I highly recommend this vision center to anyone. The customer service and professionalism is beyond outstanding. Monique helped me out and definitely had smiling and 100% satisfied by the time I left.

Amazing workers and amazing customer service! 10/10 would reccomend!

Apparently I cant give a zero! Stopped in to see about an exam and glass instead of plastic lenses. She had no idea of the cost of exam because even tho hes in the same place, hes behind a door and separate from vision center business. The glass could be done if you live long enough! She thought six to eight weeks even though I can send to Florida and get them back in ten days. So I ask if she is aware of any local shops doing glass since there are real shops in the area that do their own work. She fell back on the I just work here for that question. In most of our dealings with customers and our business contacts we learn things. We may not carry an item but we learn from our dealings who may. We have enough initiative to learn how to answer a question without telling the customer we are too lazy to act like we care for your business. The vision center in the Derby Wakmart is worthless. 2 months to get glasses? I will never give them another chance to take my money!

They are really nice and have wonderful customer service

Lady with white hair kept trying and trying to get me to buy the 150-200$ glasses. And just kept pushing. Even after I told her I didnt want to spend a hole lot. I wouldnt recommend going here
