So they say closes at 9 pm online I am waiting in line at 7:58 and I am waiting patiently n its now 8:02 and I am the last person in line and they tell me that they are closed and cant service me but told the lady before me in line they told her that will take care of her because she has been waiting in line like hello 👋 I am the last person in line can u take care of me too nope sorry sir where closed what a joke unacceptable!!!!

I have been in there one time, and I will never go in again. The woman was rude, she messed up my order twice. Gave me the wrong coffee twice. Told me I talked funny and she couldnt understand me. The nerve. It was bad enough that the coffee and everything in the place you basically have to take out a small loan for, but I tried it because a friend said they had great coffee. However, two wrong orders and an insult later left a bad taste in my mouth, for them and their over priced coffee. Tim Hortons makes a better one anyway.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I surprise my husband with a skinny cinnamon dolce latte on occasion and the staff are always pleasant.

I order the same beverage every time I go to this store and waaaay too often they do not get it correct! I repeated my order today to be sure they rang up SOY and the barista assured me my Vente CHT Latte was with SOY. I didnt sip my beverage until I got to my office and it was made with MILK. I am allergic to dairy and my reaction is IMMEDIATE. What a waste of money! If folks knew what happens to someone when they cant have MILK - they may be more careful to get this RIGHT. Check your beverage to be sure its correct before you leave this SBs!
