5 stars!

Rick, Operations Manager, is definitely not polite or does not care to be customer service friendly. Evidently this company operates on wealth alone and does not care about negative reviews of any type (he specifically told me he didnt care). The management of this company is in dire need of manners and a course in public relations. No stars should be given.
