Workers are nice a bit pricey so only shop here when absolutely necessary

I usually find just what I need at this store. I was looking for small magnets to use in a Halloween craft project and they had a good selection

The store is always clean and as soon as u walk in so.ebody is there to ask if u need assistance and they take u right to where the item is youre looking for.

Has just about everything you need. Decent prices, knowledgeable staff. If I could find 1 perfectly straight 2 x 4 in the entire stack/pile available, I would give 5 stars. Seems like Value gets the leftovers. Overall, a nice store for quick DIY.

Imagine a home Depot in a mini size version. Value home center is a hardware shop that has alot of home repairs, seasonal items and fixtures for everyday projects in your home. I tend to come here if I am looking for a odd or rare item for a project. Its never crowed and the staff is very helpful.

I didnt get 10 feet into the store,when a older gentleman walked up to us and said what can I help you with today. Thats service. I love this place!!!!!

It was great, the people were using social distance the best I have seen anywhere. The service tops, prices great. I dont know I havent been there more often. I will be using them a lot more.

I like that all the associates are friendly and helpful. At home depot its hard to find someone to help with carry outs. At Valu they ask you if youd like help. Thats why i prefer shopping there. Prices arent really any higher and the great service is well worth the trip!

They decent they didnt have the shower bar I needed. Needed a 26 shower bar and that was a no go. I try to buy what I can from valu. I like to support local businesses if I can. They have updated a little over the past couple years. The website and reward program are nice. Now they just need to invest some in the stores. They are in need of an update as well as more inventory. They usually have room in the stores they could be taking advantage of.

A young man there helped me find what I was looking for, loaded it into my cart, pushed the cart to the register, cashed me out, pushed cart to my car, & loaded items (heavy) into my trunk. Excellent.

Went to VALU for special lighting, and the help found my lights w no problems. Had extra keys made too.

The paint dept was a nightmare! 45 mins to get my paint, forgetting to put all colors in one can, opening another can saying it was all set, when no color was added to it??? Not having the satin in the kind I wanted, then told the new can would be $31.96 a can, only to be rung at $36.00 a can. When I told a manager he took off $10.00! Oh, Why thank you!!! On top of that, a young man was with this guy in the paint dept. That young man learned nothing that day.

Why was my visit just OKAY Having to wait for the younger associates to finish their conversation in order to ask a ? And was sent to the wrong isle ...then said self ??. Find it yourself ..wouldnt want to interrupt them againLol. I get it .He was chasing down a date .So .He didnt have his mind on his business.He has his mind on cloud 9.No problem ..Its like any store . Good days ..Bad days . Had good experiences there also . Go with it AMERICA..Some days your the BUG ..Some days your the windshield..The end .

I love shopping at Valu the staff is wonderful. There is a seasoned gentleman that always comes to my aid when I come in. He helped me with a wireless doorbell for my store the other day. Such a pleasure all the time.

Small but packed. They have almost everything you need for a small job around the house. I wouldnt compare them to larger chains but they have all of the small hardware and parts you typically need and are more then willing to help you find them.

Terrible older style thinking employees. They age and racial discriminate, they asked my wife to take her backpack off and leave it at the counter so she did, but as she put it on the counter they started to open it and go through it! WTF, we just walked in! Then we told them if they want you can follow us around the whole time and I was there just for a door knob. We found it on our own because the person following us wouldnt help us because he was too involved in watching us so we left with nothing and went to a different location. As we left they started telling us about younger kids that they have problems with and they have problems with our kind I asked what that meant and she said white kids that look like us.
