I cannot recommend this company enough. They were incredibly helpful, professional and considerate. They went above and beyond in replacing our roof. They also finished replacing our entire roof in a day and a half. The crew was very respectful and considerate when working on our home.

Called and left a message for 2 different people about getting someone out to look at a Tamko warranty issue. It’s been a week and no one called me back. Thankfully I reached out to other roofers as well who were kind enough to call me back and schedule a time to come out and look.

Roofer showed up on time. Changed out an exhaust fan vent. Explained what he was doing in detail. Finished the job fast and efficiently. Supervisor showed up during installation. Both employees were polite and friendly. Job was done to my satisfaction.

The company was fast and efficient at replacing my roof. However I did notice a lot of debris left on the roof like extra nails and and shingle cuttings left on the roof. A little more attention to this would have been appreciated. They were very easy to deal with at replacing my roof because of defective shingles.

This roofing company replaced 3 turtle vents for me. They did a very good job. When I asked if I could see their work, they offered to hold the ladder for me. They answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

AVI is currently working on a big community project in The Pines at Castle Rock apartment community.Let me tell you first off that they leave their debris everywhere and don’t clean it up after each day of working. Nails pointing up from the ground everywhere where people take their dogs out, shingles just tossed into bushes. It’s disgusting that they’re treating our community like their trash can.I took video of walking all around the community and sent it to the property management so they know what they’re paying for and the damage they’re causing to our community. I wonder if I can post it on my review..They sure get the roof done quick but at the expense of everything around the building! I would never recommend this company, unless of course you want a nail to get shoved up your foot because they didn’t clean up that day! Disgusting, clean up after yourselves! Be professional!

We had some warranty issues with our roof tiles and AVI was wonderful. Completely walked me through the entire process to submit for warranty eval and replacement They showed up on time and when something changed in their schedule, always called. They were great.

The appear to do a good job, but their cleanup is abhorrent. Three days in a row i found 10+ nails all over my deck and stepped on a few in my garden. We were assured that they would clean up debris and use a magnet-roller to get rid of nails. So much for that.

The roofing team did a great job and was very professional, as was the gutter team who also went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. Its very clear, these guys know what they are doing. I would recommend AVI Roofing to anyone.

I am so impressed with AVI and their honorable follow-up. I have a Lennar home, that was past their builders warranty, when we had a small leak coming from the vent in our bathroom. I was told I needed to contact the roofing company directly, which I felt was going to be a pain in the butt; BUT to my happy surprise, they were awesome!! They came out right away and fixed the leak, and they came back and fixed the small amount of drywall damage left by the leak as well. I have only great things to say about this company, as every person I dealt with was respectful, helpful and polite. Where customer service seems to be slipping in so many companies, AVI goes over and above with it. I highly recommend them! A+++

We recently bought a new house, from Lennar. The process of having warranty items fixed was daunting (to put it mildly). AVI roofing was, quite literally, the only contractor that we didnt have to plead our case(s) with. They come out when theyre scheduled, fix this issue and seem to genuinely take pride in their job. By far, the best contractor weve dealt with.

My neighbor got a down spout put on his roof when AVI Roofing was out here doing repairs. When the roofers got to our house the automatically assumed we wanted a downspout too and our one in. Don’t trust them

They showed up at 6am to start both days when we were told 8am not a big deal but they did leave nails, trash and cigarette butts everywhere which we had to clean up. There are a ton of dogs including ours that roam around and could have got hurt. They also left a ladder set up for two days after the job was done.

3 weeks ago I called for estimate on roof repair. I was told by the receptionist that I will get a call in 1-2 days for further assist. Well, Im still waiting for a call, voicemail etc. At least they are not the only roofing company in Colorado.
