Probably the largest selection of smoking utensils I have ever seen in 1 location. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and although they have a large selection of heady glass pieces they also have soft and scientific glass at amazingly low prices. If your looking for a smoke shop Im the Buffalo area I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

In my opinion this is the best head shop in WNY. Wonderful selection, I havent seen this much choice anywhere else in the area. Staff is always super friendly and informative. Some head shops you feel weird shopping in,not this one! Everything you need including a vast selection of CBD products. Highly recommend!

I bought some CBD oil Brand name Cbdistillery cbdrops thought i was getting the good stuff & then a lady friend of mine told me to go to the website on the bottle & i did come to find out it is not there real stuff that they sell its fake stuff, i was wondering why it was not doing me any good, contacted the CBDistillery company and they will be looking into infringement on there name & product, so i was duped out of 30.00, the real Company i only paid 28.00 when i opened theres i could tell it was the real deal !!!! Used to LOVE this place until yesterday about 5:30. It had to be three customers in the store the cashier made a point to ID me the only African American Consumer, I was forced to go to my car show proof of ID. As the cashier stated you need ID to even enter the store. I politely returned intoithe store makeing a point to let the cashier check out the remaining consumers and she not one time asked anyone else for ID. Definitely made it seem like my business wasnt as good as the non-African American Consumer. I felt singled out and uncomfortable The cashier had piercings and pink hair.In your reply you made a very blanketed statement protecting your employee, which I completely understand but let make this very clear. I am 30 I look 30 lets not play an age game I know how the law works which is why I was fine going to retrieve my identification. The other people NEVER were IDd we had a conversation in the parking lot after whaht happened They werent regulars they knew nothing of the CBD products they were purchasing, that they werent IDd for. Your assuming I like playing the race card which I absolutely do not, my an educated professional and Im not stupid. Your cashier singled me out, and your protecting her got it. A simple acknowledgement would have been sufficient but you took it here.

I love headshops, after being sold a piece for my oil rig that the employee said was a certain size i found out it did not fit at all.....never used the item went to return it THAT NIGHT and was just told no by some hipster teen. for anyone looking for REAL glass at a REALLY cheap price try exscape in buffalo. and above all else these guys have CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! :)

I like it because its close but you have to make sure that theyre not in a hurry to get your things put together the one that had waited on me gave me the wrong tops and bent them so that it was hard to put the liquid into the cylinder so make sure that you check before you leave in regards to what it is that you buyI ended up going back I have a vape smoke container unfortunately decade does not sell the supplies for that so you have to go to a different shop to get that
