James was amazing! He is super patient, helpful and went way above and beyond to ensure our many many packages were taken care of properly, securely and sent out timely.

I experienced excellent customer service at this UPS store #2328! AJ assisted me and was thorough with the cost and timing of the shipments. Louie also helped in packaging and making sure my items would arrive safe. The packages arrived exactly the date they stated. Very happy with the service and the location is also very convenient as they have parking on the back.

This place will make sure you get a good price and they even let me do some packing in the store. Louie the Manager is a kind dude and handles everything like a dream, and if you get James at the front desk you’re gonna have smooth sailing.
Paid for packaging and shipping a laptop and paid for next day air and the store didn’t include the phone number on the package. Once the package was received back in store, 2 days later, the phone number was put on the package and the store sent the package 3 day, not even the same that we paid for($240). The package has now been delivered a week later and the owner is not responsive. Don’t waste your time going into this store or any of the other 8 store that this owner is in charge of. Unfortunately Louie has been put in the middle of the customer and the owner and has not authority to help at all.
I have been going to this UPS for roughly 3 years and every time LOUIE works he makes my visit quick and easy. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure every customer is attended to within seconds of entering the store. Those fortunate enough to be helped by him should consider themselves lucky!
Staff is friendly and helpful, every time I go in they have boxes all over the place, would be hard to navigate if you are handicap with wheel chair or walker. I noticed that more since family members use those equipment. For people without special needs quick drop off and service. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of would recommend parking closer to the Safeway parking area and walk the few extra feet than dealing with cars coming in and out of the little parking driveway. Plus a lot of times delivery trucks are back there and can block you in.
I went to the UPS Store at 303 S Broadway to return a smart watch to Amazon, which required I show a return label for the CS rep to send my return back to Amazon. After a previous unpleasant experience at this UPS location a couple years back, I was slightly apprehensive, but the gentlemen working Mon June 28, 2021, were very helpful and assisted me with printing a label. This time I didnt need to use a credit card to get on the internet, and the young man at the counter reminded me to log out of my email account and Amazon so no one could use my accounts when I left the store. He gave me a receipt with a tracking number, after he packed and shipped my watch. As soon as I got outside I got a text from Amazon that a refund was being issued for the returned smart watch. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, it was a good experience and I would recommend this UPS location after today. I returned some jeans to Amazon at this spot in 2020 also with similar results, the bad experience I had the previous year must have been a one-off. The packaging materials are a bit pricey, but the employees in the store have no control over setting the prices of the packing materials, or premium shipping options, like the UPS My Choice which increased quite a bit in 2021.
This store has the nicest staff and they are always so helpful with packaging and getting things printed for amazon! The guys who work here are great!
Stopped in to send some documents to the East Coast. I worked with Louie. Despite him being very busy, he was still patient with me as I bombarded him with questions on cost for shipping and best options to save me some money. Great location and respectful staff. Thanks again Louie!
I had stopped at THE UPS store in Edgewater to get a quote on shipping 2 Pairs of shoes. The UPS store quoted me around $36. I decided to check USPS for what they would charge and it was $42. I decided UPS would be my best option. I was close to the Broadway location so I stopped thereand they wanted to charge me over $60. I told him I got a quote earlier for $36 and he said the UPS stores are independently owned and charge different. Almost double is outrageous and I will never go to this UPS store again.

The staff at this location is second to none. I visit almost daily to pick up mail and mail packages for my business. I watch as Louie, AJ, Netra and Kevin work tirelessly: helping customers quickly, keeping lines at bay and building a great rapport with every person that walks through their doors. They are ALWAYS positive, kind, upbeat and provide tremendous customer service.

The man who was doing my shipping was extremely rude and when I asked if they did USPS services, he got an attitude and told me if I wanted USPS, I should go to the post office even though they can do it as well. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Never going there again.
I had a very urgent and very fragile package to send. Louie went above and beyond taking care of my needs. He sent photos of his amazing packing job to me personally after he had completed his work. Very trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend Louie and this location. Very satisfied customer!
Really you don’t deserve the one star kinda sad when you can help everyone else and overlook a person that was there before all the other people started coming in. If your independently owned you all really need to check your attitude. Or get some employees that know how to treat people.

The staff here was super helpful but good god was it hot! Do they even have air conditioning?With COVID going on, I have to wear a mask in here and its way too darn hot to do it with a mask. Please fix your AC or get a new one or Ill be taking my business elseware. Good grief!
I have been to this UPS an embarrassing number of times to make Amazon returns, and the service has been uniformly outstanding. Everyone I have encountered is friendly, helpful and patient (most recently, AJ, Louie and Netra). Far better customer service than most places.
The staff is very friendly and helpful especially considering the typical mountain of packages that accumulate over a day. Louie goes above and beyond with helping out, I am in the middle of renovating and have had odd shaped large packages and he has always patiently made sure everything was properly handled. It’s a relief to have such thoughtfulness at such a high traffic location. Hooray for excellence.

I go in here to drop off extra packing material and for some shipping. Came in this morning for my signature notarized but the guy said he would do it because it didnt say to place his stamp were he wanted it. I was put out by his excuse. I went to the FedEx store in Cherry Creek and got the stamp.
This store is the best and most trustworthy hands down. They are honest and will work hard to ensure your packages make it safely to its destination. I am very pleased with the level of customer service shown at this location.
Great experience at this location! I came in to send back something on amazon prime and the guy that helped me, Austin, had just the right disposition to work with people. Called (as suggested when I spoke to an employee last week), to make sure that a Notary and Two Witnesses would be available between 1:30 and 2:00 this afternoon. I was told yes and to come on down.Well...We arrive there at 1:45 and low and behold, no Notary and no time as to when one would be available.Wouldnt be so bad but my partner is Eight-Four years old...now we need to set up yet another appointment somewhere else.Will NEVER use this UPS location again.Just what we wanted to do, travel ALL over Denver during these times...

I saved all my recyclable packaging for months and finally brought it to the store. The store is listed as a drop off for this type of recycling.They said they just throw it out. It’s 2020, we need to save the planet.
Went to this location to get printouts and the only printer they have was malfunctioning; it was printing in B5 paper size instead of A4 despite explicitly requesting A4 paper size. The employees were very helpful and were able to hack a solution quickly (no complaints there).But I came home to see that all my printouts came out faulty. The edges of the files I wanted included in the frame of the printouts were cropped out.Quite frustrating to see this is the quality of product I paid for. Disappointed in UPS.
Excellent customer service!! Ive received and sent quite a few packages lately, and I always make sure I go to this specific store because of the excellent customer service. The employees are friendly, and super helpful. I have brought really large packages to the store and they help me package them more properly for transit which I really appreciate because I am currently 7 months pregnant. Thanks for making my life easier! I highly recommend this store.
This is the best UPS store that I have been to. Louie was extremely helpful and friendly. I had been to 2 other UPS stores trying to get several hundred prints and neither place had been helpful. Louie walked me through the process, made sure all the prints ended up correct, and basically made the whole experience run seamlessly. I will never go to a different UPS store!

Great customer service. The man helping me saw I had a childs birthday gift and said that he enjoys decorating the boxes to send out. He asked how old she was turning and put her name and birthday girl in the address box.

I usually drop off packages to return to Amazon. I had two returns on Monday night. The lady, I forgot the name, at the store was super nice. She printed out confirmation, helped me get a label on the second container, and was generally pleasant. I dont remember the last time I had such a good customer experience anywhere. Thank you!

The Indian man working here brought up politics and trump while I was being helped. I do not want to talk politics when I run my errands. I thought it was common knowledge but apparently not. Please train the staff
No stars for false advertising. Claim to be open until 7 pm, but the door was locked and a call gleaned that their system was shut down before 6:50 pm. They upset 3 other customers while I sit here writing this review. Very disappointed.
I love these guys! This is the busiest store I’ve ever seen. hands-down! As busy as they are they’re always so kind, knowledgeable, and always put the clients needs first. Extremely ethical and very helpful. As long as I am in the city of Denver I will never do business anywhere else but here.

I needed something packed up to take on my flight this afternoon, at first they said it would take half a day but when I said that wasn’t going to work they said no problem and made it happen!! I am so impressed with their commitment to great service and will not go to any other UPS location in Denver!
UPS services were used to ship a Metro Transit card with priority shipping. The rep was nice enough to label the envelope and I simply dropped the card in. Then they lost the package....How does a shipping service lose a package that was 100% in their hands. Thankfully Netra, the GM, took the initiative to resolve what they could. Definitely dont recommend UPS or this location, but Netra gets them more than 1 star.
This place is unhelpful, and overpriced. The staff are generally nice, but easily flustered. I have tried using these folks for amazon returns and shipping a few times since they are close to where I live. I will never make the mistake again, as I have wasted enough money and left frustrated too many times.
Update 6/25/2020:Bumped up to 3 stars from 1. Manager contacted me via email today and apologized profusely, agreeing that the behavior of the employee was out of line and that it would never happen again. A prompt and acceptable resolution to a frustrating circumstance. Doors on both sides were locked and lights were already turned off. Middle security gate already half closed.I started by knocking on the parking lot side of the building and was ignored. I went to the Broadway side door and could see an employee behind the counter. I gestured and mouthed 7pm? and pointed to the sign. The guy behind the counter shook his head No and started ignoring me. I stood there for a minute looking for an open store on my phone and he proceed to come to the door, unlocked and opened it, and in a VERY unprofessional/rude tone proceed to tell me, The computers are DOWN! I couldnt help you ANYWAY! I asked him his name and he said, JAMIE! and before I could get a word in edgewise, he slammed the door and re-locked it, walking away.Im sorry...but is this What can brown do for you?. Until this day, Id always considered choosing UPS over FedEx.Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever received from ANY mailing location, and I drove 15min to get there. Would not recommend.Luckily, guy #2 was able to drop his pre-addressed mail off with the USPS truck that just pulled up alongside the store on Broadway...he got some grace. Poor Kirstan (just trying to check her PO box) and myself (trying to mail one letter out) both were out of luck. I sat in my car for a minute to see what would happen. Jamie proceeded to give the poor USPS driver a rash of verbal flack for showing up late, before locking the doors and running to his car at 7:01pm.Computers down prevented checking a PO box? What do you want to bet that if I come back tomorrow at 6:52pm that the computers crash again?UPS might want to think retraining Jamie (or whoever drives the blue hatchback). Check the cameras, look at us standing stupidly outside the door. Ive worked in customer service for 10yrs...management might consider poaching the guy from FedEx in Cherry Creek...he was incredibly polite/professional. Cannot say the same for Jamie.

I love going here as they have a plenty of parking spaces and the customer service is superb. The staffs at this location are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I have been coming to this store for last five years ever since I moved to Denver from Houston and never had any issues with their services. Matter of fact, I drive a few miles passing other ups store just to go there. They treat me that I am their best customer every time I go there. I bought a 5 ft by 3 ft Pub Mirror and had to ship it to Reno, NV. I chose this store because of its high rating. The mirror was packed so well - glass taped, bubble wrapped, multiple Styrofoam sheets on both sides and double TV-boxed. It made it in one piece! I spoke to Bryce and the store staff on many occasions and they were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store and their excellent service.

I had a very fragile BIG piece of Art, and other fragile items that needed to be picked up from my apartment in downtown Denver and shipped to my new place in Florida. I called this store, and they picked up the very next day, crated and shipped it to my place. It came all in one piece I was very pleased with their Great customer service, and their expertise in packing. I would really recommend this store if you are shipping anything that is fragile.

I brought in two large packages to ship. The owner took measurements and gave me an outrageous price to ship both packages. I took both items over to FedEx Office on Colorado and Florida and they shipped both items for 30% of the cost of UPS and were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I dont trust this store anymore and will never go back. Buyer beware. I would check prices on-line before you go into this store.

I accidentally signed my document in the store before it was notarized. The lady in front of me did the same thing. They notarized her document but wouldnt notarize mine??? They said notarizing a doc that was signed was illegal. The lady in front of me said she did the same thing but they notarized her document. We were both very confused. I would stay clear of this place.
I needed a notary and was in a bind and luckily found this UPS store provides that service. The staff member Hunter was patient and kind and turned my day into a much better one. I have also mailed stuff from this location before and have always had an easy time.
This pace was very good, I highly recommend it. I had to ship my whole trade show booth back to Texas. I had a some very fragile items that needed packed and they were packed very well and everything arrived undamaged. Ive shipped some stuff with the local post office before and it seems like every other package I sent through the post office was either lost or damaged. The staff here was friendly. Not alot of places in Denver are this good. 10/10

This is by far my favorite UPS store! They are consistently helpful and thorough. I have not lost a package yet which is more than I can say for several other stores. The staff and owner are always in a good mood even when the store is packed with customers and outgoing packages.

This is my favorite of all the UPS stores located in Denver. The parking is very spacious, the employees are EXTREMELY helpful. There was a very outgoing young woman working the register, i believe her name was Ashley. She was very very very helpful with all the ins and outs. Also, very caring about my shipment, they let me watch the packing, very detailed with fragile packages. I give them 10/10!!
I have no experience shipping items from this location so cannot comment on the negative reviews, but I receive a number of critical packages daily and have dealt with every UPS Store in Denver. This one store has offered my only consistently-positive experience. The owner and employees are always friendly and project a positive, customer service-focused attitude. On a number of occasions theyve highlighted small but potentially significant package damage that Id have missed, I always have my packages out the door within 5 minutes, and they have never misplaced a package, which happens disturbingly often at certain other local locations. My office is downtown as was my UPS store. I added a box here originally just for short-term convenience during personal relocation but this 5-star service convinced me to end my relationship with the prior store despite the inconvenience of the extra distance from my office; that other store was only a hundred yards away but the service was abominable.

Run away from shipping at post office or anywhere else and run straight to this UPS store at Broadway and Alameda. Nebra and Eric provided amazing customer service to me today. I had to ship 15 large boxes. Not only did they patiently log each box, help tape them appropriately, they even helped me resize and repack some boxes that were not done properly. They did this all in a relaxed, friendly manner and were unbelievable helpful. Such a better experience than shipping anywhere else. Thank you Eric and Debra!
Staff seemed resentful about my presence. They stopped processing my order to talk to each other a lot. Will never use this store again. I read someone in the reviews post that other places are a lot cheaper. Dont know why I overpaid for my package to be broken. lesson learned.
