Do not purchase any ink from this company. The cartridges that were delivered to our office look like part of them were chiseled out in order to make them fit our printers. Our printers did not accept them, showing an error message stating the cartridge was damaged.Upon further inspection, one of the cartridges that was sent to us was completely different than what our printer required. A new label was slapped on top of the old one which gave us proof that what we received was intentionally the wrong ink cartridge. The original label was for a product that we did not order and is of no use to our office.We opened up a few more of our ordered cartridges and found that they also looked like parts of them were sawed off to fit the printer.This is unacceptable business conduct and I cant imagine the countless amount of other people that may have been ripped off by this business. The lack of quality control and dedication to delivering what was asked for is inexcusable. We tried calling to voice our concerns and left a message. We have yet to hear back.Do not purchase anything from this company, from this business.

Re-Ink is the best in the biz. They get me my orders in blazing speed. David is great to work with. Glad I found them and no longer have to rely on Office Max or Office Depot trips.

Ive been using their Re-Ink service since they first opened, which was noted on the Denver news one morning. Their service has always been reliable and prompt, and their products have been excellent and at a reduced cost to Best Buy or Micro Express here in Denver. They even took the extra time to track down the cartridges for a new printer I had purchased. 5 stars for sure !

After REPEATED attempts to get this company to stop spamming me, I received yet another email selling something I don’t need. The first issue is I’m on a mailing list I NEVER signed up for. And then even when I go to click unsubscribe and it says error, please refresh. I can’t even get out of the stupid spam emails and I’ve asked to never be reached out to again yet here we are. Terribly run business if you can’t even get this part correct. Will be submitting a formal complaint as well to the BBB due to their spam marketing processes.
