I love this shop. Very cozy vibe, and Laura and China are always great to talk to, especially if you are new to or just returning to spiritual work. Prices are very fair which is more than I can say for a lot of similar shops. They have a great variety, and many beautiful and unique items. It has a very pleasing aesthetic and authentic feel. Maybe they cast a spell, but I find myself wanting to stop by even when I dont need anything. ;) Im just drawn to it. 10/10 recommend this shop.

Laura is incredible, I will follow her shop wherever she is, I used to go to her location in Monroe and now that she is in Derby I am even happier as she is even closer. Her readings are always on point and I love her live feeds. The entire staff has always been very friendly when I go in. The prices are very fair and it’s always a light energy in here unlike some other locations I’ve been to that feel heavy. Talisman is my go to and I recommend everyone go in even if it’s just once, because I know you’ll go back!

It was worth the trip from NYC!I had a such a wonderful time. Not only the store has an amazing variety of product, but the readers are amazing, too. The last time I went there I had a reading with Sherri (it was in 2017). I had the pleasure to have my second one with her today. It was simply amazing. She said EXACTLY the same things about the past she said to me last time. As well as the same things about the distant future last time which wore the near present today. I am so happy!I love this store because they really care about their merchandise, they care about the quality of their products and you never feel that you are bullied into buying something you don’t need. I definitely recommend to contact the store if you are interested in something because they can ship it to you. Laura does readings also via Skype, Messenger, etc. which are a wonderful option when you can’t travel. I had readings with her when I was living in Belgium and they were very accurate. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the experience with Talisman and cauldron has been.

Do 3 or 4 laps around the store before you leave. Youll find new stuff hiding everytime. Excellent collection of items and friendly owner.

This store is perfect for picking up things when you need them. I can always find things for my craft here with out having to drive super far. Its so convenient and Laura is really nice! She will help you with any questions you have and help you find the best books even if she does not carry it she will tell you about it bc she wants you to learn and she just cares. Her prices are very reasonable. iv been to shops were they were way more expensive. Even if your not in to magik practicing she still has beautiful jewelry and stones.

Laura is very welcoming and wonderful to talk to. We had a great conversation and it was my first time meeting her. The shop is one of my favorite mystical shops and there’s a lot to choose from! A small, organized shop with a kind and welcoming owner. Very reasonably priced items. Not the largest variety, but there are unique items - such as tarot cards (which she said she was getting a large delivery of), candles, sages, incense, and also lots of books and herbs in the back room. There werent as many tumbled stones and crystals as other places, which is the only thing I wished was different. Overall, very pleasant and enjoyable experiences with this business. Many blessings~

Laura is a lovely owner and made me feel welcome and at ease. Shes very easy to talk to, very helpful, and offers advice and her time when she can. Even if youre the only customer in her store she doesnt make you uncomfortable, she simply chats with you like an old friend. Itll be a shame when I move and no longer can visit her shop. Her prices are very reasonable (in fact, the best Ive ever seen) and she has a lovely variety of stock. I also appreciate the fact that she stocks a lot of locally made items as well.

The last three times weve tried to go here, they have not been open. Google and the sign on their door say that the shop opens at 12pm. However, every time we go there within their posted hours, they are closed.But this last time we tried to go there, we got there at about 12.15pm- the door was locked, lights were on, and the shop owner was sitting inside chatting with someone. They made eye contact with me when I looked through the window, then went back to chatting with no further acknowledgement to the three ladies trying to open the door.I guess its fine to have a small business have their own hours and open when they feel like it, but if you have hours posted on your door I dont think its too much to ask that you open when you say youre going to be open. And that last encounter ( I guess well call sharing a chilled look through the glass an encounter) was just plain rude.So thanks for being there Talisman - but Im afraid we wont be trying your shop again. It looked nice through the window. Would have liked to browse your wares, though.Bless!-D

I went over yesterday to see about buying some candles - and about an hour later, ended up leaving with everything but !!This place is truly a very comfortable space, it almost feels like visiting someones home and Laura... oh my God, she is amazing !!She allowed me to roam - encouraged me to take my time with the oils, and we at the same time spoke about all kinds of interesting things, from the importance of harmony and understanding our role with nature and animals... to mutual friends [Hi Dawn if you see this review!!] anyhow I could have easily spent the whole afternoon there, and perhaps soon I will as there is that much to see, take in, and learn.I cannot possibly recommend this shop highly enough.The fact that it is in my own little city is even better !!I will definately be paying Laura a visit soon, and I suspect she will become a very important part of my life as well.I want to also add the the customers I came across are very interesting folks as well, its almost like a scene of sorts... and its about time such a scene exists here.Thanks again for everything Laura, I hope to see you again soon :)
