Rob was fantastic in explaining each SPA to us when we were looking to purchase. He was very patient when we asked him many questions. We received our hot tub today and he followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Kudos to Travis and Bill who set everything up for us and explained the proper way to get the most out of our hot tub. Just a pleasant experience all around by these 3 individuals. I HIGHLY recommend Tuff Spas. Very affordable and a great experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU LIVE IN ONTARIO!!! NO SERVICE TECHNICIANS!! I purchased my spa from the Cottage Home Show 2 years ago in Toronto ONTARIO. I was skeptical about a company based out of Arizona. But there was a dealer in New York State. My biggest concern was service and support here in Ontario. I was assured by the sales rep there was plenty of Tuff Spa technicians in Ontario. Myself being in sales always double checks the info so I called Travis at the NY office and he as well confirmed there are several technicians. WRONG & LIES. Ontario buyer beware... there is 1 technician in Owen Sound and 1 in Kitchener. Neither will travel past approx 30-45min. Within the year my drain valve stopped working. I got a ridiculous amount of run around from the company and no technicians to come out to assist and fix the issue under warranty while I do like my hot tub I use a sump pump to empty it, it works fine and does what I need it to do. Once it breaks down I will replace it with another manufacturer. Very disappointing. This company should not be selling in Canada unless it has adequate servicing. :(

We have had our TT650 Tuff Spa for a week and so far we absolutely love it! The sales process was very easy and Rob was super knowledgeable. He made sure all of my questions were answered and was very helpful. We were so happy to be able to take delivery within a week of purchase, especially when most other local companies were scheduling deliveries 5-7 months out due to the pandemic. The delivery and setup was seamless and Travis was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough. He made sure we had his mobile number to call or text if we had any questions once we got it up and running. Now that we have had it for a week, it’s pretty easy to run and maintain. We currently have it plugged into a 110v outlet but will be converting it to 220v in the next couple weeks.Overall a very good experience and we are loving the hot tub!

I had issues at initial start up and was disappointed with the assistance received from their salesman Rob. He actually stated he had no idea what any of the faults being displayed on the controller meant and told me to contact Travis. Well it was a Saturday and Travis was not available unfortunately. I had to wait until Monday and Travis cleared his schedule for an early morning Tuesday service call. He arrived promptly and within minutes he noticed the problem. The motors were installed in the wrong locations by the factory and he simply had to swap them out. Travis had the spa going in about an hour and everything is still working properly. Hopefully, I wont have any further issues but if I do Travis will be the only one I ask for assistance! He is the only reason I didnt return the spa thanks to his prompt and professional customer service! My advice to current salesman Rob...you need to first lose the attitude with customers in need of assistance and maybe try to learn a little more about the products youre selling! Travis thanks again for explaining the repair you made and for being on top of your game! I hope Tuff Spas appreciates your dedication and commitment to your customers!!!

Tuff Spas and Travis are awesome. Ive purchased 2 spas from him. Hes very knowledgeable and happy to help however he can. Service was needed on one and he was out promptly and they were true to warranty. They will be my go to for future hot tubs

I walked into the store not aware of anything about spas, Travis was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and assisted me in the purchase of a spa. If he wasn’t in that day I don’t think I would have purchased a spa the very next day. I am looking forward to relaxing in the spa and want to thank Travis for all his hard work a d knowledge he was able to pass along to me.

Travis is an unbelievable asset to the company. My buying experience was completely opposite of what I expected. Travis was not fake or pushy, just exceptionally knowledgeable on the products and logistics. My wife and I purchased a TT450 and it operates exactly as he described and when we had a couple minor issues the first two days of use, Travis walked me through the remedy over the phone. If the Tuff Spa company stands by their products as well as our buying and usage experience has been thus far, they really have a good thing going!

Absolutely thrilled with our tub/spa. One of the best investments Ive made. We can soak away our aches and pains(We are 60+) and share romantic moments with champagne and music. I would (and do) recommend Tuff Spa to anyone who will listen. The price and STAFF are unbeatable!.

We purchased a T150 hot tub last year.. we were not planning on using it during winter so we asked if we could have it delivered the following spring (April 2021)... We were promised that would happen (even written on contract) and when April came n went and no call from Tuff Spas I started making phone calls - leaving msgs at the Walden store.. after leaving many msgs and no return call I called the 800 # several times and again no return call. I started to panic! Then I remember the msg at Walden mentioned Travis / Delivery / his phone #.. I called Travis and from that call our hot tub was in our backyard in LESS than a week. OK speaking of Travis.. patient .. courteous .. professional.. well spoken.. wonderful tutorial.. He was SO kind and understanding when the spot we originally wanted to put hot tub wouldnt work due to me mistakenly purchasing the wrong extension cord Travis moved that tub over n over until we were happy with the location. And did so with such a positive attitude.. unbelievable :) I even had a question 20 min after he left and he texted me back within minutes with my answer. So what started as a VERY negative opinion of Tuff Spas turned into a VERY positive opinion of Tuff Spas (all due to Travis). The hot tub is amazing and even though I know I cant count on the Walden site for assistance I can count on Travis.. Dont lose that young man!

Our new tub was delivered on one of the coldest days, but Travis and his helper fought thru it. Once it was energized we noticed a couple issues and again on a nasty day they came out and resolved the problems. Love the tub with credit to Travis!!

We have recently purchased a platinum 450 Spa and we absolutely Love it. The water jets and airflow are customizable so you can have them aim at any sore spot you may have.Also you can have one half of the spa calm and the other side jetted so my husband and I are both happy at the same time.Travis has been an excellent representative and can talk you through anything that you have questions about.Great product, easy to use, Fantastic results !We are definitely sleeping better these days!Thank You Tuff Spas.

Travis was fabulous and we currently had a new patio put in the back yard so when they showed up there was no grass where we had to bring it through the back. There was a storm the night before so as you can imagine the traction was not well to carry it back, but they worked so hard and finally managed to get it there!! We also had some questions and such so a week later he came back to help us out! Love the TuffSpa and the customer service was fabulous!! Thank you Travis so much for everything!
