Tim and the others working there are just top notch people. They never do any work that is not needed!!! I went in for an oil change and brakes...or so i thought. Tim called and told me there was no need for new brakes yet and that i had olenty of time actually. So awesome when nowadays most places would easly have done it for that extra money. I brought a tire to get a slow leak repaired. When I picked it up I was told the valve stem was replaced. I still have a slow leak so I checked the valve stem and it is the same one that was always on I can tell because it is shorter than all the others like it was before and it had break dust all over it. I have not driven the car since getting the wheel “fixed”. THEY LIED about performing repair services. What else will they lie about when you get your car repaired there?

Had an oil change with these guys for the first time today. My whole family brings all their cars here, so I figured I should give them a try too. My experience was WONDERFUL. I was in and out in less than a half hour and the customer service was impeccable. I didn’t catch the name of the man who took care of me, but he was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Went in for a simple inspection, tech took my car on a joy ride stated it was to test the brakes and suspension, both are supposed to be checked while on a lift. Was told my plate lights were out and it would cost $20 per bulb. The bulbs sell for $7.99 each and 5 minutes of labor. When I told them I was going to buy the bulbs they refused to inspect my vehicle. This place is the definition of a hack shop. I will never take any vehicle to this location again.

Got me in last minute, good service.

My first time at this location (to get 2 new tires) was great, Tim was super nice and helpful. However, the quality of the service was not up to par. The technician over-tightened all of the lug nuts on my vehicle, and it took me three hours to get the lugs off of the drivers front tire to replace a tie rod end. Plus, they were all chewed up and rounded out, and I had to replace all of them. On my next visit, I mentioned that there was a vibration in the front end, and wanted the tires checked for proper balance. Tim told me the car needed the tie rod end, but obviously no one checked the balance. There were no weights on either front wheel, and, after the tie rod replacement I performed and the alignment that was performed at a local shop, the vibration still existed. I took the car to Dunn and sure enough, both front tires were out of balance and the pressure was at 38 on the passenger side and 31 on the drivers side. I am a former technician / service manager, and I know that this is a tough business to work in, but, this was a simple request. The fact that the lugs were so badly over-tightened was pure carelessness, and could have actually caused damage to the brakes and wheels / bearings. I really liked Tim the service manager, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

What a wonderful experience! Sylvia, the assistant manager, is extremely friendly and professional. The technicians are very efficient! I got an unexpected flat tire, so I called Mr. Tire to see if they could schedule me in. Sylvia researched tire options, secured a tire from the warehouse, and scheduled me in all within 45 minutes of my initial call. The technicians had me in and out within 20. All around great service!

It’s hard to find a place that you can trust with your vehicle, especially being a female. I used to only go to the dealer but this place is conveniently by my job and I love it! The staff is very friendly. Whenever I call to make an appointment there is no problem and they stick to the appointment times unlike some places that overbook! Quick, reliable service and reasonable prices which surprised me because of the location. I definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.

I had a rear light stay on due to a switch that I didn’t even think about. They took all day and tried to figure it out. I’m a HVAC technician and I had trouble figuring it out myself. Tim and I communicated thru the day to diagnose. They where very busy and did the best they can on a Saturday. I recommend them for excellent service and communication.They are great and buy tires and brake jobs from them. Excellent service

Overall absolutely AMAZED with this place from the start!! From the second I called the manager was willing to work with my schedule and help me out to get my car done!!! So that was already awesome AND THEN when I got there everyone was so nice and he even made me a fresh pot of coffee!! And my car was done in amazing time as well as the price was just unbeatable!!! Came into Mr tire with a flat due to a small finishing nail that created a small hole in the middle of the tire, so I came in to ask for it to be fixed. After about 5 minutes the mechanic said the tire isn’t fixable due to the angle of the nail when it entered my tire, said okay thank you and left disappointed that I’d have to buy a new tire for such a small nail. Came home and my father fixed it in 20 minutes by drilling the small hole wider so he could put a tire plug in it. It’s disgusting how car shops don’t actually care about the people who bring their cars in to be fixed. When they see someone with trouble they just see them as a dollar bill. Goodbye mr tire because you’ll never see my business there again.

Tim, the Manager provides good Customer Service, he gets the job done.Service is efficient, and productive. Satisfied 10 stars regarding my vehicle . I also failed to mention as soon as I called Mr Tire, Tim fit me in for appointment very same day, unlike other places. While I was there, i did not have to wait long hours, out within a hour. My girlfriend and I were visiting Niagara Falls from out of town on Labor Day Weekend, when we hydroplaned through a massive puddle in her little Yaris. 45 minutes from our hotel, in a downpour, her vehicle’s exhaust was knocked loose and we had a severe loss of engine power. We managed to limp back to the hotel, but had no idea where to go or who to call.Everyone was closed, but we managed to reach someone at Mr. Tire. They got us in, diagnosed the issue, and had us repaired and on our way in less than an hour.... ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Everyone was extremely friendly, and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could! If only all shops could be the great. Fantastic work gentlemen, keep doing what you do! Thank you!

Tim at the counter was awesome! He was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Most places Ive taken my car in years past have made me feel like an annoyance or unimportant but Tim gave me his full attention and helped me get exactly what I needed for my vehicle.

I just got a free oil change. They came up on my smart phone and stated that if I installed their app I would receive either a free oil change or free wipers. This is the second time I have visited them for an oil change. Both times I left very pleased. Mike, the manager is very polite and friendly. Ive heard him be honest with customers about repairs. There are no high pressure tactics whatsoever! I would recommend them to everyone.

I went to the Mr. Tire in Depew today. The guys were great. I had some strange noise coming from under my car. They took it for a ride. Put it on the lift took tires off checked brakes and found a minor detail that wouldnt hinder my 7 hour trip next day. They then told me no charge!!! You dont find service like that every day!! I usually get my oil changes here as it is close to my gym. I drop it off, go to gym, and walk back and it is always done when I get to the shop. I had a slow leak in one of my tires a few weeks back. I took it in and had them take a look at it. When I got back to check on it, they fixed the leak and wouldnt charge me anything for it. Good, fast, and honest service at this shop.

Ive come here a couple of times just for oil changes and have always found the great friendly customer service. However, this time my car decided to give the guys a little twist, and Mike the manager was very helpful. Craig the technician / mechanic was extremely knowledgeable. For the service and prices, there is no reason to go anywhere else.

My husband and dropped our car off yesterday evening after calling ahead to have a tire repaired for a slow leak and an oil change. Over the phone I told the man I spoke with we would be picking up the vehicle this evening after work (around 5pm). Today I never received a phone call to update me on the status of the work. Starting at 4pm I tried calling several times, but no one was answering their phone. My husband then drove to the location to discover that our car appeared to be repaired, but the business was closed 2 hours early without any notice. Their posted hours state they are open until 7pm.I am extremely annoyed to have to go another day without a car for what should be an easy quick fix. The lack of communication is ridiculous! I have brought my car here in the past, but will definitely bring my business elsewhere from now on.

I would give thse people a 0 rating if I could. Took my tires there to get mounted and balanced. They dropped and damaged my rim and are now denying they did it. Get ready for a lawsuit guys!

I went in this morning trying to find a pretty weird tire size and as soon as I walked in Raheel greeted me and was very helpful. He didn’t have one at his location but within 5 minutes he had found one and sent someone to get it. Within an hour I had got a call that he got it and everything was done and ready to go. Super quick and easy!

Got a screw in our tire that was actively leaking air and could not find any place to fix it. Stopped at 530 pm on a Saturday (They close at 6 pm). They got us in, fixed the tire, found a 2nd screw that had not punctured the tire, and then gave an early Christmas present by not charging us. Oh, and they had us in and out in less then 20 mins. It may be a little farther away, but when I need tires, I will be going here.

Had a appointment this past Saturday 1/25 for a oil change and a flat tire repair. Tim and his staff made sure everything was taken care cause the tire had some kind of hook in it and was able to repair it and helped us avoid purchasing a new tire. I take both vehicles there and will continue to do so.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and I always have a great experience. The managers raheel and mike are very friendly and easy to speak with. Answer any questions I have without getting annoyed. The technicians shawn and Craig are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. The prices were very reasonable and I was in and out fairly quickly. I’ll definitely be back with whatever car issues I may have. I definitely recommend this location.

Back in July I needed a emergency tire replacement. Despite the busy schedule, Mike was able to not only fit the replacement into the schedule but calmly and professionally dealt with the Warranty confusion caused by my home shop. Mike and his Technician were a great help!

This store location is horrible. The store overcharges people. Also, they refuse to honor what is on their coupons for services. The store does anything possible to get extra bucks out of you. The employee Raheel is very condescending and rude. I never experienced such a bad experience until coming here. Another thing that is unacceptable is they will give you wrong diagnostics about your car just to make you spend more money. I advise no one to ever go to this place again. Your thank me later.

Why offer oil changes if your to busy to do them? I stopped in at the location in Depew as soon as they opened at 730am and was told they were to busy to do it even though the shop was empty.the guy said if I drop it off he will try and get it done by 6pm.i will never be going there ever again

Once you are a customer they remeber you. They do not push unnecessary add ons and are reliable, timely, with a friendly attitude.

Not sure what the other people are posting. The Indian guy at the front desk is a fool. Trying to sell things we dont need and overcharging as hell. Wanted 1300$ for bushing. Thats just a a joke. Went somewhere else where they charged less than half. They put the wrong damn nut back on the wheel. If you know nothing of cars you will be ripped off over here.

Mike, Raheel (spelled wrong i believe) and the rest of the crew at Mr. Tire are truly and absolutely amazing. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and give service writers and mechanics a great name. Having a negative stigmata because of the nature of the business, people believing that they are always being taking advantage of, being told they need things fixed and repaired when they dont, a practice that was once rampant in their industry does not, DOES NOT APPLY HERE AT ALL!!! If it needs to be fixed they will tell you, if it dont, the dont try to talk you into it, they truly are a rare gem in the automotive industry. If you want fair, honest, solid and reliable work then seek them out, and be assured, you can trust what they say. In the 4 years since i moved back to the Buffalo area i have never had an issue with the service or price i paid and, if there was an issue, Mike or Raheel where quick to make sure it was corrected. I could simply go on and on about the crew, the ENTIRE CREW at Mr. TIRE but i believe, or rather i hope, i made myself clear.

I set up an appointment for Saturday for a NYS Inspection, and was given an appointment time of 3:00pm. I specifically asked if I could bring it earlier and was told, but was told the earliest they could get me in was 3:00pm. I showed up at 2:45 and was told that they could not complete the inspection as all of their inspectors leave at 1:00pm on Saturdays.

Girlfriend tried pulling in to ask if they could do an inspection. Employee started yelling at her for pulling into the parking lot. How ridiculous! Guess they dont want customers. Guy even slapped her car! You never do that.

Raheel is wonderful I have a foreign vehicle and not to many people can work on it but he is fast and he knows his vehicle knowledge 👍👍👍👍👍 highly recommend
