As a young mom i was worried Id have to keep leasing apartments but when i reached out to Glory Homes with low chances of qualifying for a mobile home, they listened and worked with me and my sister to find us the right home. I bought my mobile home here back in 2019. Sylvia guided me through the whole process and considered all my needs. She was a pleasure to deal with. David also was aware of everything going on, and went beyond his work to help us out. Now in 2021, i contacted Glory Homes to sell my mobile home. Courtney reached out a day later and also has been a pleasure working with her. Shes bilingual which helps out a lot of the Hispanic community. There are about 5 mobile homes for sale on my street (Mine being listed last), and seems like mine is the first to sell. The others are using different listing agencies which i decided not to use because Glory Homes is a small agency that always listens to their client and they make you feel like family. Whether listing/selling a mobile home, Glory Homes is the place to do so. I have and will continue sending acquaintances to Glory Homes. Good job, Adrian! Although new to his job, Adrian made sure to always check on answers to questions if he wasnt sure. I was impressed that he was open and honest with us on every encounter. He also arranged a first showing for me on a fine listing and I was thrilled to finally end my search for a place to live.

David was amazing! Sold the house in a day. He kept in communication with me. Helped me understand everything and if I had questions he helped me and answered me. Would highly recommend David and his team to friends and family if they ever need to sell their home.

I been talking with Glory Homes for over a year now. Mainly been working with Sylvia. Both Sylvia and David are amazing. Sylvia really looks out for the buyer. I almost signed a deal on a trailer, but the home didn’t do well in the inspection, but I really wanted into the park it was in. Just when I was about to sign on the trailer anyways, Sylvia called me about another trailer in the same park that just listed, and told me the bad inspection report on the other one, allowed me to move my deposit to this other one. And not only that it was $5k cheaper, and in much better shape. She could have kept her mouth shut and let me buy the other one for more, but she looked out for me, and put my quality of life first. I highly recommend Glory Homes if you are looking to buy a mobile home or sell one. Thank you so much guys!

Glory Homes is fantastic. Sylvia was on the ball and we signed a week early. David was very helpful. He made sure all questions were answered and Sylvia knew her stuff. Definitely glad I went with them.

After going to a different broker who told us we could not qualify we went to Glory homes where David was EXTREMELY helpful and got us qualify and moving in into our new home with in a month. I would recommended them to anyone.

After talking with David the owner I am amending my review. While I am still upset with how things were originally handled. David personally reached out to see how they could make things right. David was very professional in handling the issues I had. He took the time to hear our situation and see if there was an even better home for us. David made me feel much more comfortable going forward.Very unprofessional. Called to ask to view a home was given the wrong asking price on the phone. I set up an appointment for a few days later. Never was contacted about confirming said appointment. I had to call 4 times before someone answered. I was then told the property I was interested in was under contract and had been for several days. Poor customer service. Find a better place.

David Sandoval was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, as soon as we went in, he immediately sat down and got on his phone. He did not have any answers to any of our questions. To end it off, when we asked about the price and made an offer, he got the biggest attitude and literally kicked us out of the trailer. We have met with numerous sellers and none of them have ever been that pretentious nor rude.

Exceptional service! I was unable to sell my home thru Zillow, Called David and got an appointment set up to come over, not to long and boom it was sold. During the selling process we had to leave Colorado and move to Egypt and the only communication we had was thru email, David was able to get all behind the scenes done and closing, he even ran to the bank several times for us on his own time. David is a true professional and cares about both seller and buyer. Thanks David
