Didnt have any if the three things I went in for... and when I went to ask an associate, apparently he was a shopper for online orders.... flat out told me he couldnt and wouldnt help me or even get someone who could.. if they arent supposed to be helping customers in store, they shouldnt be wearing the same thing as everyone else...

Didn’t have my birth control in stock yet so I went grocery shopping walked up to the line they saw me and shut the window down. Wont be able to get my birth control today

I have been going to this pharmacy since August and have been treated very well. I also like getting a text when my prescription is ready. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you to all the staff and pharmacists.

Two times was enough for me, I will not use this Pharmacy again, unless the specific employee no longer works there. The Pharmacist were nice, but the women taking care of people has a poor demeanor and has given me problems twice now, about not having a prescription card on me. We only have one, and my husband had it, so he sent me a pic of it, not accepted, I can understand that. So I told her, my kids have had scripts filled here and it is on their file, and that I had also filled with the Walmart on Rock, also on file. She gave me some excuse that she could not look at my kids file. My doctors pharmacy told me that she could have looked it up, especially since we are all listed on the same medical card. I know this is my personal experience, but for it to be the same twice, is enough for me.

Sent my son over to pick up script about 20 min before close. They told him it would be ready in the morning so I called and explained that we didnt live in town. She asked if he was still there and I said yes, I told him to let me call you because we dont live there, we only filled it there because doc did a comparison and said itd be way more affordable. She told me to send him over and he could pick it up. When he got there (by this time its closing time) she said yeah, Im not filling this tonight, here. and she handed him the script and closed up. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and we will not be returning, not that it will hurt this big corporation. Isnt anyone raised with manners these days, or for that matter, honesty? I get that treating my 17 year old that way was much easier than speaking to me, an adult but come on!
