Do not order from here. The company does not communicate. They do not answer emails about product before ordering or after ordering. They process your CC immediately and charge 2 day shipping, but never ship your product. Ordered 15 days ago. No answers after 3 emails and their phone number listed on google is a bogus magic jack number not linked.

Lots of bad reviews from a few years back but i took a chance since i was ordering a 15$ item. Shipping was really fast (i am in canada) so 5 stars for me!

A once reputable and responsive company now refuses to respond to any form of communication and frequently doesnt deliver goods that are paid for. I recommend a quick google search of them prior to dropping any money as it will confirm my review.

Poor communication skills and order fulfillment issues.I have had an order in process for 30 days, no response to inquiries via telephone, email, or social media. Very disappointing as I have been happy with previous purchases from motomfg.

Only gave them the extra star because it looks like a solid product. Good review for those that have them. Other than that.. ONE STAR. Ordering was clunky. I ordered a paddock center lift stand in which the order went through, using paypal (although never directing me to PayPal to verify), it reflected in my account on the site however I was not charged. I emailed their sales the day after, didnt get a response until 3 days later and still havent gotten a order confirmation or receipt. Only then to find out that they are not making them anymore and they did email me after I placed the order(which I never received).Frustrating because it would be such a killer product with better management.

Had to dispute the transaction via paylal for parts that were labeled in Stock, after a month of no communication from the seller by phone, email, or PayPal resolution. The site needs to be shut down.
