Came in to get an ignitor for our furnace...jay was very nice and very helpful got is in and out

Went to the Johnston’s Supply Tuesday November 5th stopped into the store close to 4:30pm got to the counter and the person behind the counter who was taking care of a customer told me we are closed. I’m standing in your store I just travelled 10 miles and yes I may have been a few minutes past 4:30pm. I left the store and did without heat that night at home and came back the next day and another employee was really helpful. It’s nice to be nice I guess. As I walked out of the store that Tuesday the grumpy old guy mentioned to another person screw this we will be here all night. Perhaps a slight exaggeration on the grumpy old guys part. Thought you may want to know.

Got lots of help with a unit and was welcomed in the store and treated worh respect even though im not a contractor.

12 noon as I was walking up to the door they locked it in my face.If thats how they treat you... How can you trust them. Thats not make America great. Thats horrible prople making things worse.

This is not a used appliance store, however it is a HVAC/R parts store. All of the johnstones carry complete HVAC systems for sale to HVAC companys.
