Very friendly staff. The pharmacy staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Marlon is an absolute amazing person and employee workers in the world need to be more like him!!! So kind and friendly they were sold out of ice packs for my sons school lunch was nice enough to give me two he happen to have in his vehicle absolutely amazing guy to even think to help like that may god bless him!!!

You can get anything you need at a rite aid in America. The staff was friendlier than I am used to because I am from New York City and Buffalo is so much nicer. I need my ginger ale and this branch had a 6 pack of it.

Please update your Sunday hours. I know your short staffed, but the website clearly says 8pm. The new closing time is 5pm on Sunday’s

Staff is always friendly and helpful!Pharmacy staff is always extremely helpful as my husband has many many prescriptions to fill.The pharmacists are always there to answer my questions.My husband was able to receive his Covid vaccine there also. He is afraid of needles and he said pharmacist Rich did a superb job!

This is a great big thank you going out to your staff, especially Lilah P. I misplaced my credit card yesterday, and thought I may have dropped it at your store. It must’ve been minutes after I actually lost it, so it hadn’t been turned in yet. Shortly after I left, someone turned it in (thanks to them too), and Lilah, went above and beyond to let me know they found it. Thank you again!

Rarely is a good experience, the majority of people at this particular store are not friendly and dont seem to have the best customer service. Im usually sent to another Rite aid because they never seem to have entire prescription in stock (Its happened with numerous medications). Its so close to my house, I thought it would be super convenient but now I just drive the extra 10-15 mins for a better customer experience.
