This is the best Monroe in the area. They are always willing to work with you, very honest, give you the best deals, willing to work with you, willing to work extra hard on a busy day in order to help a regular. Id give them more stars if I could. The manager puts a personal touch on every vehicle and really cares about the service and quality of care his customers receive. I needed help in an emergency and as a first-time customer he cleared a spot on his schedule for me and really helped in a very trying time. As a result I try to spend every penny I can there when my vehicle needs servicing if I have a choice.Highly recommended

I cant say enough good things about the guys who work here. They are efficient, caring, and careful with their work. They charge a fair price for their work, are very helpful, keep you informed throughout the work as to what is going on, and work to make getting your car fixed as pleasant of an experience as possible. (Im saying this after my car was in and out of the shop for different issues 4 times in 3 weeks, so Ive had a lot of interaction with them.)I cannot stress enough that they charge fairly for their work, even for oil changes unlike many places in the surrounding area.

Heard a disturbing sound coming from the rear wheels while driving back from the mall at around 1PM on Christmas Eve. We had driven from Boston two days earlier and were planning on driving back on Christmas Day. I didnt think Id ever find anyone to take a look at the car on Christmas Eve but then drove by Munro.I stopped in and they took care of me right away. No need for a major repair, they had me back on the road in about an hour feeling safe and confident that my family and I would make it home ok. Thanks guys!

My husbands car started making a loud noise on Saturday night. Of course, a lot of mechanics are closed on Sundays. We both work 2 jobs, and its hard to schedule something during the week, plus we didnt want to wait to get whatever it was fixed in case something worse happened. My husband called first thing Sunday morning, and they were able to look at his car (and fix it too!) in a timely manner. Brad and his team were wonderful!

I stopped in because my car was pulling to the right. After a few minutes the tech was able to suggest an alignment. They offered to drive me home . Everything was great, manager was pleasant and friendly .Tech did a great job. Very pleased and would recommend.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and when I got there they said it would take between an hour and an hour and a half and so I can back at the hour and they had just finished. The staff there was also quite friendly. I would highly recommend.

I came in here the other day not in the best mood and I was just trying to hurry up and get my car serviced, but Jason was so friendly and so kind, he literally made me feel so much better. He was very personable and he could tell I wasntw in the best mood and made me feel so much better. Have been going here since I first bought my car at 16. They are always looking out for your best interest, and are straight forward. Theyve cut me a break a time or two with nails/ screws in my tires. I also lease my car now and trust them 100% !

I had my car repaired at a local Monro and then drove across the state for work only to have my car break Diem due to a defective replacement part. The manager, Todd, got me in to fix my car despite being booked solid on a weekend and worked with my local Monro to make sure everything was covered under warranty and they even replaced parts that were compromised by the break down caused by the defective part. The mechanic, Mike, that worked on my car was amazing and stayed late and came in early for two days to make sure that my car was fully repaired in time for me to get back home as scheduled. Not one time did they ever let anything impact me as the customer working out all the details of the costs and replacement parts internally through Monro! I highly recommend this Monro location to everyone and would return to them for any work I would need! A HUGE thank you to them for their quality service and commitment to helping their customers!

I highly recommend this shop. My car was making some intermittent squealing noise and I was beginning to think I needed new brakes. I brought it in and Kodie was so helpful, along with the manager. They took tires off, inspected everything and told me that a part was just hitting the rotors, due to probably some build up of rock salt from our very wild winter season. My actual brakes and rotors were fine! At 34,000 miles, this was spectacular news. They only charged me half hour of labor, $55.00, fixed my problem and were very sociable the whole time. When I do need brakes, this is certainly the place I will bring my Jeep Cherokee. They also did not charge me for a tire rotation. This was amazing news as well.Jennifer from Buffalo, NY

I have been very happy with the service I have received. Initially I tried the place out since it was close enough to drop my car off in the morning and walk to work. I feel like only things that needed to be repaired have been suggested.The guys call you back pretty quickly to update you on the repairs and give advice, but it is certainly not high pressure.

I was extremely impressed with the service here today, I actually neglected to make an appointment and when I called about getting an inspection same day I was told it was possible but to expect a wait. The wait was actually quite minimal and irregardless the staff was contrite, apologizing for what I thought was negligible. The customer service that I both experienced and observed with other customers was excellent and Paul the manager was extremely accommodating. I’m thankful to have this service garage such a close distance from where I live.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I went to this specific location after Jason treated my young daughter so well. When I got there it was hot and he explained their computers were down. I will tell you, he was very personable and explained everything to me. He advised me being that the computers were down he was unable to take a credit cards. But, he would be happy to help me and could take checks or cash. I have had bad experiences as a woman, having to take me vehicle to get an easy oil change. The last time it cost me $311.00 for my Jeep because they told me my 4 wheel drive fluid needed to be changed. My husband was livid and was the one taking our vehicles to be serviced from that point on. But after the experience my daughter had, I decided to go and get my oil changed. Jason is a very honest man and did not try to take advantage of my little knowledge in automotive, that means a lot. I felt bad for them having to work in the heat. In my line of work, insurance, when the systems are down it makes things stressful. You wouldnt have known anything was wrong, they were all very sweet. Next time I come to get my oil change, I will make sure I bring some bottle water for you guys. I thank you guys for taking care of my family and we will continue to spread the word about your great service! Thanks again.

I used to have a great experience at this location. However, since they have new people in there left and right it gets very frustrating. I don’t understand the pricing. The part I needed for my car was $210 (intermediate steering shaft) at Advanced Auto and Autozone. As I was waiting for my car to be done, a guy walks in with the part for my car that Monro had to order, which is fine. However, I asked the guy what store he was from and he says “advanced auto.” I find this disturbing. Monro charged me $340 for the part!!! It’s $210 at the store!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. Especially knowing that monro gets the parts at 30% discount price. That is absolutely horrible service. And on top of it, the part wasn’t even put in right! The part where it goes into the steering column from the fire wall was left open. When I was driving I as freezing! I would not recommend this shop anymore. Raking the customers through the coals with their up charge in parts! Horrible experience. I paid over $500For this job AND ITS NOT DONE RIGHT. I even complained to that store and they tried telling me, “oh it’s ok that’s how it should be!” Save you’re self some time and money. Go somewhere else!

I came in for an oil change this afternoon. I was in and out in fifteen minutes! Quick service, and the guy at the counter who greeted me and checked me out was quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this location!

Went to this place to make an appointment for a exhaust leak, asked if they charge to diagnose the man said no we won’t charge to check. went there the next day as i was scheduled, two different kids were working and charged me $65 just to lift the car and check!very bad!!!

I brought my car in to be service and spoke to the mechanic concerning my car. I believed the name they called him was cowboy. This man was extremely rude when I was questioning him concerning car. I was a little taken back and upset and the manager came out to check on the situation. The manager, Jason, was able to assist me and rectify the situation. He also gave me a sense of security by saying if you have any problems in the future just ask for me.

I recently visited for my NYS Inspection. I have visited in the past and thought I would give them another go. I was told that I needed extended work. After the news I took my car to another place all together and passed without hesitation. Current manager banned me because I asked for a ny state inspection. He was friendly until I stated that I already replaced all nystate required items. After that he got rude said I cant get you in were busy.... with one car in his parking lot wich was mine. And one on the lift in his shop. I formerly used to work here and thinks is sad he tried for such an obvious cash grab.
