Jimmy, Antoine and Roberto to great care of us. They were super personable and easy to communicate with. They listened to out concerns as we had new paint and carpet. BTW, Antoine is the strongest man I have ever seen. Roberto wins the award for the fittest mover. Jimmy approaches moving like an athletic event. We are really happy.

They got my safes moved in record time. They were professional and courteous. The office staff was the same way they had me scheduled way sooner than any other Safe moving company. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

Please read all the bad reviews. Horrible company. They didn’t show up within the time frame and lied on the phone telling me they were sending a crew when they weren’t. The dispatch manager John gave me bad info multiple times and wouldn’t give me a time frame. I finally called back and he admitted they didn’t have anyone coming after wasting my day. They totally messed up our move date and didn’t offer to do anything for us. They even took a deposit which I hope I get back.Now we have to extend the days on our lease at our cost. Pathetic.My reply to owner’s response: You knew we had to be out and couldn’t reschedule. You did not offer discount. I had to ask for one and you said only 10% ($60) which would not even cover the cost of extending my lease an extra day. All of these issues aside YOUR communication was poor. You didn’t answer the phone and when you did you wouldn’t give me a timeframe. You told me you had movers coming and I had to take the initiative to call back an hour later only to be told you didn’t. You left us high and dry and should have offered to take off your travel fee and an hour of time or something remotely amenable for the costly predicament you caused us. FYI at his owner didn’t offer anything like that.

Do not recommend this company! I used them about a year ago, and they were fantastic! Used them again last weekend, and was extremely disappointed. They showed up 30 minutes after the arrival window, and proceeded to take over 4 hours to move a furniture-only move (7 pieces of furniture) a half-mile. I watched them take over 30 minutes just to place a pad on my couch to place it on the dolly before even moving it. Movers were unprofessional and rude. The only reason we got finished when we did, was that 3 of my friends came and helped me unpack everything else from the truck except the 3 pieces of furniture they unloaded. One of the movers came and apologized for the unprofessional manner in which they moved, stated it was only his 3rd day on the job, and stated he already contacted his manager and I should expect a phone call on Monday. No call today, and when I called to follow up, the woman on the phone was very rude and said there wasnt anything that could be done since I didn’t call during the move. (Despite the fact that I DID attempt to call, but the move was on Sunday and the office was closed.) The woman would not connect me to a supervisor, but gave me an email address to email. Have not received a reply as of now.

I was pleased with my move with Black Hawk. The price was lower then some other companies I looked at and they were able to accommodate some items such as a safe and other very bulky items. The guys were professional and their moving truck was clean and large enough for my extensive move. I would refer to others.

Best moving experience EVER!! Jimmy and Savy were super humans!! They moved all of our furniture and. Belongings out of a 4 story townhouse in Denver to a 4 bedroom house in Taos, New Mexico in 12 hours!! How they did this... I still don’t know! They took great care of our furniture, were very respectful and trustworthy. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I had to move on memorial day weekend on one week notice. They were able to fit me in. Showed up early and did a great job with my move. In talking with one of the owners I mentioned a charity golf tournament Im involved with and he asked how they could help. They signed up and did a hole sponsorship for the event. Highly recommend their services.

Strong guys. Had a three bedroom house they got it all moved out and into my new house in roughly 7 hours.

We had a good crew and we had a bad crew. The good crew did an excellent job and we tipped them well for working so hard. The bad crew cause thousands of dollars of damage and many of our items were damaged beyond repair. The bad crew loaded and moved the truck with no items secured or tied down. Thousands of pounds of furniture tossed back and forth. Smashed mirrors, broken appliances, and cracked furniture.When I saw the way the bad crew had packed the truck I would not let them leave and insisted they make adjustments because fragile items were beneath large items and nothing was secured. The owners said they would have to charge me for the added time it would take to unload and reload the truck. That’s not right but I’d rather pay more to not have the damage. While I was on the phone the truck left.Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. The offer from insurance was a petty $200 while the bad crew caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. Brand new Samsung dryer damaged internally and no longer works is simply laid out based on weight. Pennies to the dollar. Movers put holes and dents in the walls of our new house, scratched wood floors, and I ended up telling them to just get things off the truck and I’ll move them myself because they were causing so much damage.Overall a terrible experience with no recourse, apology, or attempt to make things right. I’m not the type to write a negative review but this was a bad.

This is the WORST business I have ever been associated with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We were charged $862 (see invoice below) to move a bed, a dresser, 20 boxes, a night stand and four chairs thirteen miles! The nice lady on the phone told us we would be charged $150 an hour and that it shouldn’t take no more then four hours. It took the two “workers” six hours to “complete” this job.It took these guys an hour to go 13 miles from the old place to the new place. They claim they got lost however they both had iPhones, which they used A LOT during our move. I guess their iPhones don’t give directions!They managed to loose part of the bed and break the dresser. I just love how one of the guys kept blowing his nose on the grass, sidewalk and stairs during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC! OMG!!!!!We called the office and the owner, who seems to be a coward, of course will not return our phone calls. I guess this place claims to be a veteran owned business but maybe the owner missed the day about honor and integrity, just saying.Now, the owner did respond to this review and questioned how I knew the circumstances of this event. Well I was present for the move as I was helping my daughter move additional items in my vehicle. It is interesting that the owner can respond to this review in a few moments after it was posted but he won’t respond to my daughters request for a simple phone call. She has been waiting for two days! I believe that speaks to his integrity. Also, in the owners response, he says that we were charged $625 but the invoice that was provide to us, as shown below, states that we were charged $862 for five hours of work, minus a $25 wardrobe box charge and minus the hour that the drivers were lost going thirteen miles. Remember, this $862 was after the “discounts”! What you do says who you are.DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This company is high way Robbery. They broke everything I own. Ever piece of furniture was destroyed every box marked fragile was crushed in. They over charged me 3,000 at pick up. Word of advice to potential customers RUNNNNNN. Far away drom this company. It’s cheaper for you to take a baseball bat to your own furniture then it is to pay them to receive it in the same condition you would had you destroyed it yourself.

Unprofessional company who showed up without bringing the basic tools to disassemble tables and bed frame, which they assured me was standard procedure when I booked them. As a result, they wasted a few hours between standing over the items doing nothing, and then going to the store to purchase tools. Unfortunately, this cast of characters purchased the wrong tools and so they damaged my furniture by ripping out the screws from the bed frame by carrying it without disassembling it first! Additionally, though I paid for 3 movers on the day, one mover who was very strong moved my couch singlehandedly and because of that, he ripped through the bottom under padding of the couch because of his grip. This would not have happened had he carried it with two people together. They unnecessarily wasted 3-hours that day from sitting around on the phone, shopping for tools that they should have been equipped with, and then returning to the store again since they purchased the wrong tools that did not fit the screws or bolts of the bed frame or dining room table. When I complained to to Black Hawk they were rude to me rather than take responsibility for their own unprofessional behaviors. They did credit me $255 for the time wasted, but wrote to say that they awarded me $255 for damages, which was totally false. That was for time where they were not working.This all happened in May 2019. It is now October 2019 and I am still without compensation for damages, which they say is only 60-cents per pound or $80.00 which does not even approach the cost for repairing the bed frame and couch under-materials. They also did not place any plastic covering over the carpets of the new house and tracked in a lot of dirt and grease on the stairs and rooms where carpets were already in place. I CANNOT recommend this company because of too many unprofessional issues as well as terrible customer service when it comes to a satisfactory resolution. THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. IT IS 5-MONTHS AFTER THE MOVE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVER IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO RESPECT THEM!

I bought a safe without really considering how big and awkward it was. 700 lb and only a few inches of clearance down the stairs with a 180 degree turn seemed impossible. Blackhawk was able to get it down to my basement in about 30 minutes. Keith and Ronnie arrived early, were extremely professional and efficient, and got the impossible done. Mandy was super helpful and friendly arranging the job. Great job all around and I will call on Blackhawk for any future moves I need.

I needed to have their truck weighed both empty and full which they happily accommodated. The price was very reasonable as well. Three different moving companies all flaked at the last moment and left me with no help. I called these guys and was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to move me the same day but that was nothing compared to the quality and efficient job they did, Antonio and Brandon did the job faster than I expected and saved me a lot compared to the estimate. They were also very careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend this company to family or friends.

There have been many many times that I have used a moving company in my life but never was anyone this thorough, willing to please us, and make sure everything got delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in. Seriously dont ever search for a company just go directly to Black Hawk Moving and there will be a huge weight lifted off your back, I promise you that.

I had a very good experience with these guys. I moved a two bedroom condominium with a few basic things including a heavy bed, a couple of very large framed pieces of art, and a couple of antiques. They packaged the antiques quite well and made awesome time (I already boxed up most things, but they arrived at 10:15 AM and finished at 2:30 PM, including a trip from Denver -> Springs). Price was very reasonable and they definitely hustled getting things packed and unloaded.

I’m pleased to share that the team of Brandon, Alex, and Mike made my move to Denver effortless, stress free, and are by far the best moving crew I’ve ever dealt with. They took care of all my moving needs, answered all questions, were prompt, professional, no damage to any of my belongings, and even finished earlier than anticipated despite hauling all my belongings up three flights of stairs! One of the best moving companies I have ever used. I had an emergency situation and had to move my entire office on New Year’s Day 2020. The crew arrived on time at 9 am with 3 men and carefully handled an expensive machine and all my things in such a professional manner. I was moved into my new office in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, punctual and keep their word- hard to find in this day and age.

Black Hawk Moving is an amazing company. They were polite, friendly, and extremely professional. I was moving and got stuck in a snow storm and was unable to make my appointment time. Black Hawk rescheduled me for the next day and had a crew on standby for me! On top of that they are extremely Veteran friendly, my roommate and I are both disabled veterans and could not afford an expensive moving service but couldnt move everything on our own. Black Hawk was able to help me with the price of my move and their moving team had everything moved into my new apartment extremely quick and professionally. I will gladly be using this company in the future and highly recommend it for your move!

Contracted BlackHawk to move a 400# safe from my 2nd floor to my basement. 2 movers showed up. In the process of the move, they gouged my walls and door trim in 3 different places. Now I fixed all of these (and they were not small scratches, as I has to re-texture in places) myself. The big damage happened when the 2 guys slid the safe across my wood floor without any protection under it against my wishes, gouging and scratching it very badly (it will require repair and refinish). Now I submitted a claim with multiple pictures to Black Hawk Customer Care, waited the full 90 day claim period they require, only to get notified that this damage is considered normal and not covered. If you want to contract with them to move something for you, you need to understand this viewpoint of theirs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM TO MOVE A TRASH CAN AROUND.....

The process was super easy. I live in Wisconsin and was arranging a move for my son in Denver. The set-up with Mandy went easily. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident with Black Hawk. The movers called me on the day of the move as a courtesy to let me know they were on their way to move my son and family. Mandy estimated the move would take 3 1/2 hours which is exactly what it took as confirmed by my son. My son expressed to me that the move went quickly.. The movers set everything in place that they could. They were very kind and courteous to my sons family. Id call Black Hawk if youre planning a move.

The movers are inexperienced and need more training and they didnt pack the storage unit right. After going through some stuff that we could get to, we found broken items. The owner didnt trust his employees. He came all the way out to Lakewood to collect the money. Woredrob boxes were laid on their sides and tubs were crushed. Recliner s look like they were just tossed on top of everything. They couldnt fit everything in the unit due to inexperience and kept some of our stuff and never gave it back. I do not recommend this mover. And to Blackhawk... What goes around comes around.

Ive moved several times in the past few years and always thought I was getting decent service from the company and crew but never knew about Black Hawk. These guys were amazing. My crew of Mike, Terry, and Brandon were very punctual, fast and efficient and were also a lot of fun. For Terry organizing the packed items was like a game of Tetris and it was fun to watch. I highly recommend the company and this crew in particular.

Incredibly bad experience. They brought 3 people instead of 2 like I asked (charged me for it), then tried to tell me it would be cheaper that instead of 2 people taking 6 hours we can get it done in less than 4 hours with 3 people.... its a one bedroom apartment! On top of that, they LOST my dining table. Still havent heard back about that. And then they overcharged me by $150 and I had to call them to get it resolved, which they need a manager to approve a refund of the overcharge, waiting on that one too. 1 of the 3 workers was so small he looked like he got cut from the high school baseball team. Another one approached one of my new neighbors and said hey i recognize you, you went to county prison, right?! to which my neighbor was visibly petrified. What the actual F...... I dont think I could have had a worse experience.

I would highly recommend using Black Hawk Moving Company! It started front the beginning the customer service representative who schedule our moving service was extremely helpful and nice, we all know moving is a hassle and they made it extremely easy. Our movers Nick and Brandon exceeded my expectations. I am extremely hard critic but they went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my personal belongings. They were also very efficient and quick, they were not trying to rack up the bill for extra money which is amazing!! You will not regret using Black Hawk Moving or Nick and Brandon!! Thank you!

My experience was a nightmare. They quoted me between 9am-10am for arrival then showed up at 11am. They ended up charging me almost double and taking twice as long. I have grease stains on my nice furniture from the moving truck. They tossed my boxes around like rag dolls. My wardrobe boxes were left in my house upside down... so much for leaving everything hung up. And to top it all off... I’m pretty sire they stopped somewhere on there way to my new place because I left an hour behind them and got there at the same time and when they showed up they were definitely high on something. I’ve called twice since then and no one will return my calls. Save yourself the trouble and buy everything new! This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had!

This company and their service was beyond disappointing. Honestly should be given 0 stars. I hired them to move my belongings 24 miles from Boulder to Denver. I had everything packed and in one room to help ease the loading process for the movers. Somehow between them loading my belongings into the truck and unpacking them at my new residence, they broke several pieces my sturdy wood bed, a lamp, and my vanity, which I didnt realize until after I had tipped the movers and they left. I was horrified. It wasnt like they accidentally broke one piece or item. But they broke basically all 3 walls of my bed, almost tore the top off my vanity, and shattered my lamp. They also lost a support beam to my dogs crate which I am unable to replace by itself. I filed a claim on August 1st with plenty of pictures and information about the value of each piece. I was told I would be given a solution to my claim by 90 days. 90 days past 5 days ago and I havent heard from the company despite sending two emails requesting correspondence. I was more than happy to hire a veteran owned moving company, but the service I received was of the lowest quality and care. Still cant believe this is the service and customer support I received.

Amazing people! Not only did they maneuver their moving truck along a difficult windy dirt road, they had great attitudes and ensured everything was wrapped and packaged for transport. And they were hustling the whole time.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The office was very easy to work with. Swain is great! I had some challenging pieces to move and they crushed it. I’ll call them when I move in two years.

I booked last minute and Blackhawk came through for us. Tony and Laurence did a great job. Not one scratch on anything and way less time than was quoted. I’ll definitely use these guys again!

We hired this company again because last year we had such an amazing experience with them, they were fast, efficient and handled my stuff with care. This time around however it was terrible from the start. We scheduled for them to move us in the morning as we had to turn in our apartment that day at 6pm, the first crew arrived and didn’t even start till an hour and a half after arriving because their truck broke completely down and had to get towed (which I get it’s out of their control) once it came to them actually starting though they could not handle my furniture! They looked like little boys and would shake when trying to pick something up and it’s not like I have unusually big furniture. That then made me call their manager and I had them send me another crew which then pushed my moving about another hour- hour and a half. When that second crew arrived to replace the first looked like it was gonna get better but it didn’t! They also were having a hard time taking my dressers down and mattresses(queen size) and so they called for a third person. Well that 3rd person took 1-2 hours to arrive and the current 2 we had sat in their truck till the 3rd arrived. The 3rd arrived and you could tell he was very annoyed to be there. He started with taking my dresser down (I was on 3rd floor) in a rush without securing it or anything and next thing you know I hear the biggest boom. I ran out to look through my balcony and he destroyed my dresser, it was in pieces! At that point I was beyond frustrated because they were taking longer than needed/planned for and because they destroyed my dresser. They immediately called their boss and the guy who broke my dresser literally quit on the job and walked off saying “I have 5 grand in my bank account, I don’t need this shit”. Didn’t even apologize or pick my stuff up. So then they send out ANOTHER crew because at this point they’v all clearly been incapable. It took a couple hours for the other crew to arrive since they were on their own job themselves. They finally arrived at 6pm and got to moving everything fast and efficiently. They finished moving me at 9:30pm. It literally took an ENTIRE day with this company trying to move me. The 1st crew had arrived at 10am!!! I have zero complaints about the final crew they were great but everyone and everything else that happened was straight out disappointing. When speaking to the manager at the end to charge me he started acting like it was all my fault saying “well you have heavy stuff” UM EXCUSE ME?! This is your job!!!!!! You supposedly move thousand pound safes but you cant do simple furniture like dressers, desks, tv stands and a table?! I didn’t even have a couch for them to move! Maybe y’all should hire competent people that can perform this sort of job. I sent the manager pictures of the broken dresser and he said he was gonna have his insurance claim team call me and to this day they haven’t. They moved me on 06/29 and it’s now 07/09. I had to pay another day of rent all because of this company and did they care? NOPE. Such a shame how disappointing they were this time around. Don’t waste your time. Seek a more professional moving company

These guys (Richard and Andrew) just worked very hard to get my place moved in after hours. We have a difficult piece of furniture that they did a phenomenal job with. The quality they provided us was wonderful. Would recommend for future moves!

Black Hawk Moving offers a flat fee and is considerably less than other moving companies I got a quote for. I called about 13 other moving companies, some movers go by how much cubic square feet is needed or how much the weight everything is. They could not beat the 26 foot truck moving flat fee Black Hawk offered.The benefit of using Black Hawk is they did not need to have a list of the inventory as long as the items were not over 300 pounds. This is a simplified method that I like. I tried my best to give the best account of what inventory was needed to move. We also boxed everything up and took off the doors and stair handrails to make an easy move for the Black Hawk movers.They were flexible with the time schedule. We did our best to avoid bad weather when scheduling the moving date during the Colorado Winter.They called to let me know they were going to be late. No worries, we had all day.They were fast for a two man team. Sometimes I could not keep up with them. There were more boxes than they could get a second breath in. I did help with carrying boxes with some other items. They ended up sending an extra mover to help with the final load and unload.They took care to make sure everything was evened out in the truck load. They took care loading and unloading the items. A lamp was damaged, but I am not worried about this and it could have been packaged better.There was some confusion when the unload would be. At first I was told it was going to be that night. After discussing the time and the drive time they later said they would be arriving around 10 in the morning, but later found they got there sooner in the morning. I must have missed the earlier time schedule or had a lot on my mind and missed the change.Maybe for future moves, I was thinking that a text message to confirm the time of unload would be helpful.The Black Hawk team started the drive at Midnight and unloading before I was at the house. Faster than I could keep up with. They defiantly had little to no time to sleep to make this happen. I did not have my phone on me at that time, but luckily they could get inside the house for unload. Thank you Richard! They unloaded the truck and placed everything in a good location. For their extra time and effort I gave them each a 6 percent tip on the flat fee.I am happy that everything worked out. I like to thank the Black Hawk team for there extra time and effort with the move. They got use to the new location with everything in good shape.Suggestions for the company:A few things they need to work on is communication. Its amazing they do the flat fee and this could evolve to make a flat fee moving application. The challenging part however is discovering how to handle loading/unloading problems with how many movers they will need vs. the amount of inventory to ship.

In my 71 years I have never had a better moving experience. The two men were FAST, almost running with extremely large items. They were respectful, knowledgable and focused. They took apart my huge bed and reassembled it at the destination. A gazillion stars for these guys and Blackhawk moving

We used Blackhawk moving for our most recent move from a 2 bedroom 4th floor apartment (without elevator) to a town home. Brandon and Saviano were FANTASTIC to work with. Zero complaints about the awful stairs, no wasting our time or money and overall great experience. Very reasonable for what we had and definitely would recommend to anyone that was in search of good, reliable, professional AND friendly movers!

WORST EVER...!!! They have terrible customer service and very inexperienced movers. They left the parking brake off on the truck and it only stopped after crashing into a dumpster! Also, they took 30 minutes talking to a manager and dealing with the truck accident and another 30 minutes eating lunch. All of this was ON the clock since they charged me based on start/end time.The manager, Richard, called me to charge my card about 5 minutes before the move was done. I asked to talk later to privately to dispute the time spent. At a minimum, I wanted a credit for the non-working time. He hung up and charged in full. Not only that, this was an easy move and it took way too long. It was 5 hours to move only furniture (zero boxes) on a 1 bedroom (distance was 3 miles away and freight elevator right next to my door)...Ultimately, when I called the manager back later that day, he was very defensive and aggressive. I was calmly asking about the extra time spent and the parking brake incident. He personally attacked me on several levels, said people make mistakes and youre crying over spilled milk. He finally hung up on me after a racist comment... I was also told by someone named, John, that he would credit me an hour and the owner would reach out to me (nothing in over a week).DONT use this company unless you want to overpay and do most of the work yourself...

When I move again I will work with them.Its been a year and i moved with these guys again. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They were absolutely terrible!! They completely broke my new Samsung flatscreen TV (cracked the screen resulting in a complete blackout with no image), chipped my bedroom dresser, lost screws required to reassemble my bed frame, and damaged the walls of my old apartment badly. They were rushing the whole time and handled things beyond poorly.What they cost me:-$707.42 for TV screen repair (bought for $899.99, otherwise I would’ve just bought a new TV)-$186.80 for wall damage at old apartmentI moved on 9/28/19, filed my claim a few days later, and did not even hear back from their customer care department with their claim response until 12/18/19. Their customer care department is absolutely terrible. They responded that they would compensate me $150 for the damages. That didn’t even cover the wall damage they did. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night knowing their company does this to people and on top of all of that I was still charged the $600 for them to move my things. The whole move basically cost me $1494.22, instead of $600, due to their negligence.

Im not sure where to start. We had a pick up window of 2- 4. The driver called at 2:30, said they would be there in an hour. Called again to say they were running later than anticipated and could we have food and drinks for them as they had not eaten all day! They finally arrived at 6:30.One of the movers was extremely intoxicated or high. He walked in cursing and started kicking the items to be moved. When asked not to he said he did not have to answer to us! He cut himself on the truck and came back in bleeding everywhere, sucking on his cut finger and spitting the blood in the sink. He was too impaired to help with the move.The driver finally took him from the property and came back to complete the move. He did the best he could considering the circumstances.I booked a move with Black Hawk Moving, but that is not who showed up. They had sent a subcontractor. We should have been told we were getting a different mover. I can tell from other negative reviews that this is common practice.The only positive part of the move was that we were given a reduced rate because we only had one mover. I would have rather paid full price for the company I thought I was hiring.

So, these guys moved me today and I was little worried because it was after a snowstorm. They exceeded my expectations and then some. Swain and Juwain were professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and did such great work in the time they had. Swain was training J and you could just tell how professional he was about the proper way to wrap and take care of furniture. We were moving into a 3rd floor with no elevator and these guys didn’t hesitate once. They worked efficiently and got the job done with a smile on their face.

This is the worse company, we paid for 2 trucks and 4 men, we got 1 truck and 2 men, took them double the time it should have taken, and to make matters worse they damaged our brand new mattress that was only under one year old, we paid $3,200 for it, and all they did was turn it in to their insurance company and we havent heard from them I think their ignoring us, and thats not all they damaged, they scratched furniture, scraped our leather recliner, and broke a few thinks, not to mention the left a few items behind and they didnt bother to tell us, the manger doesnt return our calls his ignoring us to. This was a very, very, expensive move for us, thanks to black hawk movers in Denver area. I dont understand how they got so many good reviews, I think they posted mostly all of them them selves.This is a repond to the companies reply, we wanted a fast move, thats why we wanted two trucks and 4 men, and as for the mattresses cover, we assumed you were going to cover it was a $3,200 mattress and we obviously want to protect it, and as for the time it was almost 7pm when you finally finished, but my husband and my sons had to help unload the truck or they would have been there all night, and not to mention they left several things behind in the basement we had a truck load the next day, and they didnt even tell us, and as for the 3 men, one was really struggling thats why my husband and sons had to help, and as for the insurance claim we havent heard from them, and some one in your office told my husband they only pay . 49 cents a pound. And as for your respond Im so sorry that you didnt apologize first instead you made excuses to us shame on your company.

Richard Paul and Richerd did a very fabulous job I am highly recommending them to anybody that wants to move if you have any movie suggestions please call Richard at Blackhawk moving they really know what they’re doing and they pay attention to detail I also aware aware that it’s hard to move from the chair in the heat and and Richard did a very good job by understanding the nature of putting stuff together and running a crew in 112 weather in the truck all summer long I believe Richard is a good team player to work making this happen thank you for sending Richard and the crew
