Stopped in today to get a tire looked at after picking up a large screw. I’m from out of town and needed to drive 8 hours home the next day. The store manager, Kurt Bey were extremely helpful, to say the least. Although the shop was extremely busy, Kurt and his crew was able to manage their workload and get my vehicle looked at in a reasonable amount of time. Kurt and his team were very professional and I highly recommend this Goodyear location!

Fast and easy. Ordered 4 tires online and made the appointment. Dropped the truck off the night before, and picked it up the next morning. Tires were mounted and most importantly, balanced correctly. Kurt Bey was thr right man for the job. He balanced the incoming phone calls, and the customers in the store perfectly. Will be returning when needed.

I came in for a routine oil change this morning. I was notified by the store manager, Kurt Bey that I was in need of brakes and an inspection. Although he probably did not have time to do this today, he did. He was extremely helpful to complete the job needed by the end of the day prior to me leaving on a long trip to ensure my safety. Wow is all i have to say!! Kurt was absolutely excellent! I had drove over a nail and my day was ruined! Kurt went above and beyond to help me out with my situation! Overnight shipped my tires in due to the odd size and put them on the next day! Kurt also was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the tires! I would recommend to anyone!

The service I have received at Goodyear tire transit Road in Depew is a five star rating. The service manager Cardell Williams and the store manager Kurt Bey deliver the Five star rating for this auto service location. Each time I’ve had service at this location they have taken the time to explain my various options on tire selection/wheel alignment/Brake System repairs. This automobile service garage has a knowledgeable staff, that treat you with respect and gets the job done right the first time. The estimates are fair and the work is done In a good timeframe. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them.

Overall great experience. Extremely friendly staff all around. Pricing was fair and staff very accommodating after I had originally misunderstood some of the services that were offered to me. My car started leaking brake fluid on a Saturday morning. Kurt Bey, the manager got me in right away and fixed multiple problems. I got my car back the same day and didn’t have to loose any work timeHe really went above and beyond in courtesy, professionalism and service.

I had a flat and needed a new tire after shopping at a nearby store. I went to this Goodyear Service Center without an appointment. When I got there it looked busy but the new manager, Curt, said that he would get me in as fast as possible. He was very friendly and helpful. Come to find out after the tech looked at my tire, I just needed a repair. They also informed me that my inspection was one day over due. I had completely forgotten about this. I asked if they had time to do that and Curt said, Yes, no problem. I am very happy with the service. It only took a little over an hour wait. I would highly recommend this store.

I live nearby, this is my go to place for my oil changes. Staff is always helpful and professional. I normally quoted a 2 hour walk, even after making an appointment and usually walk out after 45 minutes. In the photo, is the seating area. Pre-covid they have coffee and more bottled water.

Kurt was extremely helpful and kind when I brought my car in for a tire change. I had to show up a few minutes late and Kurt was so nice about it and explained everything they did to my car in detail so I was able to understand. I highly recommend this place and will continue bringing my vehicle here!!

Came in with a problem that i couldnt figure out, took my car in quick found the problem within half an hour. Fixed my car just as fast if not a bit later, but left the shop very satisified. Workers were amazing, best customer service ive had yet!

Staff are friendly and great service. Went to check tire leakages as TPMS was showing low indicator, they checked the tires thoroughly and explained the issue clearly and adjusted the pressures.

Absolutely stellar service, the guy on the phone (didnt catch his name unfortunately) was super nice and honestly reassuring. He scheduled me for a super last minute appointment due to having a flat tire. The team there then assessed and patched it for free!! In comparison to my dealership who charged me $70 once to patch a tire. I was astonished and actually had to ask if he forgot to charge me. I then asked about the condition of my tires fully knowing that Im due for an entire new set soon...but there was NO pressure to purchase, I stated that durability and affordable are my 2 preferences and he pulled up a few options and provided a basic description of all acknowledging my preferences. He said that he made a few price adjustments and would notate them in my account for the future. With that he gave me copies of all documents and that was that. The team did not pull the usual dumb female stuff where they try to over service and over charge you because youre a lady...instead I was met with spectacular service and assistance. 100% positive experience.Update: guys name was Jason.

Update, called Firestone and they made me a same day appointment no excuses or bs and they had better prices! So to those of you who don’t want the run around just to be charged more do yourself a favor and call Firestone to begin with and save yourself the aggravation.Very disappointed with this location right now as they would not honor my online appointment. I was offered no explanation as to why they were unable to accommodate me just that they would not be able to. What’s the point of an online appointment if it isn’t honored? I guess I’ll be avoiding Goodyear for the foreseeable future. They didn’t even offer to get me accommodated by checking other Goodyear locations nearby to see if they were able to take me in. I would give this place 0 stars goodbye Goodyear!

I got my oil changed and tires rotated, the new store manager Kurt and his service manager Cardell were awesome, best customer service i’ve had in a long time, for real. I’ll come back to this location for everything as long as they stay there.

This place is really top notch. Beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Workers were all very nice. This place blew my mind. Jim and his team provided amazing service to me and my family. This service started the moment we walked when I was greeted by Samantha who was not only friendly but also very know knowledgeable. After that the repair was completed quickly and at a great price. The only thing I could offer is that Goodyear might want to consider offering some other drinks for kids besides coffee and bottled water.

I am not one who usually takes the time to write reviews but my experience at this tire and service center was outstanding. My family and I were on our way home from a day at Woodlawn beach when I ran over a metal object in the road resulting in a flat tire. Lucky for us this happened only 100 feet away from this Amazing Goodyear store. Samantha the women at the front desk immediately understood our situation since we were traveling with my young and overtired children. Samantha treated us with respect and compassion and got the process started in less than five minutes. After taking the car in Jim the store manager accessed our tire (in less the 10 minutes) and explained to us that the tire could not be repaired ( I was expecting this because of the damage I saw in the tire myself) because of the large cut in the sidewall. However he said they had a tire in stock and could have us on our way home in less than 30 minutes. Jim and his team had us back on the road and our way home in less than 45 minutes and it was all done at a fantastic price. I also want to make note that the entire store including the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the waiting area. Amazing place from the front desk to the technicians. Honest and helpful. Always get you in as soon as possible and in and out as quickly as possible. Affordable also, but my favorite part is the honesty they’ve provided me each time I’ve been there especially with my older vehicle. Highly recommended!

I came in as soon as I realized I had a shard of metal in my tire and was leaking air fast. I didn’t have an appointment and it was right before they closed. David helped me out and squeezed me in to have a new tire put on. Not only did he help me out with a last minute appointment but he worked hard to get the tire price down $20! They really are great people over there at Goodyear!

It took over an hour for whatever you get done! Oil change or slow leak in a tire... just not worth it. I will pay $10-$15 to get a tire repaired anywhere else and pay less for an oil change and be gone and on my way.

Had a request for the new Goodyear weather ready tires, unknown to me at the time but I gave the counter guy the wrong size. While shopping and eating close by they called and informed me of the discrepancy. Goodyear did not make that tire in the size that was on my vehicle. Even though it was my mistake they found tires that met my needs and gave me a break on the installation.

They got me in with in 5 minutes, were very friendly and professional
