Just awesome. I went there for parts for a hot tube that was gifted to us. Mike their parts department was outstanding, very knowledgeable he was able and WILLING to share so I could get my hot tub up and running. Rosalie was great she helped with all the add ons I neededAs for the review I read saying prices high. The great service is worth it!!

What a terrible experience. We visited 4/25. When greeted at the door we explained we were on the market for a hot tub. Salesman who was clearly commissioned based was less than interested to help us with the advertised model. He had to go “ check something “ and never returned. After tracking down another “salesman” who was clearly into hot coffee than selling hot tubs he also didn’t have any information. I know it was only a $6000 budget we had, but we had no problem walking out the door. If sales department is that difficult, I can only imagine the service department after the sale. How do they even get a sale?And... reviews from there own employees.... wowYou are right. It was frustrating to be chasing down a salesman for some help. That should have been the sign. “In stock” was never a deal breaker but we never had a opportunity to discuss options with anyone. Thank you for the reply

Recently had Majestic over to give us a quote for a new filter and replacement header for our heater. We were told they would be able to return for the fix within the next 2 weeks. 6 weeks later after us calling 5 times to try and schedule our service, Majestic never returned our calls. We have decided to look elsewhere for service.

Didnt have a great start. I think he though we were pulling his chain when we said we were buying and taking it home today. But once he realized we were it changed and the experience was great. Had it bought paid and loaded in an hour. Owner also explained maintenance, set up, and safety for our kids.

Spent $6.000 on a hot tub, Majestic refused to honor this coupon they gave .

Bob came to our house and was very respectful. He walked us through everything we needed to know and was so patient. He did such a great job. Would highly recommend Bob 10/10 for any service needs.

Our local dealer could not get my family a Spa for 3-5 months!!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted very quickly, Our sales guy Larry was a blast too deal with and stayed after hrs to get the deal done the day we walked in !!!! I am extremely happy with everyones friendliness and help today . I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks again!!!!!

Called and they said someone would call me back. Then they show up unannounced and leave a note on the door (were not moved in yet) so I call back and say they never called and were not living there yet...Someone will call me back from service. Its been over a week. Terrible service and scheduling.... I finally received a call back and TBD if they call again and show up...hate being left in the dark!

Let me start off by saying that I have never experienced, nor heard of, such awful customer service as to that which I was subjected to in my dealings with Tim, the owner, at Majestic Pools and Spas-Depew. On 2/13/21 I met with the salesperson, Larry, and picked out the Calspa Avalon hot tub to purchase. Larry showed me that the tub was on a truck that was scheduled to leave the factory in California on 2/24/21. Because of this, he wrote a delivery date of March on the contract and also added April in case of any delays. I signed the contract that day and put down a deposit for half the cost of the hot tub 4000 dollars. On 3/8/21, I called the store for an update and was told the truck was delayed and would not come until April. I then tried for almost 2 months to get information on when the tub was coming, but to no avail. Finally, on 4/30/21 I personally went to the store and they told me it had just arrived. I of course was hesitant to believe them so the employee took me in the warehouse where I was able to see the Calspa hot tub with my name on it. The next time i heard from them was on 5/9/21 when Dwayne from delivery contacted me to set up a date. I scheduled it for 5/20/21 between 10am-noon. The electrician came over at around 10am and set up all he could until the hot tub got delivered and he could finish the job. At 1pm on 5/20/21 I called because I still had heard nothing. The woman on the phone told me an additional truck had come in and there would be a delay of 30-45 minutes. At 2:15pm I still had no hot tub and called again. This time i spoke to Larry and he said the truck had a flat tire, delaying the delivery by another 3-4 hours. At this point I asked to speak to Tim. I told him everything from the very beginning and his only answer was, “Okay, so what do you want me to do about it.” I told him that I’d like a discount on the amount owed for the tub, considering I still had no idea when i was ever even going to get it. He said not only will he not do that for me, but now he’s cancelling the order altogether and refunding the money. I explicitly told him I do not agree to that, and I want what I signed for in the contract. He refused to listen and kept repeating himself about cancelling the hot tub until he eventually hung up on me. When I tried calling back the woman at the desk said Tim told her I was not getting the hot tub and to just get the credit card information so the refund can be sent. After coming to terms with the realization that we would never be getting the hot tub, my wife and I decided it was best to get our deposit back while they were still offering. But to be clear, we never signed nor verbally agreed to cancelling our contract and the delivery of our hot tub. We did receive the deposit in our account a couple days later, but the cost of the electrician was 500 and I also had to request two days from work to be home for the delivery/install of the hot tub that never came. Now with hot tubs being in such high demand, we’re looking at a 6-12 month wait to get something similar instead of getting the one we wanted back in April.

Rude...rude...rude... Let me tell you about our experience. Walked into the location and purchased a hot tub same day. Set up the delivery, delivery did not show up during the time frame. Called the location ... long story short they wanted us to accept via text message “Is the job substantially completed? Do you authorize Majestic Pools and Spas to charge x dollars to your account?” Majestic said we HAD to agree to that before they would deliver. So, since we wouldn’t respond “yes” to those questions BEFORE we received the product, they wouldn’t deliver. Not to mention during all of this nonsense, the staff was extremely rude in the process. I am literally sitting here, hours later, in shock at how awful this experience was.

Have an “extended warranty” from Majestic and can’t get any answers on a broken pool cleaner that was just purchased 1 year ago and used 3-4 times max. Getting hung up on by the “owner’s daughter” multiple time, refuse to help. Especially in this time and attempting to support local. Local business is not supporting back. This was in addition to other purchases made totaling over 10k last year. And referrals to what I thought was a solid company. Jokers over there. You can’t take someone $$ hoping they will never come back and need your service.

Things don’t run smooth here. The company makes promises they cannot keep. Rick in the office is nothing but nasty. If you need anything make sure you talk to Kevin. He is amazing, kind, and very knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for him I would have given 1star. In the end the pool is beautiful.

Excellent service. Today I went in to ask about converting from chlorine to something else. I wish I would have gotten the young mans name. He was very knowledgeable and explained the costs and the pros and cons of the different chemical methods. I go there for water tests and there have been a few times when theyve recommended alternatives to just buying more chemicals. I feel I can trust the folks at Majestic.

Staff friendly and accomidating. Free water testing.Able to help eliminate copper in our pool water balancing. Majestic installed our pool in 2002. We still have the same liner. They partial open and close our pool yearly. Very pleased with service. No complaints. Highly recommend.

This is the place to get all of your pool chemicals at great prices AND get a pool water analysis you can trust. They will give you detailed directions on correcting any and all chemical imbalances. I also cant tell you how pleased I am since converting to a salt system. The staff has never been anything but the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else even though I pass many different companies on my drive to this location. (We have a 1997 Majestic installed vinyl liner pool)

We have both a hot tub (purchased from Majestic) and an in-ground pool; each one has had some challenges and bringing the water to be tested has resulted in solutions that have worked quickly and thankfully been right on track ! Ive bought 2 hot tubs from Majestic in the last 15 years and Ive bought all my supplies from them. They have always been very helpful in making recommendations and helping to test the water to make sure it has all of the proper amounts of chemicals. I highly recommend Majestic for spas and pools.

I buy almost all my pool supplies at Majestic Pools and have been for about 20 years. That includes a pump and motor, solar water heater, summer solar covers and winter covers and chemicals. I have never had a problem with anything purchased. And with coupons and specials, there is no need for me to buy my local supplies anywhere else.

Thank you so much for helping to make our backyard relaxing! My husband and I purchased a spa at the Erie County Fair. We got a great deal, and the service that came with the spa was even better. The whole delivery and set-up process was easy, you make 2 phones calls, and your spa is ready to go. Since this was our first hot tub, we used it often. After 2 weeks, our water became cloudy. I called Breanna at the Transit store and she was amazing. She was so helpful, offered to test our water and told us exactly how to get our water clear again. We were in our hot tub the next night! THANK YOU!!!

Majestic Pools wouldnt test my water 55 minutes before closing and they were already testing with another customer. Everyone wanted to help me except the manager. I asked for an exception to the policy of no testing an hour before closing since the next day was July 4th. Manager said no and I was with my young son (already in swim trunks). Went to the pool place across the street, had the water tested, and will now patronize that pool place.

I live in East Amherst and regularly travel to Majestic, Depew Store, for shock, chlorine and water testing. Their sales people are very nice and their water testing seems to be the best. Prices for chemicals seem to be the lowest of any area pool store.

Hired Majestic to open my pool for the season. While the staff was friendly, the service was pretty poor. They did not vacuum or clean the pool at all, nor clean up the debris that was on the cover. When I made the appointment, they didnt tell me these services were not included. For about the same price, other local pool companies will clean the pool when they open it. When I called to ask about all the debris in my pool, the customer service told me bluntly that they dont clean them, and didnt seem apologetic or understanding in the least. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
