1st time there. Very fresh, happy feel to the place. Got the turkey, bacon, and guac wrap for $10. It came with chips. Food was yummy and staff was very friendly. We were able to eat outside on their little patio. Will be back.

This is my ABSOLUTE new favorite place for a quick healthy meal or smoothie !I work in the same plaza and cant leave for lunch so the girls are so great about walking it over to me . Ceaser salad and wrap are so yummy and always get me nice and full . My favorite smoothie is Mango Tango ! I highly recommend to try them out

This place is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is extremely zen and relaxing, on top of that... The food is beyond tasty. There are a TON of vegan/ vegetarian options as well! If you’re looking for delicious food that is made fresh to order I recommend Welbeeze on French.

Got the southwest wrap and a crepe! Very impressed, kale in my wrap was super fresh and the chicken not dry and very tasty. Crepe was perfect with the right amount of Nutella and fruit.

5 stars for the smoothies alone. They have the best smoothies Ive ever had and theyre worth paying more for the quality ($7-9).

This place has been amazing every single time. Food is always great, and when the owner is there he always makes sure people are happy. Their breakfast is amazing and all of their food is super healthy with no added sugars or extra things like some other smoothie/cafe places. Seriously give them a try, you wont regret it one bit.No I dont work there and Im not paid for the review. I just get tired of not knowing where to eat and it seems like a lot of reviews are way off the mark.

We go here almost every day. HEALTHY eating establishment. If you like protein shakes try the French toast. Tons of smoothie options and the food is amazing. Even if you aren’t a vegetarian— try a veggie burger. They are delicious!

This cafe offers amazingly delicious food and drink items and has so much to choose from. The service is fantastic and all the employees care that you are pleased. Great, healthy food. Highly recommend.

Just left Welbeze. There Califlower crust pizza is hands down the best Ive had. Husband had a Mango style smoothie, I had the Chunky Monkey. Very nice place and servicers were so kind.

I was so excited about this place. That being said, Im staying away until this place starts buying organic! This place has a great atmosphere (great music), but unfortunately they dont buy organic fruits and vegetables. When I asked the attendant about this, she told me that wasnt possible because organic fruits and vegetables were too expensive. Really? I had just bought a take-out business lunch for 3 people for $40. A $40 take out lunch (for 3 people) is definitely organic pricing. I was pretty disappointed. I wanted to bring something healthy to my clients for lunch. I would have chose somewhere else if I would have known I was buying pesticide filled fruits and vegetables. I think when most people go to places like this, it is just assumed the food is made with the best organic fruits and vegetables. Fresh Healthy Cafe please do the right thing and start buying the organic fruits and vegetables your customers expect, or perhaps you should change your name to Fast Easy Cafe. Let me know if you start buying organic and I will be happy to give you more of my business again. Unfortunately, until then I have to stay away.

Fabulous place for vegetarians. They will make you a burger that makes you think youre actually eating meat. Owner is great very kind and helpful staff as well.

Welbeze is a cozy local cafe with flavor-packed smoothies, artful smoothie bowls, a full range of coffee beverages, and an assortment of bistro food. I suggest the addition of gluten free buns, wraps, and/or bread, as well as decaf espresso to appeal to a wider audience. If nothing else, be sure to stop in for a smoothie!

Our favorite place to eat in Buffalo! Food is so fresh and tastes amazing!!! The owner takes so much pride in his work, we always see him running around to make sure everything is top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this cafe. The food and drinks are always delicious. The service is kind and friendly.

My sister and I went for lunch, just to try it out. We both had wraps, and they were excellent. They came with a nice bit of salad and some humus. I had the green, which had feta in it, but was also available in a vegetarian version. We managed to finish it all, although they were a generous size. It was all topped off with a huge rich, strong coffee. We left with the satisfaction of knowing we ate something that nourished our bodies, rather than poisoning ourselves with grease and white flour. Well be back.

I was very excited to find this place b/c I wanted to try fresh juice before investing in a home juicer. When I entered the store, I thought it was very stylish-spacious and lots of places to sit.It took a couple minutes to get acknowledged as I was reading the menu. There was no Have any questions? Can I help you? or anything of that nature. I approached the register, armed with my questions and was greeted with a what can I get for you (no smile!) and a perceived I dont want to answer your questions attitude.After asking about a couple juices, I was directed to the in store fridge where they stock cold-pressed juices. BTW-I learned that cold pressed juices are NOT the same as fresh squeezed juice. Different process, but very tasty.All in all, if you want to try a fresh juice or cold pressed juice before you make a juicer purchase, this is an OK place. Just dont expect to have anyone smile when they greet you or answer your questions and youll do just fine.

Good food good service. Wide variety of items. Cost is a bit higher than some but I feel that it is worth it for what you get.

People need to lighten up on reviews. The wraps are small but that is what you are suppose to eat. My family loves the drinks and Food. Daughter loves the chicken Caesar salad. Wife loves the jolly green and I like the mango mania.

This place is such a scam. The food is not only overpriced, it is mediocre at best. Not only that, you dont get your moneys worth either! A skinny wrap smaller than my wrist and a little plastic cup with a grape, blueberry and a grape tomato. Is that supposed to be considered a side? The smoothies are too watery and they all taste the same. So if youve had one, youve had them all. This is assuming that they even make your order correctly. Both mine and my friends orders were messed up and had to be sent back.As if the food problems werent enough, the young man behind the counter was unprofessional and rude. If you decide to eat here, dont approach the counter unless you know for sure what you want. The employee rushed me and my friend to place our order and was extremely impatient. Apparently its encouraged because when I tried to bring this to the older gentlemans attention (Im assuming he is the owner) he brushed it off and paid no mind to it.All in all, this place is not worth the time or the money to try. I would advise anyone reading this to stay away and take your business elsewhere.

First time trying this Cafe with my fiancé and we instantly fell in love! The food was great and the prices were good. They had awesome mellow music playing and I loved the fact that they had plants around the shop. I would reccombed this place to anyone! Oh and the smoothies are an absolute must..mmm mmm mmm delicious and fresh!!
