DO NOT USE THIS FEDEX STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!I am writing this because I am so frustrated. First, I went to the counter to ship some items the gentleman was too lazy to put the correct information on one of the packages, and now I lost a family item that had been in the family for 60 years. Plus the FedEx in my area did not bother to check the package for the correct information and gave it to a random address. Now the family will be without this item that had been passed down to more family.
I came in a few minutes before closing & was assisted by Brian. The customer in front of me was a total nightmare, but Brian was so patient & accomodating towards this person who was being insanely rude about circumstances that were beyond Brians control. By the time I reached the counter the store had been officially closed for 10 minutes but seeing as Brian was the only clerk he wasnt able to lock the door for closing and customer after customer poured in (honestly its bizarre that a FedEx in a busy Downtown Metro Center would close right at 6pm when everyone is just getting off work, seems like that would be prime time for an office center which was clear by the high volume of customers but thats besides the point). Anyways, I would have been so annoyed at a line out the door 20 minutes after my shift had ended but Brian was cool as a cucumber & kindly assisted everyone in line. I was very impressed by his customer service!

Staff was friendly, and was in and out rather quickly.... BUT my pre-paid stamp that clearly states the TO section was ignored and my very important overnight shipment was sent to my residential address instead which was listed as the FROM address.... therefore ruining the two tests that I had complete and having me scramble with my doctors office to figure out a solution so I hopefully dont have to buy and complete two more tests.

I called to make sure my package had arrived at this facility prior to going to pick it up, a very pleasant woman named Stacey answered. She let me know that she was with another customer and took down my name and number to call me back, all while wearing a smile (I could hear the smile in her voice). Im not even sure if my package has reached the facility yet, but really appreciated the way Stacey pleasantly handled my call, despite the fact she was busy with another customer. Its nice to know that great customer service still exist.
Fedex is an awful service. Consistently late and hard to use. Avoid at all costs.
Just went into this location for the first time today 5.3.2018 around 4 pm. I believe the branch manager was working. Really nice guy. I didnt have he right packaging, he just politely asked me what was inside and offered to switch the packaging for me which I accepted. He then told me how soon my package would be at its location right off the top of his head which I was impressed by. I work at the Wells Fargo building and will be returning to this location.
We live in a gated apartment. They couldnt get in. They never left a missed you note so we had no clue when they tried to deliver. We did not receive any phone call after we registered online. After a month of not receiving our package we went to this location and were told that they do not call since they have so many packages. I get it, they have a LOT of work, but thats your job. We even left online instructions. Recommend using UPS or USPS. Got the package the day they were gonna send it back without notification by phone or email.
Stood next in line for 15 minutes to drop off a package. The lone attendant didnt acknowledge I was there or what for, she just proceeded to carry on packaging a long order for the person in front of me. After 15 minutes, the customer suggested that maybe she see if anyone in the growing line had quick transactions she could take care of and i was finally helped ( in literally 5 seconds). It sounded like the employee had mentioned a teammate was scheduled to be there with her, but is frequently significantly late or a no show. Sounds like this place could use a decent manager.
Rudest employee at the desk Ive ever encountered anywhere tonight. Brought in two cases, labels already on, ready to go and the guy ignored me completely. Needed to ask a quick, simple question and was treated like I totally ruined his night. I was happy just to get there in time, all please and thank you, so that kind of rudeness was shocking. The truck driver helped me, he was great, the guy whos job it is was useless and rude.
Wow! Very impressed with helpful, cheerful & knowledgeable staff. It costs less for me to ship FedEx Ground, with much better delivery times, than anyone else. They made the whole experience pleasant, which at 2 wks before Christmas, many times it isnt! Aaron made everything easy & quick. I hope mngmnt keeps their eyes on him - Id say hes going places
I had a great experience with this location. I had a question to ask before I made the trip, and I called and spoke with Stacy. She was extremely kind, jovial, and helpful on the phone. That afternoon I went in to mail a package and was promptly assisted by David, who was equally kind and helpful.
Id like to take a moment to express my thanks and recognize the Business Center Manager, Stacy Rhodes, for her incredible customer service. I recently stopped in asked a few questions and then placed an order for a banner online. The file I used ended up being too small and the banner was of poor quality. Stacy went out of her way to help me order a new one with short notice and she beat the promised delivery time as well.
I went to pick up a package, and I was told I couldn’t pick it up. Which I appreciate, I was picking up for someone. The store manager, Jacob, was rude, and continued to cut me off and be rude. While I recognize he didn’t have a lot of options he could have been polite and a better listener. I expected more Faron fedex.
I have been shipping packages with all of the major shippers for over 30+ years.This FedEx location adds one inch to our new industry standard 11inch cube boxes 📦. This has only occurred when the manager rings me up on two occasions.This has to be illegal.Today the manager added $4 for adding an un-needed 8 inches of brown craft paper to an appropriately padded and non shifting contents.Terrible location as the staff is typically undertrained, slowww & trained to throw on add-on sales without asking first I ‼️‼️‼️If you must use Fed-Ex in a drop off situation try the Kinkos/FedEx downtown at Blake & 15th. They are better on all points noted.
Absolute rip-off. First they told me that they had to pack anything valued over $500, which means they were going to charge me for their own packaging. Total added on? $12 for packaging.Then, they tell me the total shipping charges for two small boxes is over $50. Are you serious? I sent out a box that was almost as tall as me yesterday at a different FedEx facility and it was $40. Tell me how two tiny boxes cost that much money.Total ripoff.And the customer service is pretty awful. Generally rude, standoffish, obviously bored and not interested in helping you.Stay far, far away from this place.
The last 3 times Ive been in there Jacob has been very courteous and friendly. Will go back.
Yesterday I went to this kinkos fedex to scan some documents onto a jump drive. They were seriously understaffed with only an older gentleman working by himself. After 15 minutes, it was my turn. I was told no, that could not be done with him. He pointed to a computer and scanner and pretty much left me on my own. Ok. Obviously, this process was not in his wheelhouse. A very frustrating experience. At $.49 a minute, I gave up after 10 minutes. A little help would have been nice. I decided to cut my losses. Left with a receipt for $5.65 to be emailed to me. To add insult to injury, my bank statement today showed a charge of $10 for the same messed up service. I advise to stay out of this place, unless you need to ship something.
Everytime I try to ship through this store they want to claim my box is damaged and the have to buy a new one. Other Fedex stores never have issue with the box. I would understand if my box was destroyed but a small hole, 1/2, doesnt require a new box for pieces of laminate.
I hope y’all go out of business and some decent takes over for y’all, if you work here there is probably a reason why
This place earned its rating. Needed my package repackaged and shipped, Jacob wanted to charge me for the box (fair) the bubble wrap (my materials weren’t sufficient) and the tape (charged entire roll for one package). I went to the location downtown, told the employee the deal and he sold me a box and told me to repackage with my materials and he would take it up for me.
Stacy was very helpful and kind. They work to get you in and out.
I usually have my package already prepared with a shipping label, but I go into the store for a shipping receipt. I agree with the other postings, the customer service is awful. The attitude from the males employees almost makes you want to take it outside Theyll ignore you, then give you an a attitude for bothering them. I dont stay long, but hearing the way the talk to other customers makes me cringe.
There really is almost nothing here, but I didnt have a terrible experience like everyone else. Im actually a little disappointed, I wanted to give a one star rating and keep up the trend. The service wasnt awesome, but Im just there to ship a package and that happened without any unnecessary delays, so.... yeah.
I ordered a poster and I got there and someone had stepped on it. Then, I was given an indeterminate time/place that i would get a replacement. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I prepared and labeled a package for FedEx ground shipment and placed it in a spot on the floor as directed by the manager at this location on Monday 12/5/17. I called the next morning because I didnt receive tracking notifications as requested. That same manager assured me during this call that my package was shipped and told me to call FedEx customer service. Now 2 days later FedEx is unable to locate, track or deliver my package and no one at the store or in the organization wants to take action or responsibility for finding my package. Unbelievably unprofessional and disappointing experience here.
Usually understaffed, so expect to wait 10-15 mins for service.
I think their goal is to be the lowest rated FedEx. I would go to another FedEx center.

Horrible experience!!! All I needed was to print a few copies of my resume. The guy was on the phone so I had to wait while renting a computer by the minute to ask a question... The total cost for 14 sheets of B/W ? $15
Worst service I have ever had at a Fed ex. Although it was empty when I arrived she refused to help me use the print and go. I will NEVER go back There.
