Just waited on hold 50 minutes. 10:00 am Tuesday morning, noone picked up. This is a major way that I choose my brands and suppliers. Customer service and being able to get prompt answers for parts and tech support.
They sell a bunch of furnaces then close up & leave town, now Im supposed to drive 60 miles to buffalo for a limit switch? Terrible customer service.
These guys behind the counter have terrible customer service. I went in to grab filters for and air handler. They said they could sell them to me not being a licensed contractor. I am a chief engineer running an maintaining three 450 H.P boilers and 2 400 ton chillers in a process plant. Needless to say the lenneox was pulled from service and replace with another Brand name. If we could not buy parts for the unit doesnt make sense to keep it in service. Now I get my supplies from Upstate, Northstate, Irr and Johnstone and Trane.
