Huge props to Toby. Built me my first snow bike after several very informative conversations. The guy’s knowledge and attention to detail is phenomenal. Brought him a brand new 450 SX-F and he turned it into a tree carving beast. Suspension flawless. Top notch service and just one of the good guys. He is extremely knowledgeable in snowbike industry, always available, patient, willing to answer any questions you may have.Purchased 2020 yeti kit and lots of accessories and he always took extra time to guide me thru build to make sure set-up is dialed.He only sells products he uses or has tested to make sure they really work before consumer purchases. Was looking for some very specific snowbike parts online.. and was calling around the country and Canada. Left a message/email and got a prompt response from Toby at the RMS shop. Not only did he email me back quickly, then he followed up with a call and answered like 200 questions.. then checked the manufacturers inventory and told me he would call me back the following Tuesday with a quote. He called Tuesday morning as discussed and had everything dialed up in a quote.SOLID.Toby is fantastic and provides great customer service. Super knowledgeable when it comes to building anything race bike or snowbike he knows what to do (and what not to do) when mod-ing up a new bike build. Hes very efficient and gets the job done. Seems like those traits are becoming a rarity these days. If you could clone Tobys level of service (and ability to field a ton of rookie questions), the world would be a much better place.
